I talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found. As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer. We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast. We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more. When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!! A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age. 2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay. 3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill. 4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe. 5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.

La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Entiendo que quizás sea fuera de su hora de servicio habitual, pero me pregunto si pueden hacer un servicio de empresa en común con otras marcas de hotel para que los clientes puedan ser recogidos antes. (2) Me ofreció la habitación al final del pasillo, pero hay ruido de agua muy alto que viene de las tuberías cuando alguien usaba el baño a la puerta o al piso. No-frills, budget-friendly hotel conveniently located. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff, although professional and competent, were not exactly friendly or welcome. The biggest issue was the shower/bathtub. La presión del agua era muy baja y el agua caliente se desvaneció bastante en 5 minutos de la vuelta al duche.

- Verde a extremo- Este hotel debería tener 5 estrellas, ya que tienen un excelente desayuno, la instalación está renovada y en buena forma, el estacionamiento es gratuito y las zonas comunes están bien mantenidas. Si realmente querían salvar el medio ambiente, no tendrían un tubo y piscina caliente (cree o no, calentar estos pupilas 24-7 cuesta mucho más que cerrar las luces LED y salidas de alta eficiencia del visitante. consiguió cinco estrellas.

To stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder.We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.

El hotel es un hotel muy bien asequible para quedarme cuando me perdí la conexión debido al tiempo y tuve que cambiar a un vuelo de la mañana. El personal era amable y las habitaciones eran agradables y limpias. La habitación parecía un poco fechada, pero eso no es un problema para mí. Si necesita tomar el transbordador, asegúrese de que está en el lado derecho del edificio para la ubicación de recoger, ya que hay una ubicación de recoger en cualquier lado y que se encuentra en el transbordador derecho porque hay 2 diferentes Ramadas. Si necesitas un transbordador de vuelta al aeropuerto, se planifica cada 40 minutos.
