we were greet with smile although it was 10pm. the hotel is very clean and have a spacious family room. the location is very convenient if you want to stay near to lost world tambun. plenty of parking space and nearby eateries. we will come back again

La ubicación es muy buena, a 3 minutos a pie de Lao Huang Chi Ya Cai Chicken, también hay muchos mercados de alimentos, calles de recuerdos, etc. alrededor, la habitación del hotel está muy limpia, la cama es muy cómoda, a 8 minutos a pie de la calle Tangshui, vale la pena recomendar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality service. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable. La ubicación del hotel está bien y no es ruidoso debido a extraños, ya que no hay restaurantes ni otras tiendas cerca. Amplio espacio de estacionamiento, muy bueno. Los recepcionistas son amables. Tienen dispensadores de agua fría y caliente en la despensa. Me sorprendió que el lobby y el estacionamiento de este hotel estén en un piso más alto, por lo que mi habitación está en un piso más bajo. Tal vez un viajero solo se preocupe cuando llega por primera vez aquí, ¿eh? El baño de la habitación es espacioso y el flujo de agua es muy fuerte. Excepto que no proporcionan un kit de cepillado de dientes ni un secador de pelo. Solo quería comentar sobre la iluminación tenue desde la escalera hasta el callejón y la habitación. Una de las luces del techo de mi habitación no funcionaba cuando me registré. Le comenté a la recepcionista y fueron muy amables al traer una nueva, pero en ese momento la luz se encendió de repente, así que me negué a que me la cambiaran. La cerradura de la puerta de la habitación está rota, ¿quizás el propietario pueda arreglarla? Adecuado para una estadía corta. Si espera una estadía de lujo, tal vez esta no sea su opción.

El personal de recepción necesita mejorar sus servicios de relaciones públicas. Preguntamos si podíamos pagar el depósito sin efectivo, ya que no teníamos efectivo en ese momento. La forma en que respondió al depósito nos molestó. Nos dijo que pagáramos lo más rápido posible. 😂 ¡Qué sorpresa! 😂 ¡Nos vemos en el sitio! Llegamos de noche cansados. The staffs were friendly. Available early check-in with RM20/ hours (which I don’t mind, as long as you can get a room & rest). The room is very comfortable and clean. Quite small for 2 people, but ok la. Bathroom and water pressure are all good, smells great too. If u driving , parking is limited, parking outside of the building & not so safe (possibly for hit & run case). Overall, recommend to stay here.

I liked this hotel. There is daily cleaning ( which is unusual for budget friendly hotels in Malaysia), water, tea and coffee were refilled every day ( but upon check in I found only sugar and coffee creamer without tea or coffee). There is a kettle and a mini fridge. An iron and ironing board were provided on request. I like that the shower is separated by a glass partition, so the floor doesn't get wet, a hair dryer and toiletries are provided. There is a safe. My room was big but standard rooms are not big, Soundproofing can be improved, I could hear every sound from the corridor. There was a bit of chemical smell in the corridor. There is a 7/11 next door, KFC and Pizza Hut on the opposite side of the road, the central market is nearby. The main landmarks are about 10-15 minutes walk.

I have to be honest, this hostel is one of the best that you can find with this modest price, but excellent services. First enter, the counter was having a good chat with a chinese, teen girl who traveled alone in Malaysia. The counter, who is a girl immediately served me as I wanted to place my luggage here before exploring Ipoh . When i check in, around 2pm, (yeah i can check in before 3pm, this is a life saver), an uncle, who served me with care and gave me a tour with their amenities. The amenities were amazing. You can play guitar if you do as they provided at the resting area. You can have a relaxing, comforting hot bath with shampoo and body wash provided. The pillows and bed were cozy... The only thing i am unsatisfied is the attitude of the chinese traveler who sleeps beside me. I can hesr his whispers, saying rude words in chinese (maybe he is having a bad time in Ipoh i guess). The rest, is awesome. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay with home's warmth and modest price, Miner's house is for you.

The place is great and easy to access

Stay for 1 nights at this hotel. My room at second floor with window facing seafront. Enjoy the scenic sea view very much. Hotel easy access to bank shop eateries and ferry terminal. Only one small problems. Room have a lot of mosquitoes. The front office provide with spray repellent. Hope the hotel will spray first before customer check-in.
