Love this hotel so muchhhh!! The staff are all friendly and so helpful, cleanliness is top tier. Location is so good, the thing that annoys me is only it’s a bit noisy during the time housekeeping was about to clean the other room because my room is near the lift and the housekeeping area, but overall good, I have a very nice rest for 2 nights there

A nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. UUsuario invitadoThe hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and caring. We were travelling in Indonesia with my grandparents but my grandpa was unlikely got hit by a motorcycle. His condition was very serious. The hotel staff spontaneously went to the hospital to help us and gave us a lot of useful information. They also bought us food and drinks. We are really grateful to have them with us during those difficult times as we do not speak Indonesian and obviously we were under great stress. Their assistance relieved us. They even tried their very best to find someone who can speak Chinese to see if they can offer us help.
Moreover, they offered a free hotel room just in case we were unable to transfer to a bigger hospital in Yogyakarta. Their hotel may not be the best in the town but their warmness and hospitality far exceeded any five star hotel I have stayed before.

NNanang AlbatawieTodo bien limpio es espacioso y divertido, sólo porque hay cerca de la carretera, así que es un poco ruidoso y lleno. La habitación y el baño están limpios. Hay sólo jabón de baño líquido y toallas. No pasta de dientes y tobillo. Me pasé la doble economía. No hay guardarropa ni ropa de pendientes. Sólo una matraca de cocina y un chaleco de madera más un ventilador. Hay una terraza y una silla en frente de la habitación. Es bueno hacer un barbeador o beber. Uh, no puedo conseguir un calefactor de agua. Aunque traje café y indomia. Hehehe pero si quieres agua caliente o quieres rellenar una bebida, hay cerca del lobby. Pero cuando quieres quedarse aquí otra vez. Divertido aunque hay carencias

The proximity to Borobudur temple and local eateries, combined with a quiet atmosphere, made the location great. A few minor suggestions for improvement include proper netting on ventilator holes in the room, fixing the squeaky bathroom door, and loud noises from the bathroom air con. Overall, a lovely place with a welcoming family touch.
