Fabulous hostel! Everything was squeaky clean and they even had a kitchen/living room to prepare food and chill out. They have a room lights-off policy at 10pm but I was already fast asleep after a long day of cycling around the islands. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, they even have a QR code that shows all their recommended spots on your phone maps! I would recommend this place to everyone biking around the islands, especially if you want to go to rabbit island as the ferry is only 10 minutes (by bike) away. There is a supermarket just down the road (about a 5 minute walk) - which is very handy if you’d like to buy some carrots etc for the rabbits! Thank you so much!

This graceful ryokan has been running a business for 150 years located in a sedated little town. Maybe it’s off season. I felt I was in the middle of nowhere worrying what to do with my time there. However Izumi San the host has been helping me above and beyond trying to make me feel welcome. She escorted me to and from the onsen each night punctually. She got all the information for me to rent a bicycle and get me the bus time table ready for me to travel to Hiroshima. Btw the bike ride was amazing and is a must do for islands hopping. Although we communicated mostly through Google translate and some of my broken Japanese. We have had some good laugh. Chaume did offer me couple of restful nights. To Izumi San, arigato gozaimasu. 💝

とにかくスパが抜群でした。平日の夜にもかかわらず大にぎわいで、人気の高さが伺えます。 部屋は清潔で、セキュリティもバッチリ。 翌朝は6時からオープンのスパにしっかり浸かり 次の目的地に向かいました。また是非 訪れてみたいです。

2024.7月以来2回目の利用でした。 多々羅大橋のたもとにある大三島BSからは島の反対側ですが、バスで移動しました。バス停からはすぐです。 近くにマーレ・グラッシア大三島さんがあって温泉に入れるし、大三島ブリューワリーさんはすぐ近くなのが気に入っています。 大山祇神社も徒歩で行けて、朝の静かで凛とした空気の中でお参り出来ました。 ランドリーやキッチンもあるので、長期滞在やサイクリングの宿に最適だと思います。 オーナーご夫妻も気さくで、また大三島に行く時には利用したいです。

Great spot !! lovely preprepared snacks. View is amazing and design is top notch. Recommend to stay one night or if you have time definitely stay more!

We were told that the onsen was closed. Which must have been a misunderstanding, as we used it later and it was great. Got a nice welcome drink - even though it was form the machine, it was a nice gesture. Location was perfect next to the train station and not far from the Henro pilgrimee temple

The most affordable hotel through out my trip! It was extremely affordable, despite its great location, situated close to both the bus and train station (making it a perfect location after a long journey). The staff is polite, the room is spacious enough and it offer all the amenities of more expensive hotel (like a public onsen and personal hygiene products). Despite a limited variety of options of the breakfast buffet, the quality of the ingreadient and what was offered was excelent. Well worth the price.

La habitación del hotel es bastante grande. Aunque el equipo es un poco antiguo, el transporte es cómodo. Enfrente hay un centro comercial donde podrás comprar alimentos frescos y almuerzos para llevar. No se necesitan más de 1.000 yenes para tomar un taxi hasta la estación. Nos registramos aquí y fuimos a Shimonada para ver la puesta de sol 🌅 y tomamos un taxi hasta Dogo Onsen para sumergirnos en las aguas termales. Aunque es difícil completar estas atracciones en un día, aprovechamos el taxi para contemplar el Castillo de Matsuyama y hacer fotos. La próxima vez visitaremos lentamente el castillo de Matsuyama.
