Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Región IV-A, Filipinas

I just book for two nights but after 24 hrs, they keep knocking on the door and I asked why, they said check out time, however 23 is my check out time. I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now.

We booked the cabana king. The room is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, giving you that balance of comfort and boutique charm. I also loved how peaceful the surroundings are—it’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and disconnect from the city. Foods are all delicious!! 😋 Plus, IG-worthy spots 📸 Staffs are all smiling and they will greet you everytime you meet them. ☺️

Uno de los primeros hoteles de Sogo con los que hemos estado. La ubicación era perfecta, ya que estaba cerca de los lugares que necesitamos ir. La comida era grande. No esperamos el tamaño del servicio y el sabor de su comida. La zona de oportunidad es sólo el ruido. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos.

I do not have any problems with location and cleanliness. What puts me off is the customer service. I went there around 1:30 and they told me that my check in won’t be until 2:00. While it is fine to deny an early check in, I am disappointed that I went there early and yet my room was given to me 10 minutes past my check-in time. Moreover, some staffs are friendly but most act like they don’t care.

I enjoyed the food and all the people working on site are amazing, we had fun laughs together

Al entrar en el Sogo Hotel, me impresionó su estética y la amabilidad del personal. El ambiente parecía acogedor y las comodidades proporcionaban una estancia cómoda. A pesar de la estética agradable y la amabilidad del personal, el olor persistente fue un factor negativo notable en una estancia que, por lo demás, hubiera sido agradable. Es fundamental que la dirección del hotel aborde este problema con prontitud para garantizar una experiencia más agradable para los futuros huéspedes.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and responsive to our needs. The location is a bit far from the market and convenience stores, so you need to take a ride going there. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality! One small suggestion would be to kindly provide slippers for guests for added comfort.

No esperamos que sea tan grande! Estamos sólo 3 pax y el lugar es realmente bueno para un gran grupo de personas. El precio es bueno. Hay colchas de café complementarias pero no hay desayuno que es sólo bueno. Situación está cerca de la autopista, así que es accesible. Recomendado para la noche como hicimos o para una estancia corta.

Buen hotel limpio cerca de todos .. a precios razonables .. no esperar demasiado en el desayuno.. se quedará allí otra vez
