We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.

No limpiaron mi habitación para toda la estancia. Había espigas en la habitación ... Vi alrededor de 3 espigas y 2 volantes. La habitación de 2 reinas es de gran tamaño. Pero la limpieza global no fue grande. El hotel está situado en Saint Roberts, a 10 minutos de la entrada de Fort Leonardwood.

Muy bonito motel, con una mujer aún mejor en la recepción. Llegué tarde y lucía mal, habiendo conducido 8 horas después de cargar y descargar un camión al almacén. Me dieron una suite con hidromasaje como una mejora gratuita y fue genial. Un trato muy agradable. La habitación era grande y estaba limpia. Realmente lamento quedarme en otro hotel muy sucio (y más caro) en la zona por 6 noches en estancias diferentes. El desayuno consistía en galletas y salsa, y no para mí.

It was a cute hotel and it served our purpose! A little dated but the rooms were clean and the price was great. We spent a minimum amount of time in the room, nothing more then just to basically sleep and shower so we didn’t need nothing fancy.
I would stay there again 🙂

If you are looking for perfection, this is as close as you're going to get for the money. Clean rooms, clean beds, and beyond friendly staff. Vick is the nicest and most helpful front desk person I've met. It's quiet, and after 10pm even their front door is locked. Breakfast is from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends. Good choices for breakfast from ceral to bagels to biscuits n gravy. Light stuff too, like fruit and yogurt. The dining area is spotless. They have the typical crazy design carpet in the hallways. Vending on every floor. Very nice place! Will definitely be back!

UUsuario invitadoFinding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

UUsuario invitadoNot a good experience at all. The physical appearance of the exterior of the facility looked inviting. Could barely understand the guy at the front desk due to a language barrier. Got to our room and it reeked immensely of a pine scent that I guess they sprayed all over the carpet because I couldn’t find a room deodorizer of any kind in the room. Couldn’t open the window as it was not made to be opened. Cranked the fan on the AC unit just to get some air movement as our eyes and throats were burning . Thought about asking for a different room but I’m sure it would have smelled the same way, as the hallways also smelled of the same strong fragrance. The bed was hard as a rock and we both tossed and turned most of the night just to wake up to a back ache. Sheets didn’t smell very clean either. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was very weak. Here’s a pic of how dirty the bathroom light switch was. Disgusting… I don’t know how this place had such high ratings before I booked the room. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ now for what I paid and we went through. Avoid at all costs…

UUsuario invitadoLook, for the price it is probably better than most. The nonexistent staff was the biggest disappointment. Took me almost an hour to wake someone from their slumber (4:30-5:30 pm) to check me in. I had to be somewhere at 6:00 pm so this was very frustrating. Btw, ringing the bell does absolutely nothing.
Outside of that the room seemed clean and modernized but the heater did nothing so I froze through the night.
The breakfast, I'd say stick to the waffles. I'm glad they offered eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy but the eggs were watery and I didn't trust the gravy. Sausage was ok.
The gym is a joke. I spent most of my time trying to fix the cables on their Smith Machine that's shoehorned into the corner of a very small room. Then I did some free weights but I had to do all exercises while sitting down because I kept hitting the ceiling with shoulder presses and over the head tricep extensions. lol.
They're trying, kind of like the little engine that could. Like I said, for $65 it's probably your best option.

La piscina y el bar/restaurante fueron albergados por el hotel adyacente a la puerta. Estaba limpio y la comida era hermosa. Recomendaría definitivamente este hotel por un largo o corto período de estancia.
