Vale más que el precio, la ubicación, las instalaciones. Pagué menos de RM50 por noche (no incluyendo el depósito RM50). El baño y las duchas son increíbles. Los calentadores son estrellas 5/5, completas con champú, jabón, toallas. Tenemos una ventana con vistas a la ciudad. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona completamente. Reservaría este hotel de nuevo, la próxima vez.

No tengo quejas sobre la limpieza, ya que la tarifa es muy baja. Es fácil registrarse y salir. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Proporcionan toallas y crema de ducha. Sábanas limpias. El depósito es de solo RM50 y el propietario lo devuelve en pocas horas. Para las personas mayores, soliciten una habitación más baja, ya que las escaleras son muy altas. Dios mío, me dieron el tercer piso. Casi me pierdo el kaki 😂😂😂

Excellent Heritage Stay in a Prime Location! Perfect Location: Super convenient and within walking distance to Jonker Walk and Masjid Kampung Kling. There are plenty of great eateries and coffee shops right around the corner. Beautiful & Clean: We stayed in the Garden Room, which was lovely, tidy, and very comfortable. Charming Vibe: The heritage architecture gives the place a really wonderful, authentic character.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

La habitación era algo pequeña, pero el baño era bastante amplio. El desayuno no es muy variado y hay muchísima gente, tuvimos que esperar y hasta en dos ocasiones se intentaron colar de otras habitaciones. La espera no mereció la pena. La recepción es de 24h y fueron muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta para pasear por el centro, tardas unos 15-20 min andando y justo al lado hay un 7 eleven.

Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia aquí. Elegimos una habitación de lujo con cama king size. Nos dieron una habitación en la planta baja, justo detrás de la recepción. La habitación no era muy espaciosa, pero tampoco estrecha. Había suficiente espacio para sentarse, muchos enchufes y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. También había un ventilador. La habitación estaba limpia y olía bien. La cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. En el armario había varias perchas que parecían haber quedado de huéspedes anteriores. El baño tenía jabón y champú, y la presión del agua era buena. No había agua potable de cortesía en la habitación, pero se podía obtener del dispensador detrás de la recepción en cualquier momento. También había té y café disponibles.

El servicio de recepción fue excelente: el personal hablaba mandarín y fue muy servicial y amable. La limpieza de la habitación solo se realizaba si se solicitaba proactivamente para prolongar la estancia. Las toallas de la habitación eran nuevas, y la ropa de cama y el colchón eran muy cómodos. La falta de café y bolsitas de té fue una pequeña decepción. En el vestíbulo se vende una variedad de productos, ¡lo cual es muy práctico!

El hotel dispone de una habitación limpia, cómoda y bien mantenida, con todo lo que necesitamos para una agradable estancia. La ubicación era conveniente y las instalaciones eran excelentes, especialmente para familias. La mejor parte de nuestras habitaciones es el servicio excelente y la hospitalidad real del personal.
