Este fue nuestro primer estancia con B&B Hotels, y el primero de los 5 hoteles bidets se encuentran durante un viaje de dos semanas por carretera en Francia. El hotel B&B en Alençon se ha convertido en un hotel de alta calidad, con una gran cantidad de servicios de acogida y una gran cantidad de servicios de acogida. El personal en el sitio fue excepcionalmente útil y bienvenido, en contraste con nuestra experiencia de muchos de los otros hoteles de presupuesto. Большая кровать, проблем с водой тоже не было. До станции жд 40 минут пешком. В минутах 20 есть торговый центр с Ашаном. Не хватает чайника в номере, это было бы прям плюсом его добавить. А так бюджетный хороший вариант.

Hotel itself is a great place for a night, however despite informing the hotel twice via email and on original booking form, i was given a first floor room, despite requesting a ground floor as i was travelling with my 84 year old mother, who has difficulty in negotiating stairs and no elevator was available, so despite the hotel being great, i won’t be staying there again as it’s unreliable to honour requests, very disappointing.

Pros: The staff is very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the first floor, which was very convenient since the hotel does not have an elevator. However, if you are traveling only with backpacks, this should not be a problem. Although the hotel is relatively inexpensive, it is very cozy and comfortable. We stayed in a room with three beds: one large bed and two smaller beds, as well as a spacious bathroom. Just be aware that the hotel does not provide slippers, but you can ask for water bottle. Cons: The towels could be cleaned better, as they already look quite gray and worn. And on the second day, the housekeeping staff only brought fresh towels and did not make the beds.

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your place. It was absolutely wonderful. The room is spacious and has everything you might need. There is even a small kitchen and a private bathroom. It’s impressive how such a compact space includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is also all the essential kitchenware, as well as towels and anything else you might need. In addition, there is a lounge area where you can sit and relax — it has a very cozy, hotel-like atmosphere. The hotel itself is very convenient, located not far from the city center. It truly made our stay in the city much more enjoyable.

En primer lugar, ¡la ubicación es increíble! El autobús gratuito al Mont Saint-Michel sale justo enfrente del hotel, y el lugar ideal para tomar fotos está a solo cinco minutos a pie. La habitación era sencilla y limpia. Los vasos no se reutilizaban; cada vaso de papel estaba envuelto individualmente, lo que le daba un aire de limpieza. El baño y la ducha separados también estaban bien. Al registrarme, recibí un cupón de descuento para la tienda de recuerdos de al lado, que usé para comprar. Al estar cerca del Mont Saint-Michel, pude verlo todo por la mañana, por la tarde y por la noche. A veces, las ovejas paseaban justo delante del hotel, lo cual era adorable. La presión de la ducha también era excelente. Tenga en cuenta que solo se proporciona jabón corporal. El secador de pelo era de esos con forma de elefante que se ven a menudo en Francia. Como viajé por mi cuenta, agradecí que el autobús de la estación al hotel parara justo delante del hotel. También puedes comprar billetes de autobús con crédito al subir, lo cual es muy práctico. Es un poco caro, pero es la única opción, así que definitivamente vale la pena. Es divertido ver todas las diferentes vistas mientras viajas. No hay ascensor, así que llevar el equipaje puede ser un poco complicado.

We are getting on in years and arrived from. UK on the ferry.  Found the B & B easily but trying to gain access was impossible even though we had the entry code .  It turned out after gaining assistance from another late arrival we had to pay a tourist tax via a master card.  We also had to take a photo of the room number and entry code.  The accommodation was just right ONCE WE MANAGED TO GET INSIDE.

Uns hat alles gefallen: sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schnelles internet, 2 Handtücher pro Person, bequemes Bett, ein sehr sauberes Zimmer, tolle Lage (gleich am Busbahnhof), 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum oder alten Hafen. Wir waren mit der Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Wir würden hier nochmal übernachten, wenn wie wieder in Honfleur sind.

I arrived at the hotel on July 13th around 7:30 pm, but the hotel said that there was no booking despite that I shown the receptionist your confirmation email hence I could not stay.  I email your support service but it did not help, only said that I am not entitled to a refund, but it was nothing to do with me, it was a mistake between your company and the hotel, I was turned away.  I am a regular user and I am very  unhappy.  Please send this to your customer care.  Check my records you will know how many times I have used you in this year.
