Stayed at Brezza Hotel in Sitiawan for a solo trip. The hotel is simple and decent for a short stay. Room was clean and had the basics covered. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby eateries. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest.

El único hotel que me ocupaba le pidió que retirase sus zapatos antes de inscribirse en el conteo 😠
¿Qué razón? No estoy entrando en una sala de oración o no veo una razón válida para esta acción.
La habitación es tan sólo así sin ventana y es deliberadamente para dormir solo.
No tengo más expectativas para este tipo de hotel, pero me sorprende mucho la política.
Espero que el propietario lea esta revisión y mejore el proceso de registro.

“Una Slice de Santorini en Ipoh!”

Desde el momento en que llegué, me encantaba la estética de este lugar, inspirada por Santorini, el tema blanco y azul era perfecto en el cuadro, lo que me hizo sentir como si me transportara directamente a Grecia. El diseño se ha visto muy bien, desde el encantador decoro hasta las habitaciones confortables y bien mantenidas.
La habitación era muy confortable, y el hotel estaba muy bien equipado con un buen servicio de habitaciones. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

We like the place , locating slightly away from the town center in kampung area which is quiet. Room is clean and bed is comfortable .
The owner is very friendly, the staff too !
The place is well maintained and has all its basic amenities . Room is clean and we enjoyed cycling around the kampung area. Value for money. Will recommend

The majority of people commented about the cleanliness of the toilet, yet it appears that the owner took no action at all. And, yeah, the toilet was filthy.

UUsuario invitadothis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

Mattress so so... Stay. One night should fine.
CONS
Location near the pub and quite noisy until midnight. Also beside the road and room windows were not able to close fully that you can hear the noise from the street.

However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness — the bed, pillows, and blankets could have been fresher, and the room would benefit from some renovation. While the staff could have been more attentive and helpful, I would like to commend the security guard for being friendly and courteous throughout my stay. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Poor:
1. The condition of the bed is really bad. The mattress is ‘V-shaped’. My fiance and I couldn’t sleep at the middle of the bed because it hurt our backs. Though we tried to sleep at the edge of the bed, we couldn’t help sinking down throughout the night due to the beg sag. It significantly affected our sleep.
2. Water heater takes some time to heat up and the temperature couldn’t stay stable even though I didn’t adjust it.
3. Amenities are a bit timeworn.

RRamónHotel correcto, de ciudad. Con los servicios justos y necesarios. La habitación grande y el baño muy bien. A 10 minutos de la estación de tren y de la zona visitable de la ciudad. Nos guardaron las maletas después del check out y nos facilitaron un cargador de móvil xq el nuestro no nos iba. Reservamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas la ducha no tenía mampara. A pesar de todo, recomendable!
