We were due to stay here on the 12th August 2022 for 2 nights but just less than 48 hours before we had to rush our son into hospital due to appendicitis! I tried to cancel the room and get our money back but it was too late and I just thought in the scheme of things I was happy that we had taken my son into hospital just in time and he had his operation Saturday morning. I spent 4 days in hospital devastated for my son but also that he missed his holiday too. I thought I’d try and email the owner and appeal to them regarding how unfortunate we were that due to no fault of our own that we’d have to lose our money. Mark could not have been more accommodating. He responded to my messages/emails and helped me receive a refund through the booking agent. If you’re looking for a reliable, dependable and customer focused place to stay - then Ei8ht Brighton is a fantastic place to start.

La recepcionista es muy receptiva y profesional. Todo lo que pedimos (cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, hielo y luego otro cubo de hielo adicional) nos lo dieron de inmediato. El spa era genial, tenía dos jacuzzis que estaban vacíos regularmente, por lo que puedes disfrutar de un jacuzzi completo solo con tus amigos / pareja / familia; había una sala de vapor y una sauna y muchos sofás alrededor del spa donde poder refrescarse; la piscina también está a solo unos pasos, por lo que puede sumergirse en el frío después del tratamiento caliente. Desafortunadamente, sin embargo, no había espacios disponibles para los tratamientos (faciales, masajes, mani / pedi, etc.), por lo que recomiendo reservar con anticipación para asegurarse de obtener el suyo. Una queja es que la ventana de nuestra habitación estaba atascada y no se podía abrir, por lo que si hace buen tiempo en verano, puede ser difícil quedarse allí.

So peed off with Hudsons Brighton ! After booking on *********** for 1 night stay in Brighton as part of my 40th birthday celebrations turned into the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of attending (would say staying, however I never stayed the night it was that bad). We arrive and dropped our bags off and then head off into Brighton, come back and the bedroom has thick dust on frames, glasses, fan etc… (was told this was fogging from the cleaning in the morning) toilet door was cobbled together, the toilet had urine stains on, the water glasses were dirty. The curtains were so creased and another curtain had been turned upside down and used as a net curtain. My husband needed the loo and shower so I went on to the landing where there was a toilet (large sign saying toilet, but apparently a tiny sign saying staff toilet) it was disgusting! If it’s staff toilet then it needs locking! The bed was dipped in the middle so when we got into bed we rolled into the middle, I tried sleeping on the floor and was so uncomfortable. It was that bad that I left the hotel and went and found somewhere else to stay! When I complained to the hotel, it took over a week to ”view CCTV” and get reports back from the staff, I was made to feel that my experience was incorrect and was tried to be proved wrong on each of my points, no apologies. The cost £151 for 1 night! Have a look at the photos and decide for yourselves if you would pay that for this! AND I NEVER ACTUALLY STAYED THE NIGHT! Thanks for letting me have a great part of my 40th ruined! No compensation or anything, *********** couldn’t refund or compensate us as they only advertise the hotel and would be down to the hotel to compensated us.

A really memorable stay for a night and as soon as we left we wished we had booked a little longer. Great location, and very easy to find - close to the coast, Laines, shops, restaurants (but also not in the centre of bustle). Greeted by Telly (the one of the hosts), who was very helpful in giving an overview of vegan and vegetarian restaurants in the area. We extremely friendly and very simple check in. We were offered the options for breakfast with flexibility for dietary/ preferences (breakfast - taste, portion and presentation surpassed expectations!). The room we booked was very comfortable, clean and exceeded the basics with little details which added a personal touch. Good sized en-suite which was very clean with toiletries provided and a in-keeping claw foot bath. For a period property, the space has been well-thought out, and felt very calming after the journey. The design of the interior is stunning, and we did have to take a little time to take in the front room/ breakfast space. The hosts, design and experience immediately set The Twenty One above many other places tried in Brighton over the years. Thank you to the hosts (Suzy, Telly) for a memorable stay and the chats with us - hope to be back very soon.

We have just spent 2 amazing nights at the Pelirocco. I booked diana doors themed luxury room for my husbands birthday, and we had so much fun we asked to stay another eve, and this time, we had a different room, the pin up with balcony and jacuzzi. The staff couldn't do more, from the beautifully themed rooms down to the individual dressing gowns made to match each theme, the room service and cocktails. Breakfast was incredible, and they had everything my diet required (gluten and caffeine free). If you get a chance to stay here, you should snap it up!

La habitación era muy limpia. No hay estacionamiento tan estacionado en la carretera norton durante la noche. La habitación era un poco caliente durante la noche y no podíamos enfriarlo como el con con aire no funcionaba eficazmente. La cama estaba bien pero un poco dura para nosotros y debería haber sido un gran doble pero sólo un estándar. Nos quedamos por una noche, así que está bien para nosotros.
