It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.

This hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.

Además de limpiar la habitación todos los días, el personal de limpieza también ofrece aromaterapia con citronela. Cada vez que regreso del exterior, me siento fragante y renovado. También nos dieron snacks todas las noches. Todos los camareros del restaurante están muy entusiasmados y les gusta mucho. La recepción es aún más atenta y te proporciona toallas frías y agua helada para saciar tu sed todos los días cuando regreses. En mi cumpleaños según el Nuevo Calendario (normalmente lo celebro según el Calendario Antiguo), el hotel también me preparó una tarta de cumpleaños. Esa noche tocaron a la puerta y pensé que algo estaba pasando, pero cuando abrí la puerta, había tres pequeñas bellezas cantando feliz cumpleaños, sosteniendo pasteles en sus manos🎂... ¡Fue tan conmovedor que se me humedecieron los ojos! Que hotel tan bonito, volveré a ir. Por Siem Reap. He estado allí dos veces. ¡Estoy deseando volver!

Para un viaje familiar, reservamos una habitación familiar con servicio de masajes y lavandería. Primero que nada lo bueno del hotel es que es muy grande, tranquilo y cómodo, y la piscina está muy bien, lo cual les gusta a los niños. El desayuno también es bueno. El masaje también fue muy cómodo. TukTuk va a Pup Street gratis todos los días. La actitud de servicio del personal de recepción también es muy buena. Cabe mencionar que primero que nada, no tienen servicio de lavandería y cobrarán extra. Espero que Ctrip pueda cambiar la página. Además, los autobuses TukTuk salen de 5 a 7 p. m. todas las noches. .Recomiendo tiempos libres. También se pueden escribir párrafos. Pero en general todavía me gusta mucho este hotel. Es muy cómodo y limpio. Si vuelvo a Siem Reap, reservaré una habitación familiar en Metta.

Anansaya La Maison, located conveniently near Angkor Wat, offered a well-rounded experience. Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing. The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia. The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring. Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful. A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable. We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors. In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

This lovely boutique hotel stands out with touches of a few cultures : From her Korean owners- the soft beauty & attention to nooks & corners. &, the professional in-house photographers to serve guests. From her Cambodian & Thai managers- the humility & service orientedness. Yet, the common cyclical issues of staying in hotels in less developed Southeast Asian countries staffed largely by locals surface. Unless, a higher system of global mindedness dominates.
