I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The high-tech system made everything so smooth and convenient, especially the self check-in and check-out process. It was fast, hassle-free, and saved a lot of time—perfect for travelers who value efficiency. The digital features were easy to use and well-organized, making the whole stay feel modern and seamless. I also appreciated the privacy and flexibility, as I could manage everything on my own schedule without needing to queue at the front desk. Overall, it was a comfortable and innovative stay. ¿Y la estancia en el hotel? Digamos que no fue precisamente memorable. La señal Wi-Fi era tan débil que hacía que la conexión por módem pareciera ultrarrápida. El personal parecía haber asistido a una escuela de modales para robots, graduándose con honores en eficiencia monótona. En cuanto al entretenimiento, la señal de cable era más plana que un roti canai de hace una semana, y la televisión local, lingüísticamente hablando, era como si estuviera transmitiendo desde Marte. Por suerte, había un mamak abierto las 24 horas para emergencias de mee goreng. Una barbería al lado ofrecía la esperanza de un corte de pelo antes de las 9 de la noche, suponiendo que lograras llegar antes de la oferta especial para madrugadores. Y una tienda de conveniencia mamak vigilaba, cerrando también a las 9 en punto.

This is my 5th? 6th? time staying at Atelier. They are my top choice as I always have business at Pelangi. This time, I tried booking the Junior Suite, an upgrade from my usual SQ/SK option. Specially for their bathtub as I needed a nice mental break. However, I noticed the bathtub does not even fill. It drains as quickly as it fills so that not only waste a lot of water, it doesn't even fill beyond 10cm of water. It was such a shame I looked forward to enjoying this amenity. The toilet drains really slowly also at one point I panicked because i thought it will flood. All other amenities were amazing. Aircon, bed, tv, perfect. I had an amazing stay I didn't want to go out after my business appointment. I just stayed in and ordered takeout meals. I love Atelier!!! Please consider fixing the bathtub plug so will waste less water and enhance bathtub experience.

Hotel location is within walking distance to nearby eatery place which open till late night. Grab taxi can be easily called & reachable even at early hours. Cleanliness is ok & staff is attentive. Facilities are basic, not much of hype. If you looking for just staying 1-2 nights without any expectation, this hotel is good enough.

Although the room was small but everything we need is there, i.e. shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel & etc. Water dispenser also provided at the lobby for water refill. Aeon mall just next to the shoplot and convenient for buying some consumables.

Can see the cleaners hard at work to keep the place sparkling clean, though the bedsheet seems abit yellowish and towel railings rusty. Maybe time to upgrade fittings. They have a sitting area where u can grt free drinks (milo, coffee etc) from dispenser machine.

The Deluxe King room is large and comfortable and more space than the standard room. It also has a large toilet/shower. There is no bin the toilet, had to use the one bin in the bedroom. There are some amenities such as toothbrushes and soap but hidden in a small black tray in the corner of the long table below the TV, under the mineral bottles. If room is not bright because the curtains are not fully drawn, you would miss it which happened to my group. We booked 4 rooms and none of us knew there were toothbrushes provided, some of us went out to buy. One of us only discovered the existence of the tray the next day! Also, there are 2 TV controls and no instructions on the back of the controls nor in the room on how to operate the controls; one is for switching tv on/off only and one for controlling channels/sound. Had to approach the counter staff who then came into the room to explain. It would be much more pleasant experience if the counter staff just give a mention about where these things or how to work them at the time we were checking-in, and Before we have to ask. On the Sat night, there was some disco music playing from a distance away where the sound is not audible but the base beat-by-beat vibrations could be felt in the air even though all the windows were shut and locked down, and this went on the WHOLE night and gave me a poor sleep. I was surprised why this happened as I chose this hotel because many reviews from guests say the Milano hotel has good sound-proof rooms. I later discovered gaps in my windows even when they are shut and the gaps are not filled-up/sealed in room 208! Thankfully, the horrible music did not play on the Sunday night. I could put up with the other inconveniences which are minor, but if there were to be sound disturbances throughout the night, having the gaps in the windows was disappointing. Positive side, I like the availability of water to top up our tumbler at the front office area, besides the 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.

The room was clean. Aircondition was excellant. The hotel provide prayer mat. But the water presure in the shower was slow. And i almost burn my shirt because the iron they provide got burning stain and the iron board was terible. Please change and clean the iron surface. I stay with family on Ramadhan and book with breakfast for sahoor. I thought they provide buffet for sahoor but it was packing food and serve to room. It look like the balance of food from buka puasa buffet 🤨.
