Muy agradable hotel renovado.. ubicación limpia y agradable. Buenas habitaciones con 2 pandasal. No hay nevera ni agua de botella, pero puedes rellenar las escaleras en el distribuidor. Estaría aquí otra vez en mi viaje a Davao.

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust.
Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The owner’s warm hospitality and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the stunning view equally breathtaking at sunrise and beautifully serene in the evening.
The pool area is elegant and inviting, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel staff and security personnel are consistently courteous, professional, and accommodating.
Overall, a delightful and memorable stay highly recommended for those seeking both comfort and a touch of luxury.

Great location,very accommodating staff and the room is soo spacious for 2pax..I booked the twin single bed room and select with window ur view at night is the Roxas Night Market during our stay..what u see on the page is what you see in person..😉 P.S sorry forgot to take pic on my room..😁😉

Its near the city center. Walking distance from restaurants, convenience stores. It is easy to locate. It is clean, not noisy and showers working well. most of all, their employees are all amazing!

I booked this hotel after my 1st booking failed to deliver promised unit.
This hotel is walkable to SM City. It is very clean and pleasant. If you are only looking for a place to sleep in, this would be ideal. There are no other amenities. No pool, no gym, no spa. There is no lift so it is a bit of work to carry heavy luggage if you are up on the 3rd floor.
Young people man this hotel. At my time of stay, there were students on OJT. My only complaint is that they occupied the reception area and were rather loud and boisterous whilst guests were coming and going.
I will stay here again though.

UUsuario invitadoUn alojamiento que ofrece servicios básicos para viajeros de negocios. Me dieron una habitación doble con una cama matrimonial. Reservé una habitación doble con dos camas separadas porque sabía que no tenían armarios y llevaba cosas para una semana; pensaba poner mi ropa en la otra cama. Lamentablemente, no me informaron que no había más habitaciones disponibles con dos camas.
Mi estancia de una semana fue tranquila y sin incidentes. La cama, las almohadas y las sábanas eran cómodas, con ducha de agua caliente, un televisor de pantalla plana de un modelo antiguo, una mesa y una silla, y un espejo. Me sentí bastante seguro con las cerraduras con tarjeta, la doble cerradura y la palanca de seguridad en la puerta.
El personal fue amable y muy servicial, y conversaban cuando les hablabas 😅. El guardia era muy simpático y servicial. También tienen un filtro de agua para obtener agua caliente para el café de la mañana.
El lugar está en el centro de esta zona comercial, con tiendas como Savemore y 7-Eleven cerca. Lo único que me decepcionó fue el sistema de peticiones especiales que se puede realizar a través de Trip.com. Sus respuestas no son definitivas. Siempre dicen: «El hotel hará todo lo posible por proporcionar…». Sería útil que las consultas recibieran respuestas concretas para que los viajeros puedan preparar mejor su equipaje.

JJean NewGreat location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon.
Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

SSteven ReginaldThis is the most UNIQUE stay you will ever have. Definitely coming back. Me and my fiance loved it. But let me tell you- we hired a driver to take us there and didn’t read the check in instructions- you CANNOT access this place or find it unless you do. I’ll spare you the details but once there- amazing. Quiet. Views. Can swim safely in the ocean. Rooms are gorgeous. They have starlink internet. You are really staying on top of a fish farm. And they let you catch you own fish for dinner! No entertainment. But you don’t need it. Food is excellent. If you’re a drinker, they have like 4 beers on property so BYOB. Sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset was amazing. Clean. Unique. Worth it. They are new so they are still working out the kinks but I loved it

BBig BeckerAsk for Nancy! She will make you have the best time here! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

LljhaykimOverall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement.
We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup.
Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading.
During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies.
Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.
