We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !

自己一個人來住的 體驗感很好 招待我的哥人很好 很熱情 還免費給升級了房型 環境衞生沒得説 我皮膚很敏感 有兩次住酒店身上起了紅點點 所以幾乎每次出去住我都會自己備一次性床單 但這回忘了 問了哥一嘴沒有 大哥老有意思了 跟我説乾淨 老妹兒他孩子來也得住這配置的 我也懶得下樓再買了 就那麼住了 結果第二天安然無恙 所以你們真的可以放心大膽的住 絕對乾淨 這交通很便利 樓下就是彩電塔夜市 但我懶得動 沒去 還有最要感謝這個招待我的房東大哥 我有兩個手機 退完房落在屋裡一個 跟他聯繫 沒有一點不耐煩 又特意過來給我刷卡上去取手機 真的很盡責 來瀋陽玩你們選他家沒毛病 性價比非常高 最後祝老闆生意興隆 生意越來越紅火

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. I also really appreciated their flexibility with check-in, as I arrived late at night from the airport. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

很滿意，房間很大很乾凈，床墊柔軟度很合適睡得舒服。走着去西塔一公里左右，離亞明也很近。一開始擔心停車太貴，結果樓下洗浴中心的車位就可以停，有人管理，大概是20一天，在西塔地區好難得啊。超大的電視看着很爽，網速也特別快。就是感覺房間有點熱，哈哈，晚上睡覺開着窗的。

¡Este hotel fue una experiencia fantástica! Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y el televisor tenía una definición muy alta. Ver películas en la cama por la noche era como estar en un cine privado. Nos alojamos en una habitación con vistas al río y desde la ventana podíamos ver Corea del Norte al otro lado del río Yalu (primera foto). Está a solo unos minutos a pie del río Yalu, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para pasear por la mañana y por la tarde y para ver el amanecer y el atardecer. El aparcamiento es increíblemente cómodo, con muchas plazas libres, ideal para quienes conducen. La vista nocturna del río es absolutamente impresionante, un lugar perfecto para tomar fotos; las luces son deslumbrantes y cada foto es una obra maestra. A mi amigo y a mí nos encantó este hotel. El servicio fue excelente; el registro fue rápido y respondieron con prontitud a todas nuestras necesidades. La zona de los alrededores es ideal para comer y comprar, lo que le da una excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

Este hotel haitjiya es realmente más que esperado, el precio es muy alto! El hotel está equipado con robóticos inteligentes para entregar, no hay necesidad de vender piezas de abajo y viajar al establecimiento es especialmente cauto. VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to.
In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

드드렁큰우버Para empezar, este lugar tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Cuenta con todas las comodidades básicas.
El baño está limpio y tiene un inodoro de estilo coreano, muy práctico para los coreanos. Dormí muy bien y la ropa de cama era de buena calidad.
La calefacción funcionaba perfectamente; aunque fui en diciembre, dormí sudando. Está justo enfrente del puente del río Yalu, lo que facilita las visitas turísticas, y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes cerca, desde opciones económicas hasta establecimientos de lujo.
Si quieres comer algo rico y asequible, en lugar de quedarte junto al río, puedes caminar unos cinco minutos por el callejón que lleva al centro de la ciudad, cerca de la estación de tren de Dandong. Allí encontrarás muchos restaurantes coreanos regentados por coreanos de origen chino a precios muy económicos.
En resumen, estoy muy satisfecho. ¡Volveré!

UUsuario anónimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

CChristina and BoysI enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Dalian. My room was on the 31st floor and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the view every day was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The owner was also very friendly and thoughtful. She checked in with me every day to make sure I had everything I needed, which I really appreciated.
The only issue I had was that the hotel photos showed a washer under the counter, but there was actually no washer in the room. This was disappointing and a bit misleading. I hope the photos can be updated to better reflect the actual room amenities.
Overall, I still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the beautiful view and hospitality.
