Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Moshangyin hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in Moganshan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting, slowing down, and enjoying nature away from busy city life. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.

It’s really awesome place for couples , i had a great time there with good services, they treated me very nice especially Xiao Hu , she’s fantastic girl, she prepared everything for me and my wife , for our anniversary day ♥️♥️ i really recommend everyone to visit it and have a warm holiday there 🥰🥰

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Ziling Mountain View Suite. The entire villa is beautifully decorated but in a way that feels lived in rather than pretentious. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the mountains. If you are a book-lover like me, you will enjoy the villa and rooms even more because there are shelves full of books everywhere you look. When you are not seeing books, you are seeing the stunning gardens or views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the daybed in our suite, covered in colourful pillows with a window that perfectly frames the mountain view and we spent evenings curled up there with books. During the day we were in search of hikes and our host, who loves to travel and hike himself, had lots of thoughtful recommendations. There is a very steep (and beautiful) trail just steps away from the house that leads you up the mountain through bamboo forest, past a local temple, and up to a field with sweeping views. We had both breakfast and dinner at the villa and the food was incredible, including very fresh fruit and vegetables, simple and delicious noodles, and beautifully cooked pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. We were also treated to homemade Tiramisu (made by the owner). It feels like the owner genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful property with guests and finding ways to help make your experience unique and memorable. This was my first time in China and warm and generous hosts like this, combined with the beauty of the area, make me eager to return.

Nos quedamos solo una noche pero muy impresionados con la hospitalidad del personal y el gerente que nos saludó y atendió durante nuestra estancia, muy amable y servicial. la cena es excepcional muy deliciosa. Muy recomendable este pequeño hotel hogareño, muy tranquilo por la noche, ambiente tranquilo y limpio. Incluso conseguimos un agradable viaje en vehículo eléctrico a un precio razonable desde Shanghai y de regreso a Shanghai, un conductor muy amable, un tipo muy interesante. Los caminos a lo largo del camino son increíbles, hermosos paisajes, limpios y verdes.

El jefe de la casa está muy entusiasmado con una sensación de tía de la familia. El pueblo de allí se vio muy apasionado cuando se escogió especialmente. En la sopa de pollo en la zona de comentarios. Dijo que el jefe era bueno y probó el nombre de verdad. Comió un pollo muy auténtico y un sabor de aceite. Si es nuevo, es muy diferente conducir. Todas las carreteras son muy amargas y es difícil conducir en dos direcciones. La única desventaja es que la habitación es un poco fría por la noche. En lo esencial está bien.

We cannot say enough good things about this property and the people that run it. So welcoming, so clean- the food was amazing- fresh and delicious. They always had food for us and we were never hungry. The noodles and the lamb and the fried rice and the wontons- better than I’ve had in Shanghai. They went out of their way to get us shrimp to boil. I don’t have pictures of all the food because it was so good and we ate it all. We did arts and crafts like candle making and making mooncakes for the holiday. They had a play room and a sandbox and the pool with toys in it. They even drove us to the clinic to check on my son’s stitches. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the small sweet tea house. The room was very modern and well equipped. They also pay attention to small things like decoration in the room to make it more lively. The view from the room 202 was amazing. You wake up in the morning and what you see are the beautiful tea fields and the small cable cars going up the hill. The tea house hotel location is just perfect. 3 min by walk from the cable car entrance, 5 min by walk to the famous Lingyin temple, 8 min by walk to restaurants where you can order the traditional Hangzhou dishes like beggar chicken or Donpo Pork, 6 min by walk to a 7 Eleven convenient Store. During our stay we could also spend some time with their 4 lovely cats. In the tea field you may also discover their ducks running around. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. A traditional stylish lady who try everything to explain to you in English language. As we are both foreigners with no Chinese language skills, this was really helpful.
