The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

Es un hotel muy pequeño pero muy agradable. El personal es muy amigable. Es en una calle tranquila, hay varios lugares para comer cerca. Es un muy buen lugar para los turistas con presupuesto.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Un alojamiento que ofrece servicios básicos para viajeros de negocios. Me dieron una habitación doble con una cama matrimonial. Reservé una habitación doble con dos camas separadas porque sabía que no tenían armarios y llevaba cosas para una semana; pensaba poner mi ropa en la otra cama. Lamentablemente, no me informaron que no había más habitaciones disponibles con dos camas. Mi estancia de una semana fue tranquila y sin incidentes. La cama, las almohadas y las sábanas eran cómodas, con ducha de agua caliente, un televisor de pantalla plana de un modelo antiguo, una mesa y una silla, y un espejo. Me sentí bastante seguro con las cerraduras con tarjeta, la doble cerradura y la palanca de seguridad en la puerta. El personal fue amable y muy servicial, y conversaban cuando les hablabas 😅. El guardia era muy simpático y servicial. También tienen un filtro de agua para obtener agua caliente para el café de la mañana. El lugar está en el centro de esta zona comercial, con tiendas como Savemore y 7-Eleven cerca. Lo único que me decepcionó fue el sistema de peticiones especiales que se puede realizar a través de Trip.com. Sus respuestas no son definitivas. Siempre dicen: «El hotel hará todo lo posible por proporcionar…». Sería útil que las consultas recibieran respuestas concretas para que los viajeros puedan preparar mejor su equipaje.

Great location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon. Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

This is the most UNIQUE stay you will ever have. Definitely coming back. Me and my fiance loved it. But let me tell you- we hired a driver to take us there and didn’t read the check in instructions- you CANNOT access this place or find it unless you do. I’ll spare you the details but once there- amazing. Quiet. Views. Can swim safely in the ocean. Rooms are gorgeous. They have starlink internet. You are really staying on top of a fish farm. And they let you catch you own fish for dinner!  No entertainment. But you don’t need it. Food is excellent. If you’re a drinker, they have like 4 beers on property so BYOB. Sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset was amazing. Clean. Unique. Worth it. They are new so they are still working out the kinks but I loved it

Overall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement. We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading. During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies. Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.

El lugar era maravilloso! Situado cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes, SNR y MTS. La piscina era realmente buena para los adultos y el lugar estaba bien mantenido. Sólo no olvides traer un tobillo. Hehe. Nos encanta la suite junior!
