«Good location. And could be an amazing hotel. The original design is very stylish but needs to be renewed. The swimming pool would be lovely if some of the tiles were not broken. Our favourite part was the communal area - could play pool, sofas and tables to chill at, very cosy. Lovely view from the balconies and the bathtub. Unfortunately the bathtub plug was broken. Would also recommend giving proper towels, as the single use ones are not enough if you’re using the pool as well.»

«We have really enjoyed our stay at the small sweet tea house. The room was very modern and well equipped. They also pay attention to small things like decoration in the room to make it more lively. The view from the room 202 was amazing. You wake up in the morning and what you see are the beautiful tea fields and the small cable cars going up the hill. The tea house hotel location is just perfect. 3 min by walk from the cable car entrance, 5 min by walk to the famous Lingyin temple, 8 min by walk to restaurants where you can order the traditional Hangzhou dishes like beggar chicken or Donpo Pork, 6 min by walk to a 7 Eleven convenient Store.
During our stay we could also spend some time with their 4 lovely cats. In the tea field you may also discover their ducks running around.
The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. A traditional stylish lady who try everything to explain to you in English language. As we are both foreigners with no Chinese language skills, this was really helpful.

Хозяин отеля угостил нас чаем, принес извинения за возникшее при заселении неудобство. В отеле чисто, полотенца, банные принадлежности меняли каждый день. Расположен отель в прекрасном месте, в горах, рядом с деревней Лунцзин (практически на чайной плантации), удивительный чистый воздух, тишина и покой. До озера ездили на такси, но можно и на автобусе. Вкусные завтраки в традиционном китайском стиле (всё натуральное, супер полезное, вареные овощи, яйцо, фрукты, каша). Погружение в атмосферу китайской деревни абсолютное, без потери комфорта. Привередливым туристам нужно учитывать, что рядом с отелем расположены обычные деревенские дома, ресторанчики с соответствующим окружением. Мы бы хотели вернуться в это место снова.»

«酒店非常不錯，沒有任何可以挑剔的地方。因為是工作日去，人比較少，店家直接給升了房型，其實本身定的房間也夠用了，但是換了更大的住的就很舒服。服務也很貼心，沒帶游泳圈可以問酒店借，前台的小姐姐還有阿姨態度都特別好。
位置也挺好的，下了高速開個3公里就到了。去邊上吃飯包括去淡竹都挺方便。房間也挺大的，床很舒服，床上用品也很乾凈。希爾頓住過，但是感覺沒這裏舒服。就是希望窗簾可以更遮光一些，不過這個是個人問題。會向朋友推薦的，反正我以後來就住這裏了。
早餐也挺好的，一個九宮格，明顯吃的出來是家裡燒的飯菜，個人感覺比酒店的敷衍自助餐好吃。全五星，沒什麼好挑剔的。»

UUsuario invitadoI visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming.
The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming.
Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay.
The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere.
Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well.
Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.

The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed.
The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety.
Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for.
Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding.
I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home.
We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes.
We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all.
In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine.
We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet).
We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool.

La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa, bien ventilada, la cama es grande, nuestra habitación tenía un balcón con vistas al valle. Hay muchos lugares para relajarse, 2 jacuzzis y una gran piscina.
¡Quedamos encantados con la comida! Incluso a nosotros, los extranjeros, nos gustó mucho la cocina china de este hotel. La cocina europea y el servicio de platos son geniales, nunca hemos visto este nivel en otros hoteles. Los ingredientes de los platos son frescos y de buena calidad.
Además de la buena comida, Arcadia también tiene el mejor servicio entre todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. ¡Gracias Terry por eso! El personal es amable y servicial. Nos recibieron y acompañaron como buenos amigos.
El propietario de Arcadia Ernest es una persona hospitalaria, amable e interesante con un inglés excelente. Nos dio un recorrido por el hotel, nos mostró rutas de senderismo con maravillosas vistas de las plantaciones de té y el valle, y nos contó muchas historias sobre el hotel y sus alrededores.
¡En nuestro próximo viaje a Shanghai, definitivamente planearemos una visita a Arcadia!

民宿門口就可以停車，走進是個院落，有燒烤架，泳池，一進門是大廳，可以打桌球打遊戲機，可以看書唱歌，可以吃飯，足夠打發一個下午
整個房間收拾的很乾凈，帶有陽台，坐在陽台上看看上山下山的人很有意思，呼吸新鮮空氣也是很好
房間內驅蚊液拖鞋之類的也都有，洗髮液沐浴露吹風機餐巾紙都不是雜牌哦，放心使用！！！！

UUsuario invitadoWe cannot say enough good things about this property and the people that run it. So welcoming, so clean- the food was amazing- fresh and delicious. They always had food for us and we were never hungry. The noodles and the lamb and the fried rice and the wontons- better than I’ve had in Shanghai. They went out of their way to get us shrimp to boil. I don’t have pictures of all the food because it was so good and we ate it all. We did arts and crafts like candle making and making mooncakes for the holiday. They had a play room and a sandbox and the pool with toys in it. They even drove us to the clinic to check on my son’s stitches. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

The tea house hotel location is just perfect. 3 min by walk from the cable car entrance, 5 min by walk to the famous Lingyin temple, 8 min by walk to restaurants where you can order the traditional Hangzhou dishes like beggar chicken or Donpo Pork, 6 min by walk to a 7 Eleven convenient Store.
During our stay we could also spend some time with their 4 lovely cats. In the tea field you may also discover their ducks running around.
The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. A traditional stylish lady who try everything to explain to you in English language. As we are both foreigners with no Chinese language skills, this was really helpful.

UUsuario invitadoI only had a brief 1-night stay at this hotel, but the reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and my breakfast was delicious and traditional. I could walk to Wenyang Street for dinner which was handy too!

The cleanliness was top notch, and the rooms were very well-organized and comfortable. The location is a huge plus it's super convenient and close to all the main attractions in the Yucun area, so we didn't have to spend much time on the road.
A special thanks to the staff who were so welcoming and helpful. They were always there for us, making sure we had everything we needed with a great attitude. If you're looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Moganshan, this is the place!
