La vista es muy agradable, la vista es muy agradable, el desayuno es bueno y el personal es muy acomodable. No es su hotel de lujo regular. Pero la vibe es definitivamente buena. Las habitaciones son limpias y hueles bien.Parking ia cubierto. Si usted está en una motocicleta como es, espero que hvae un conductor cualificado, el camino aquí es un descenso de la colina y es un poco difícil navegar si no un conductor experimentado. Todo en una experiencia 10/10. 🥰

El hotel está cerca de Sm, 7/11, y varios restaurantes de comida rápida, por lo que es fácil comprar lo que necesita/desea. El personal es agradable y la habitación es limpia. Aunque he notado una ruptura en la pared y el airecone no está bien instalado, como hay algunas lagunas. La habitación es muy pequeña para el precio y la TV no funciona o no podemos usarla, pero no hay remoto, y incluso le preguntamos al personal, pero nunca regresaron después.

Nos quedamos en Sulyaps durante 3 noches mientras que en San Pablo y tengo que decir que nos sorprendió absolutamente lo hermoso que es allí. Desde el momento en que llegamos (precozmente para el check-in) y fueron saludados y bienvenidos con el mayor de sonrisas y entusiasta y cuidadoso personal. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Nos mostraron en los jardines con árboles bonsai y una hermosa cage de pájaros exóticos abajo un hermoso camino lleno de hermosas plantas y árboles, esculturas y imágenes cortadas hasta que nos dieron nuestras habitaciones. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La piscina estaba siendo reparada porque me encantaba nadar, pero no me molestaba mucho. Pero cuando vuelva a San Pablo no me quedaré en ningún otro lugar, ya que este lugar tiene tanto encanto rustico y es muy atractivo para el ojo donde usted mira (y no hemos visto el museo) es una joya absoluta. Así que si usted se encuentra en San Pablo este es el lugar que yo recomendo muy, no se decepcionará 😁🙏😁🙏😁🙏

I recommend to improve your water system. There was no hot water on my 7 nights stay. The toilet is old , need to refurbish. Improve your room scent , toilet smells stinky.

It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style and comfort, but Ysabella Suite nailed it. The suite was impeccably clean, well-lit, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved the cozy ambiance—it felt like a boutique hotel but with the warmth of home. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference. The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They’ve truly created a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and feel cared for. If you’re looking for a serene escape with boutique vibes and modern comforts, Ysabella Suite at FYLL Homes is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena. Highly recommended for those looking for clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodations in the city!

El hotel ofrece una gran variedad de comidas. El restaurante tiene una muy buena vista de la montaña. Grande servicio al cliente. Todo el personal era muy agradable y acomodable.

Just one problem the staff forgot the towels inside the room. They apologized with their mistakes for not providing towels in the room. I hope there will be no more mistake next time.
