Nama hotel di web Swing & Pillows tetapi signboard Go Lodge. Laluan depan hotel agak sempit, parking luas ada di belakang hotel. Ada satu shj kedai makan di sebelah hotel tapi buka pd ptg - tgh mlm. Bilik ok selesa, iron dan mesin penapis air disediakan luar bilik.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado. Como una chica corta, usando el agua caliente me sentía un poco como un estúpido de una película 😂 Me asustaba de un escalofrío caliente a la cara! Sería mucho mejor si se colocara en una altura más baja, más segura. Y también la ubicación prefectualmente en el corazón de benton, La calle se encuentra en la calle de Nasi Kandar.

The family room was quite spacious, the bed size is like a double super single, which was OK for our family. However, there were several disappointing issues. The toilet had cockroaches, the area under the bed was dirty, and my child even found a child’s underwear left there, which was very unpleasant. The wooden part of the bed frame near the headboard was broken and seemed to be covered with pillows instead of being properly fixed. The bedsheets and pillowcases were also noticeably dirty. On Labour Day night, it was very noisy with a group of people parading outside late at night. The room was also not soundproof at all. you could clearly hear people outside and from the next room. There was a large family staying on the same floor, and they were extremely loud, talking in the hallway with their doors open as if it was their own house. It was noisy at 11PM until 1AM and again at 5AM! 😡 My husband had to go out and ask them to keep it down before we could finally sleep. If you are particular about cleanliness and a quiet environment, I would not recommend staying here.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this place. No complaints so far.

I stayed for 3 nights in Kuantan for a work trip. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable for 1–2 people. Housekeeping provided amenities and kept the room tidy. However, one issue affected my stay. After housekeeping cleaned my room on the second night, a personal item went missing. Even though it was a small item (some local snacks), I was disappointed that the hotel did not take action after I reported it to the front desk. Regardless of the value of the item, it is worrying that staff could take something from the room. I will consider staying at a different hotel on my next trip.

Didn’t take any photo of the room/ hotel because satisfaction was average only. Do our check in half way & the staff went to wash her hand make us wait at the counter. Room got many dust. Advantage: only 3km+ away from Teluk cempedak , price ok

the room was clean,the bed was soft so as the blanket and pillow,we had a really good sleep. the toilet have good space,and water heater also working good. the aircond also working good,only our room got window but facing building so couldnt see anything. the location is few kilometers from town centre and about 7km from UIA kuantan where our event was. there was lift for hotel,the lobby also quite clean and properly arranged. one bad thing is the t.v was not working at all for our 2 night stay.the reception didnt inform anything to us until we curious why the t.v was plugged off.after call the reception only they tell the t.v channel got problem,and we had to stay there 2 nights without watching anything,quite bored.even the 2nd night it was not fix and looks like nobody attended to this problem.

Booked this hotel for day use to freshen up and change before an event. The room was clean and comfortable, and it served its purpose well for a short stay. Check-in and check-out was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near to city center, with eateries and convenience shops within easy reach. While the room was suitable for changing and resting, the space for prayer was somewhat limited, which may be a consideration for guests who need it. Additionally, no parking was provided, so guests may need to make alternative parking arrangements. Overall, a convenient option for short stay, but a few limitations to take note of.

The hotel must've seen a more glorious past. Service wise, the hotel staffs are responsive. Facilities wise, it is still adequate. Beyond sleep and bath, I doubt there is much else to do in the premise. Safe neighbourhood.

The hotel is clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Water heater functioning well. There’s even hair dryer placed in the bathroom. Good size mattress with clean sheet, pillow cases and comforter. There were vending machines and washing machine provided at the lobby area. Water dispenser and ironing facility provided at our floor. No faulty smell or sticky carpet. Very well maintained. I think the only downfall is the main entrance, it’s kinda bare and dull with no proper signage and dull paint. From outside it looks like an abandoned building. But the gem is inside. Comfortable stay. Good job 👍🏻
