Estoy muy satisfecho con este hotel. El jefe me envió un regalo. Absolutamente el mejor mirando la vista del sol. Estaba en el balcón y miraba hacia abajo. Los turistas me miraron hacia arriba. Los ex-miembros me adoraban hermosa y me iba a tomar fotos. La escena es muy hermosa, La próxima vez que vaya a Santo Torini, escogerá esta casa, un centavo por un trato, definitivamente ganará el dinero que gasta, gracias de nuevo al jefe, la única atención es que dos personas pueden permanecer, tener un niño mayor de 12 años necesitan más dinero, 80 euros por noche

Since my one week stay in Oia with Amaya, I have been debating what my review would be. Here is where I weight out: 1. I would NOT stay at this brand / group again 2. It might be a risk if you manage to get 50% off the price as I did. But I would have been angry to have paid more 3. With the exception of the property manager, the onsite staff tried hard within the confines of what they had 4. At one point, these cave villas were probably as good as they could get. But with so much modernization, there are just too many better properties than these dated villas 5. The location is absolutely stunning. Getting the chance to stay in a MODERN white cave villa is like a bucket list item. So, here is the deal. I chose a week, in January – the VERY off season, because I wanted quiet and to return to Santorini. A big travel company offered this place at a very big discount. I jumped at the chance. What I experience, was a villa that was in a stunning location. And with a very stunning view. But the management of the villa. And the modernization of the villa is just not good enough anymore. WHAT I LIKED: - There was a attendant names “Vali” who was very helpful and responsive, despite the manager not being responsive. (Note to anyone staying here. You are SIXTY STEPS down the hill to your villa. You definitely need an attendant to help with luggage. Vali was marvelous. But if you have knew or other health problems, be aware that this is not an easy place to get up / down on. - The view was amazing. - But be aware that you are in the path at sunset to Sunset point. It becomes quite busy on your little path at that time - I am a cat lover. Be aware there are hundreds of cats near the villa. If you leave your doors or windows open – they do come in. Most are cautious. But you have to be comfortable with cats – or forever keep your windows doors closed. - The daily breakfast was marvelous. The person who cooked it and delivered it was attentive. She made generous breakfast that was delicious. The location, at the very near end of OIA was quiet WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: - The good news about booking in January is that 97% of the tourists have gone away. You really have the area to yourself. But – the flipside is that during this low season, there is a ton of renovation happening. In the day, when you want quiet and sunshine, you are getting drilling sounds. Hammering sounds. And a lot of local workers making improvements. You won’t get this in mid to high season – but this was not enjoyable. - The manager just was not professional. It began when a note was sent out, encouraging you to make a reservation with them for the transport from the airport. Ok. It sounded like a good idea. She promised a “reliable and very professional” service. For a price that I would learn is about double the price of others who will do the same on the island. I arrived to the airport. No sign. No transport. Everyone from the plane had left, and I was left. I eventually was able to reach

Todo excepcional, sin comentarios, las cosas son muy bonitas, tienen bufetes todo el día para todos los huéspedes que es muy bonita, habitaciones limpias y muy especias. Recomendación definitiva Tabla caliente muy caliente

Finding the property is difficult- i think it is a common problem in Santorini. Property is located near view points. View is stunning. Be aware of steps to get your luggage to the property and the same when you vacate Got into couple of issues during my stay but handled by the staff promptly on a phone call.i

Me and my partner had a really wonderful 4 night stay at the Villas. Villas are new, clean and well maintained. Efi who helps run the villas was super helpful and if we needed her for anything, she was there! Brilliant location, the road up to the villas is a little bumpy. But you get an amazing view once you are there! So peaceful too! The villa itself was very spacious and minimalist. I think the highlight of the villas has the be the outside space and decor! We had a beautiful dining table, relaxing chairs and sun beds, all on the private terrace. Just can’t wait to go back! It is a new place so I do feel there could be ever so slight improvements, but they are purely aesthetic. It would be nice to have extra cushions on the sofa, for comfort. A full length mirror would be handy. Also, I do love a minimalist design, but a few more details would have really made it exceptional. Like a mirror on the wall above the table in the bedroom and maybe a couple of plants. But as I said, this is purely aesthetics. We ate at the villa for every meal as we wanted to make the most of the kitchen and villa, we could have done with a few more utensils and pans, but as this place is new I am sure they will build on these things over time. Overall had an amazing stay and it felt very luxurious. Honestly can’t wait to go back.

Nuestro segundo estancia en Santorini y querían a algún lugar lejos de la pesada cabaña turística. Esta villa ofrece diferentes capacidades de dormitorios que son todas separadas con instalaciones en suite. Las camas son cómodas y no demasiado duras. El desayuno está ordenado el día anterior. La suite fue el más alto nivel y ofrece unas vistas hermosas a través de Calder a. Nuestro calor tubo era fantástico y muy limpio en todas partes. Caminar en la pequeña aldea de Akrotiri dura aproximadamente 12 - 15 minutos y es apretado en lugares pero hay un camino. El hotel dispone de restaurantes locales y dos supermercados de buena calidad, así como una farmacia y un autobús para acceder a la isla. El servicio y la atención que recibimos de Marialena y su colega durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches fue excelente. Marialena nos envió menús de los restaurantes locales que entregó y que la ordenamos a través de ella.

Efi who helps run the villas was super helpful and if we needed her for anything, she was there! Brilliant location, the road up to the villas is a little bumpy.
