La actitud del servicio no tiene sentido, supera los niveles de los hoteles de cinco estrellas en el país y Singapur. El precio de la cena de semi-buffet del hotel no es barato, y el sabor es aún imposible. La ubicación del hotel es distante, 3.5 kilómetros no hay transporte público, todo a través del autobús del hotel, pero es poco frecuente, al menos una hora para una clase, un poco esforzado para los huéspedes de vacaciones. Además, el hotel tiene lavandería, una vez lavando ropa y secado 400 yenes.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received during our stay at your hotel from the 6th to the 7th of February. Due to unexpected snowstorm warnings, our travel plans were disrupted as all express and hill roads were blocked. In this challenging situation, the warmth of your welcome and the assistance we received in inquiring about Toyota Rent a Car were truly remarkable. I must extend special gratitude to a staff member (whose name unfortunately escapes me) for their unwavering patience and detailed explanations, providing us with the assistance we needed during these trying circumstances. This experience has left a lasting impression on us, and we wanted to convey our deepest thanks for the exceptional service received, particularly from the staff member whose name, regrettably, slipped my mind. Thank you once again for turning a challenging situation into a positive and memorable experience. We look forward to the opportunity to stay at Mars Gardenwood Gotemba in the future.

Our room has a Mount Fuji view, which was great! However, the location of the hotel is situated on the hill, so May not be so convenient for travellers who don’t drive. Also, if you want to go to the public onsen within the hotel, you will have to take the shuttle bus, which is a bit inconvenient. However, overall this hotel is still a good choice!

La ubicación era excelente y tuvimos una experiencia agradable. El hotel sirvió una deliciosa cocina para cenar. Antes de dormir en la noche, miré fuera y vi la luz de la luna reflejada en el mar. En la mañana también nos disfrutamos de una hermosa vista del monte Fuji y de un paseo por la isla con la agradable brisa marina. El personal que nos miraba en el check-in, otro personal que nos agradaba en el restaurante y el personal que nos vio salir en el check-out, todos tenían sonrisas cálidas en sus caras. Esperamos revisar esta ubicación en el futuro próximo.

What an intensely beautiful and comfortable hotel to stay at. Mount fuji view room type is a definitely must choose. Perfectly clean and great amenities. For those who rent a car to travel within mount fuji, this place is a must stay.

Kira no Sato is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan, period. I’ve never stayed in a traditional Japanese style hotel but it totally blew my mind. The gardens, onsen, guest rooms, restaurants…everything’s exquisite. It is like an onsen theme park. 5-star service the minute since you got on the hotel’s shuttle bus. There’s stairways leading up to my room. Hotel staff offered to help me on their own. The room is mainly made of wood but it is kept in excellent condition. The bed is large and soft. The food beats 90% of Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in.

Close to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous.

Hotel located conveniently 1 min walk from Shizuoka station. Room is much bigger than standard Japanese hotel so it's a great point. Lobby gives us a high class feel. However, one only down point is there are no laundry at the hotel so for people who stay long it might be a point to turn it down. Other than that, the rest are perfect.

従業員様のご対応が私共の行動で察知して伺う前にお声がけして頂き身の丈にチェックインからアウト迄心豊かに過ごせました。部屋も清潔感がありオーシャンビューで気持ち良かったし冷蔵庫の飲み物も全て無料でみかんジュース美味しかった。 露天風呂はインフィニティで見事なロケーションで温度も最適。朝食バイキングの作りたてオムレツとろとろで美味しかった。又是非ご褒美として行きたいと思います。

It’s an amazing experience. The hotel is very well designed. Super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. They try very best to speak English. The property is immaculately maintained. If you love modern architecture and appreciate good interior design, you will love staying here. It’s designed by the same architect as Tokyo SkyTree. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
