First of all I would like to say that I'm not Mr. Ayeti it's Miss Ayeti . About the washroom is that flushing system of WC isn't working properly also the wash basin there wasn't running water and the blanket was ....me as an architect I would like to suggest that your wash basin should have been placed atleast few more distance away from the wc as there's space . 🙏 Thanks

Standard room with balcony not bad though small sized/hot and cold water and other claimed amenities present. Food excellent. Staff quality overall good. Manager Sari mul Haque managed my trip nicely in reasonable chaged. Driver Amed ali fixed by him was also very good. Special mention about those two persons. Location at the heart of city. However, little overpriced in comparison to the room size.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, with nearby market and night life of shillong. All the amenities including provision of water and transport on demand.

The hotel is located in the heart of Police Bazar, surrounded by vibrant streets bustling with activity at all times, especially during any occasion . The rooms we stayed in were spacious and equipped with all the amenities as described. Our stay was very pleasant, and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. Housekeeping and room service were always available on demand. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious food offered by the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional—kudos to their talented chefs and management team! I highly recommend trying their dishes; they are not to be missed. We also ordered lunch and dinner from their kitchen, and I must say, the food quality and taste were absolutely top-notch—some of the best in Shillong, all at a very reasonable price. Overall, we had an amazing stay. This was undoubtedly the best hotel we stayed in during our Meghalaya trip, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Me and my family had an wonderful experience at this property. Especially the location is the heart of the city and well connected all the offices and the markets. And all the staffs were well cooperative and helpful. Maintained the place quite well.
