This hostel has some genuinely strong points, but also several issues that stop it from being a great stay. It’s very much a mix of highs and lows. The positives: The common room is comfortable, with very good sofas and fast Wi-Fi (though it occasionally drops out — a router upgrade would easily fix this). There’s a shared kitchen with a labelled fridge, and the location is excellent for exploring Nagasaki. Dorm rooms are good value for the price. Bed spaces are a decent size, with excellent blackout curtains that block light even if others leave the lights on. You also get a small lockbox for valuables. The negatives: Check-in is fully self-service with no reception. You’re given a folder with rules and keys, but if you need help, there’s no clear support — which can be stressful, especially for travellers without phone SIMs. There is no lift. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the narrow stairs make carrying luggage difficult. Facilities per floor are also limited: only one toilet and one shower shared between multiple dorms, plus the washer and dryer on the same floor, which feels insufficient and awkward. Extras are all paid separately (towels, toothbrushes, earplugs, etc.). A towel really should be included at this price. Guests are also expected to strip their own bedsheets at checkout, which feels excessive. The common room layout could be improved. A large hammock takes up space and reduces seating — replacing it with chairs or bar seating would make the area far more usable. There were also staff or long-term workers frequently occupying the common room, which made the space feel less guest-focused. Air conditioning is locked and cannot be adjusted, so if you’re too hot or cold, you have no control. Would I stay again? As a backpacker on a very tight budget, yes — tahe location and price make it workable. But if you can afford it, I’d recommend paying more for a private room nearby. There are many hotels in the area offering much better comfort and support.

Apartamentos con todas las instalaciones necesarias: cocina con horno de gas y microondas, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado. Residencia a través de un puesto de cocina común, acceso gratuito a baños, té y café soluble. Una cama pequeña y no una matraca muy cómoda, en una semana el cuello y la espalda comenzaron a enfermar (resolvido por sillas de masaje en Amu Plaza).  Las pequeñas carencias se compensan por su ubicación de dinero - en una semana fue posible examinar las atracciones clave de la ciudad en absoluto sin utilizar el transporte público, a la estación a pie 5 minutos - es conveniente dejar temprano en el vecino Ciudades y/o Retraso para volver, hay 24-hour Yoshinoya y varias combinaciones clave. Recomendado para un par de descanso con inspección regional activa

価格が大変安いので基本的には満足である事を前提に書きます。 連泊すると部屋掃除は何も無いです。風呂が男女各1つなので、何と無く落ち着かなく早めになりますし、バスタブにお湯を張るのも時間きかりますので気が引けます。建物は新しく清潔感ありますが音は筒抜けです。シャワー入って寝るだけなら全く問題無いと思います。

Nestled right opposite a shopping arcade and within minutes walk from the City Tram, this capsule hotel is clean and comfortable! You can rent a humidifier from the front reception, and there is also a hot bath where you can relax after a days walk! Right behind the hotel is Chinatown, and there is a 7-11 too! Will stay here again when I come back to Nagasaki. Highly recommended as it's value for money!

Route Cafe and Guesthouse is a hidden gem in Nagasaki! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. I stayed in one of their comfortable rooms, which was equipped with a cozy comforter and had access to clean, well-maintained showers. The funny messages on the stairs added a charming touch. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Route Cafe and Guesthouse for its warm atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and friendly hosts.

I didn’t receive a code for get in at the first. But super friendly people in reception. Great location, maybe the air conditioning during the night was too strong..very cold even with pijama and Nordic blankets.

Es más adecuado para un B&B. La recepción del hotel está en el tercer piso. La ubicación es muy buena. En realidad, una habitación para cuatro personas estaría bastante llena para cuatro personas porque el piso solo se puede colocar en el comedor. piso de la habitación. Highly recommended the very newly open hotel in Nagasaki. Close to market and tourist spots. Staffs are also friendly and kind to support. Room space is perfect with comfy bed.

25年に入ってから2回利用しました。 名前の通り、長崎港ターミナルからは至近で、五島列島など周辺離島への拠点にも良く、長崎駅からもそこまで離れていません。中華街や出島、長崎県美術館などの観光地へのアクセスも優良。 大浴場も、しっかり広くて、快適。価格を考えると、このクオリティのお風呂に、何回でも入れるのは、非常に優秀だと思う。 カプセルは若干の古さはあり、場合によっては近隣の人のいびきなどが聞こえることもありますが、概ね快適。ロッカーはかなり縦長で狭いので、大荷物の場合はフロントに預けたりが必要かもしれません。 長崎訪問の際には、また利用させていただきたいと思います。
