Hello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.

Nous sommes venus la semaine dernière, lors de notre périple cycliste. David, le gérant de l’hôtel, nous a super bien accueilli et à fait en sorte que notre passage d’une nuitée se passe du mieux possible. L’hôtel est très confortable et calme, loinde l’agitation routière de Moûtiers. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Merci David pour ton professionnalisme !

Solo nos hospedamos una noche, pero el trato del personal fue excelente. Ya nos avisaron que la habitación tenía el baño tipo cabina, por si queríamos cambiarnos a una de mayor dimensión. Nos dejaron calentar en el microondas sin tener incluido el desayuno.

The rooms are very small. The hotel is large, there are many guests and the elevator is often busy. close to the station and noisy from the trains. The floor is dirty in the corridor, old dirt under the beds. The parking lot is closed, but there is free access from the street. The surveillance camera records only those who enter, I did not see other cameras in the parking lot. When leaving the parking lot, you do not need a key - there is no security for your car, although parking is paid extra. Be careful with valuables. We had a smartphone stolen while cleaning. None of the administrators helped us - they answered politely and pretended to ask the staff. They behaved calmly, as if they had repeatedly rejected the guests' problems. I assume that they make money from the number of guests and forgive the thefts of the staff because it will be difficult to find a new employee there. I travel a lot and often choose budget options, but this is the first time I have such a bad experience.

Stayed for 2 nights (2 adults & 1 kid) Positives: Clean hotel - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Helpful staff - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Basic amenities - microwave at reception / cold drinking water (may not be complementary but staff let us refill our bottles) Ample car parking - We didn't use since we were not driving McDonalds next door - Helpful only if you are a McD person which I am not!!! Negatives: Rooms are not air conditioned - not sure if that is the case with all Ibis budget hotels but it could get uncomfortable in June nights Location is kind of secluded - can be slightly scary to go out after dark (especially with family) Not too many restaurants (except McD ofcourse), bars, supermarkets nearby Metro station is a good 800-900 mt away so can get tedious if you plan to walk to metro station multiple times a day

Amazing Hostel/Hotel. The room was super spacious for a private twin bedroom, huge bathroom and super tidy and clean. Staff were inviting and informative. Kitchen facilities were great, however no oven. A few more utensils would have been great. Met some amazing travellers in common area. Didn't check out bar or restaurant as I was out most of the day/evening. Only negative was the hill to walk up from the city centre. But that is only a Minor negative

Petit hôtel très sympathique, sans prétention, mais très honnete, bien pensé, bien décoré et aux espaces efficacement optimisés et d’excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un petit dej avec des viennoiseries de qualité, ainsi que du bon pain frais, même si une offre un peu plus étendu en salé serait appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant . Les « tintins et Astérix » gracieusement prêtés par l’établissement achèveront de vous endormir en douceur.

El hotel está cerca de la esquina. El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren de Lyon, el hotel está cerca de la esquina. El gran centro comercial llamado Westfield, se puede encontrar todo allí. Bella y agradable habitación.

Somos clientes regulares del Hotel Evan ya que cumple la mayoría de nuestros requisitos para un parada nocturna en nuestro camino de vuelta de nuestro lugar en España. La única crítica que tenemos en las habitaciones es el espacio bastante estrecho - bien para una persona, no tan bueno para dos personas. Sin embargo, es muy bueno para la tarifa por noche. Alimentos, servicio, limpieza son excelentes.
