We stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay. - Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english; - Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok. - Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there. - Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice. - Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time. - Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working. You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw. P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water. Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

My friend and I loved it here! The place was clean, the staff were very helpful, room had a strong aircon, and it was the first place we were able to watch a movie since we started travelling! This was a nice rest bite for a couple of evenings though we did connect a portable speaker to it so we could hear better as it was very quiet. There was also a working fridge which was lovely but it goes off when you leave as you take the key for the electricity so if you need something to stay refrigerated just ask and they will pop it in the downstairs fridge instead. We had the number of the owner and she was quick to answer and helped us with everything, from checking in early to sorting washing loads to booking taxis in the morning etc. Good location too, not far from the old city, some nice restaurants nearby (peanuts the vegan place we would recommend). If you want to go to hoian specifically for being on the beach then this place is a drive away so not the most convenient but also only 15mins max and grabs are cheap! We would deffo stay there again!

♪ Excellent Stay La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena, y la habitación era muy buena. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. El concierto se ha ido más arriba y más allá para hacer recomendaciones y ayudar a organizar actividades locales y transporte. El personal de la casa aseguró que mi habitación se refrescaba rápidamente cada día. En general, superó mis expectativas en cualquier caso. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona. La combinación de excelentes instalaciones, servicio excepcional y gran valor hizo que esta sea una de las mejores estancias del hotel que he tenido. Espero volver en mi próxima viaje.

The owner and her family were very warm. The room I was in is spacous. And the bathroom is clean. Each day, the service was impeccable from a clean room as well as offers to enjoy a meal from them (no charge). I was also their last guest before the ***** New Year. They provided wonderful help for my trip such as must see places that they go to as well as help with transportation (provide bikes) and assist in finding good deals for transport. They put in the work to make you enjoy your stay, for the fee/night the value of service is incredible. It's also just north of the ancient town and south of the beach. Great location and at night so quiet. I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you to the family and I wish them CHÚC MỪNG NĂM MỚI.

I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel. At first, everything seemed fine, and the host was very friendly. However, you shouldn’t expect too much for what you pay. It’s really a case of “you get what you pay for.” The room was very small, which I accepted, but what I couldn’t tolerate was the cleanliness. The toiletries provided were minimal, and the bathroom was super small and felt dirty. On my last night, I even saw a cockroach and kept hearing it crawling around, which made me very uncomfortable. 😣 Breakfast was also just so-so. Despite its convenient location near the night market, I’m 90% sure I won’t stay at this homestay again.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas. Pros: la cama tiene cortinas de privacidad, plugs de carga, y grandes lockers para un bolso de retaguardia, muy útil joven dama en la recepción que tiene algunas buenas sugerencias para actividades, y muy buenas breakky gratis. Cons: el baño tiene 1 tocador de trabajo y 3 duchas que no bastan para dormir en el segundo piso, los camas de abajo están amarga, las habitaciones tienen mucho gusano general abajo los lados de los abajo que no se limpiaron durante las 3 noches

Pros: Fantástico estadía en esta ciudad y en este hotel. Lo que me sorprendió más fue que Hue fue más que sólo urbanizado. Y tu hermosa reacción al anime que amo (Doraemon) después de que te mostré felizmente un saco de snack que también describe trazas anime. Comprado en Winmart cerca. ☺ Cons: ¡Queridos futuros huéspedes planifican permanecer ... no olvides limpiar los bolsillos de snack o canas de azúcar cuidadosamente antes de ponerlos en un basurero o si no, verás un gran número de pequeños cantos ... ¡swarming, oh well, another bug's life lol! 😂 - Retroceso de un turista.

I highly recommend staying at this place. The room was spotless, and the owner gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. He kindly showed me a map of the area, highlighting must-visit spots and recommending some excellent local dishes to try. The location is very central, with a charming thrift shop just across the street. They also have an adorable dog, which added a delightful touch to the stay. Additionally, the owner was incredibly helpful in arranging a taxi for me. If I visit Hoi An again, I will definitely choose to stay here.
