I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to attractions and transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

At first, booked with Agoda for another Atelier nearby for Standard King room but was cancelled by Agoda due to their system error on king room sold out upon reaching the hotel. Not satisfied with Agoda on this and decided to book with trip.com at Atelier Abiad branch which their king room still available. We drove another 5 mins reaching this hotel. The receptionist here took 10-15 mins to locate our reservation from trip.com which understandable due to last minute booking. First given room was having problem with the keycard, they change us to another room which we really satisfied after frustration with Agoda issue. We checked in 10pm+ and they extend our check out till 1pm. Despite frustration but we lucky enough found this hotel. Great location surrounded by restaurants, bar and foot massage shops, 7-11 also within walking distance. Public car park is limited, needs to download the app to pay. Overall, great stay and happy with the hotel.

Never expect the hotel to exceed my expectation. Thought solo so no need to spend so much but the location, overall vibe is great.

En general, mi estancia 3-night fue agradable. Me disfruté especialmente de la suite familiar la cama de tamaño real y las galletas eran muy cómodas. Sin embargo, esperaba un estándar básico, por lo que no pude dar una calificación completa. Cleanliness: Había algunos problemas que necesitaban atención. He encontrado una pequeña lizard, un bebé coco (que tenía que manejar), y un espiga. Las hojas de cama y el rug tenían pinturas visibles aunque estas pueden ser difíciles de eliminar, no es aceptable ni siquiera para un hotel 3-star. Además, se dejó un papel higiénico usado, vacío (pero seco) junto a un nuevo, que no debería ocurrir. No soy muy fussy, pero otros podrían haber calificado esto mucho más bajo. El asiento de la toalla estaba desajustado y desajustado. El pendiente de toalla también estaba desconectado, así que no nos quedamos atentos a colgar todas nuestras toallas allí. Servicio: Las solicitudes de una silla de escritura y un secador de pelo tomaron bastante tiempo y sólo se resolveron después de hablar con un guardaespaldas la mañana siguiente. La habitación está equipada con cuatro huéspedes, pero nos encontramos en un grupo de tres y sólo recibimos dos tazas, por lo que tuvimos que hacer turnos. Quizás una nota breve debería comprobar nuestro día ya que nos quedamos por tres noches. Esta es una sugerencia para mejorar. Ubicación y servicios: El hotel dispone de una tienda de lavandería convenientemente situada directamente al lado del hotel. El estacionamiento está disponible en el lugar, aunque puedes necesitar estacionar detrás del edificio. Sería útil tener una pista de vertido designada en la frente del hotel. Alimentos: El café sirve un buen lemak de pollo nazi, pero el cuerno de curry es rico y sabroso, aunque sería mejor que existiera más platos laterales para complementar el arroz. La experiencia global ha ayudado a compensar las deficiencias. Valor para el dinero: 3/5 Hasta que se corrija otra revisión de las deficiencias, considero otros alojamientos

Second time booking. Used to stay here during CNY holiday and now book again. Very clean and the bed very comfy. There are many chairs outside to sit and they give complimentary coffee and snacks

Went with 4 kids. House big enough. 3 bedrooms. Master room was big and spacious. With a floor mattress. a king size bed and attached toilet. 2 common bedrooms. 1 room with a king/queen size bed and single size bed. The other room with 1 king/queen size bed. Living room has a sofa bed. Possible for 1 pax to sleep comfortably. Toilet looks old. And master bedroom toilet has an odour. Quite bad. No complains about sound. But heard one or two loud door slams only which i thought is okay because it happens at home as well. The wind, the kids, accidentally. Neighbours seems good. No noise from them and don't even bump into any. But from each room cannot hear each other. Morning around 530am will hear the morning prayers from one of the common bedroom that has 2 beds. The other rooms didnt hear it or perhaps deep asleep. Haha. And another prayer session around 430pm afternoon. Last about 30min. If very tired should be able to fall back to zzz again. My kids did. Towel has a smell. But we don't use as we use to bringing our own towels. I like that there is security counter but not to deposit your luggage prior check in. Anything just ask them and check in is very smooth. Instructions from owner was very clear and direct. Less than 5 min to check in. Early check in allowed at a charge if there's no guest prior. Very nice owners. Reply via whatsapp. And they provided small water bottles and coffee sachets. Quite surprise they do as most, doesn't provides. And a few trash bags .. good! Overall the stay was ok as we only sleep there. No other activities.

This is my first time at Johor Baharu Masai area. I had booked this hotel for 1+1 day. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean and also with the washroom. Internet speed was fast and stable you can browse over Singapore channel as well thru the smart tv. For the price i booked under RM90, they still providing complimentary breakfast. They do seved fried noodles, fried rice, sausages some bread and coffee and juices. Location of the hotel was also very strategic, local banks, fast food chain and local coffee shop are just around the corner. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel and definately will return if i came down to Johor. By the way they also provide complimentary carpark space just infront of the hotel. Good Job for the hotel and staff.
