Amigo, hazme caso, si vienes a Yining y te alojas en Six Star Street, elige Kailash. No es exageración ni adulación, en cuanto te quedes, sabrás lo que significa 'vale la pena'.
📍 Ubicación
Dentro de Six Star Street, llegas con solo ponerlo en el navegador. Al salir tienes todo tipo de comida, bebida y tiendas, muy conveniente. Por la noche, el camino de regreso no está oscuro ni solitario, te sientes seguro incluso si vas solo. Y lo principal, es tranquilo, puedes dormir profundamente.
🛏️ Instalaciones
La cama es robusta, no hace ruido ni se mueve al darte la vuelta, esto es muy importante para los chicos. Tiene cortinas, luz y enchufes, para cargar el móvil, jugar, ver vídeos, cada uno a lo suyo, sin molestarse mutuamente.
La cafetería está bien, el café ***** es fuerte, te puedes sentar a mirar el móvil, editar fotos, o simplemente a soñar despierto, lo que quieras.
La cocina se puede usar, tiene ollas, sartenes y de todo, si quieres ahorrar dinero y cocinarte unos fideos o calentar algo, sin problema.
¿Sala de lectura? Sí. Los sofás son cómodos, no hay muchos libros pero hay algunos interesantes, si estás cansado puedes ir a relajarte un rato, nadie te molestará.
🧼 Higiene
Tengo que decir, está limpio. El baño no tiene olores ni cal, el desagüe no se atasca. Las sábanas son blancas, sin manchas ni pelos. Puede que los hombres no sean tan exigentes, pero la limpieza de este lugar te hará sentir 'vaya, el dinero está bien invertido'.
💬 Servicio
Los chicos y chicas de recepción son eficientes, sin rodeos. Responden a todo lo que preguntas y hacen el check-in rápido. Por la noche, a veces organizan cenas o se juntan a beber y charlar, si quieres unirte vas, si no quieres, nadie te obliga. Este tipo de servicio, sin incomodidades ni molestias, es cómodo.
🔥 Impresión general
Si vienes solo, no es incómodo; si vienes con amigos, también te lo pasarás bien. No siguen las modas de los 'influencers', es simplemente un albergue juvenil que entiende lo que es 'alojarse'.
La próxima vez que venga a Yining, me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Sin más, cinco estrellas.»

«Good hostel, very social for chinese youth. They have nice common areas with pool, ping pong and lot of tables and seats. Beds are huge and comfy, very nice! People do stay up late so maybe don't expect a very quiet environment if you are a light sleeper. But location is close to railways station and walkable to many small stores and also a bigger supermaket. The area is beautiful, very nice for sunset and the terrace is huge and you can wash your clothes and just chill there on the top. The washing machine I think it is reserved only for the hostel, but it's ok. The staff was nice, especially the young boy who spoke good english and he was super helpful, patient. The inly thing I did not appreciate was the fact that you had to put on your bedsheets, I mean this is quite common in china, but for the price I think I should not be requiered to do this. Wifi was strong on all the floors exept the terrace and toiletries were provided. Showers were plenty, clean and nice with hit water. All in all it was a very positive experience.»

«Lovely hotel in great location. Rooftop area which looked over the back of the show outside the ancient town area. Breakfast upon request was delivered in small takeaway boxes. Cute but a lot of plastic waste. However the rooms had the big water dispensers in with the kettle attached which was great. Travis and ElishaWow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that.
She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met.
It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here.
Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed.
While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information.
The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate).
The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean.
Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

Janet, MalaysiaThe homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this.
Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great!
No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards.
This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday!
Thank you sisters for your warm welcome! Highly recommended!

I booked the room with a private sauna in the room and that was amazing! Coming back to the room every day after skiing and sitting in the sauna felt good! Such good value for money. The room is very big with a long balcony and a view of the mountains. The only thing lacking was the breakfast - it only started at 9.30am, which is a bit late for me if I want to start skiing at 10am when the first chair lift begins. The breakfast spread was also quite small, I would have appreciated for soy milk to be included as I do not drink dairy milk.
The daily housekeeping service was mainly clearing out trash and bringing fresh towels, the floor/table were not cleaned. There was no flexibility to do a slightly later check-out and no free airport drop-off service like some of the other hotels in the similar price range offered. There is free drop-off and pick-up service to the ski field, which is about 5-min drive from the hotel.
The best part of my stay is the reception staff who were friendly, kind and helpful! I needed help navigating the Chinese apps to retrieve a parcel and couldn't do it on my phone, so he helped me do the booking on his phone, liaised with the courier and paid first for it, sorting out the logistics for me, and I transferred him the money after. Very grateful for that because it helped me saved me a lot of time and hassle! Upon check-out, I had left my mobile phone charging in the reception area when I left for the airport and they drove over to meet me somewhere around the city while I waited in the taxi, to give my phone back to me, so that the driver didn't have to spend time going back - so that I can catch my flight in time. Super grateful for their kindness and support, going above and beyond.

Usuario invitadoHabitación: Es un albergue juvenil recién inaugurado. La habitación está muy limpia. Alguien la limpia y cambia la ropa de cama al hacer el check out. La habitación tiene ventilación las 24 horas y no hay olor a decoración nueva en la habitación.
El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación llega rápidamente y el volumen de agua es grande. Bañarse es muy cómodo. Entorno: Hay un restaurante y una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente.
Otros: La habitación está en el piso 23-25, con vista amplia y buena vista. También hay un gato, muy lindo.

La zona de paisaje de Latijn está muy en la dirección este del portal, muy cómodo para jugar cerca de Siemen.
Después de ver la reserva seleccionada para el silencio, el jefe también se encontró con antelación para decir que fuera de la habitación especial está el jardín de la comida, cerca de la calle, y puede haber ruido. Después de estar en realidad, es bueno que el doble nivel de aislamiento esté bien, y el otro tiene un oído. La habitación es amplia, el brillo de las ventanas es muy bueno, y sería más conveniente colocar las cosas si las botas se añadieron más.
El paisaje es muy bonito y se encuentra con varios turistas que se han tomado en el pasillo.
