We Stayed at Trivelles Rochester when We attended our friend`s wedding for a Couple of Days and I must say it was a Great Choice, We arrived a bit early but it wasn't a problem, We were met with very friendly and welcoming staff and Shown to Our Room, It had Everything We needed, kettle, tea bags, coffee sachets, Milk and Sugar, The Room also had a Fan and a Shower Room with a Sink and Toilet, The Room itself was Clean with a Very Comfortable Bed, and a place to hang our clothes, I will Definitely Recommend Trivelles Rochester to All my friends and family, And will Return. Thank You for a Lovely Stay.

Aquí hay un hotel con unas impresiones de exterior, pero sólo puedo describir el interior y las habitaciones como un bloque de prisión. Las habitaciones no son limpias a cualquier estándar aceptable, tejidos sucios que se siente más limpias manteniendo sus zapatos en marcha. La cama parecía estar bien, y durmió bastante bien. Pero estaba agotada, así que creo que habría dormido en cualquier lugar. El restaurante era muy pobre, muy limitado y de baja calidad. Me hizo sonreír ver una pizza de la ciudad de Chicago en el menú por £11.50 sin embargo. No reservaba desayuno como no podía esperar.se salir y no confiaba en su comida. No volverá a quedarse aquí, y evitará que esta cadena se vaya adelante.

Perfect staff, homely ,very clean,nicely cooked non vegetarian breakfast. Hotel set back from main road,so no traffic noise. Nice view from top floor, but beware NO LIFT. Bed&pillows ,superb comfort. You need 3 hands,when in the shower! which is very modern. LOTS of local places to eat ,e.g. BILLS etc. Within walking distance of theatre, so i saw lots of nice rockn roll shows(pre booked on line). Local square was lovely to relax in the 5 days of sunshine. Nice car park. Looks like some great shows on around Oct, so I will have to return . BBC tv+radio,also a few other channels. Good value holiday

Es que he vivido un B&B más cálido. El hotel está muy limpio y está totalmente nuevo, una cama confortable en el dormitorio grande, el servidor está muy bien. Las deficiencias en la orilla de la carretera, no es adecuado para los pasajeros que temen a la gente, y el desayuno es especialmente simple, un poco conveniente para conducir entre Canterbury y Dover Whitehead, y hay un estacionamiento

I was looking forward to a short stay in Ramsgate, and from what I'd read up on the Royal Oak Hotel, I thought I'd be in for a treat. How wrong I was. On arrival to my room there was water around the base of the washbasin in the shower room. I showed this to the manageress and she explained it couldn't be looked into that day but someone would look at it the next day, towels were laid on the floor to mop up the wet - okay, but no one came the time I was there and the towels remained on the floor for the stay. There was rarely anyone on Reception, guests are expected to make a phone call to get someone to come and see them - as my mobile wasn't working, making that call was impossible. I ordered breakfast one morning, for which I had to go to the bar next door to the hotel. The breakfast was very small, and very expensive for what it was - over £10, plus coffee, when I'd enquired about the cost originally I was told it would be £8 (I wish I'd gone to Wetherspoons). During my stay my room wasn't serviced, although I'd left a 'please service my room' note on my door for 2 days. On the day of departure, as usual no one was in reception, so no one to explain my grouses to. In fairness, it was explained when I arrived that there was skeletal staff, but I'd paid the full cost of the room, which considering there was no breakfast, wasn't cheap, so I expected at least to have the bed made and the bin emptied. The location is great and the hotel is very clean, but that's all the positives I can say about this hotel.

J'y suis allée plusieurs fois car j'aime bien cette petite ville et puis il y a un jardin pas aménagé avec un seau pour les clopes.. les chambres sont agréables. Le gros souci c'est qu'il y a trois douches/toilettes pour 8 chambres environ et qu'elles ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours. L'hôtel est beaucoup fréquenté par des hommes et donc je ne me sentais pas du tout à l'aise d'autant qu'ils avaient un comportement limite. Le ménage c'est moyen comme la plupart des hébergements budget mais la literie est propre. Alors si vous avez le malheur de demander quelque chose ou de vous plaindre, le patron vous propose avec courtoisie d'aller voir ailleurs car il a des centaines de clients épanouis (la bonne blague)et qu'il est gérant et pas hôtelier. Sinon c'est bien chauffé et si vous y allez n'oubliez pas avant de leur envoyer par mail une preuve de votre identité et que vous résidez quelque part ailleurs que chez eux 😂

We had a wonderful long weekend in this seafront hotel and had a wonderful time. It's not a 5-star hotel but I've given it 5 stars because it was perfect for us. We were warmly welcomed and well looked-after. The room was nicely appointed with a little bathroom and a big telly! The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. But best of all was the huge window looking out over the sea. We didn't realise that it doesn't do food until we got there but there are loads of really great cafés and restaurants within a very short walk.
