Отель расположен над небольшим торговым центром, в котором есть разные кафе, что удобно. Рядом исторический район с пешеходной улицей с множеством магазинов, в том числе чайных. Также неподалеку есть рынок. Про недостатки - в номере вещи разложить особо некуда, есть несколько вешалок, но их недостаточно, приходится развешивать на стул, скамейку. Особенно не понравилось, что полотенца одноразовые, в бумажной упаковке, первый раз такое встречаю в отеле. Они реально как одноразовые рулонные полупрозрачные тряпки для уборки, не знаю как иначе назвать. Один раз вытереться можно, а чем вытираться, если захочется помыться второй раз, непонятно. Добирались из/в аэропорт на такси за около 50 юаней, заказывали didi taxi в приложении alipay, ехать минут 30, но это было днем и ночью, когда дороги не загружены. В аэропорту на выходе таксисты заряжают 200, потом предлагают за 100, в общем, ситуация как везде, дешевле заказывать такси через интернет.

Lo gasté en fideos de Hainan, vinagre de posos, Qingbuliang, agua de coco, pollo de Hainan, pastel de mil capas de pandan, café Xinglong y especialidades de Hainan en Haikou Qilou (las especialidades se pueden enviar por correo después de la compra, ¡lo cual es muy conveniente! En general, es bueno. Si vuelvo a Haikou, seguiré eligiendo vivir aquí. ¡Puedo comer especialidades locales tan pronto como salga y mirar los edificios especiales aquí! ! El sentimiento general fue curado por este viaje, de lo contrario, realmente me lastimaría el concierto y el tifón.

Nos dieron una mejora. La habitación es muy alta y muy bonita. Los dos podemos tener dos habitaciones. La habitación era grande y no tenía olor. Desde el balcón se puede ver el mar. El yate estaba bien, había mucha gente jugando allí, pero nosotros no. Si quieres tomar fotografías mientras viajas, tendrás que reunirte en el Hotel Nº 9, lo cual no es muy conveniente. Era muy barato cuando lo reservamos, realmente valió la pena ~ A papá le gustó mucho aquí, se sintió incómodo cuando fue a otros hoteles y quería regresar.

La habitación es amplia, todas las instalaciones deben estar disponibles, los artículos están colocados limpios, el precio no es caro, la luz es buena y duerme bien por la noche. Recomendación para permanecer

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

Un hotel de estilo apartamento, en un barrio pequeño, es regular. El punto más grande de venta del hotel debería ser el panorama marítimo, que, después de todo, es un precio muy alto en la bahía del Tsim. The hotel has an excellent location — it’s close to the beach, tourist infrastructure, and places for walking, but at the same time not in the very center, so the hotel grounds are quiet and peaceful. The room itself is a spacious apartment with a large living room-kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet). It was very convenient to have two showers in the room (actually, there are two showers and one bathtub, but we didn’t use the tub). Because of the hot tropical climate (it stays warm even at night) and the salty sea, everyone wants to take a shower one or two times a day. Having two showers meant no one had to wait. Hot water was provided by boilers with a sufficient reserve, so we never had to save water or wait for it to heat up. It was also very convenient to have a personal washing machine and a place to dry clothes in the room, since in this climate you need to wash things more often. All doorways have screened doors with latches, which allow constant ventilation without letting mosquitoes in. There is also a built-in air conditioning system, but we preferred to ventilate with fresh air. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and of good quality. There is plenty of storage space for clothes, as well as bedside tables. There are enough surfaces in the room where you can set up a laptop and work if needed. The room has universal sockets that work with both Chinese plugs and European plugs, and the Wi-Fi, as far as I could tell, provides access to the global internet without a VPN. The kitchen has a large refrigerator — very convenient for storing fruits, coconuts, and food, especially when planning a long day trip to attractions the next day. There is also a gas stove in case you want to cook something familiar. Although the local cuisine is very tasty, sometimes you crave more familiar food. The kitchen has a large table and the basic necessary dishes and utensils. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and make for a pleasant short walk if you wake up earlier than the others. I would especially like to thank the staff. In particular, a very attentive and responsive woman. There were no issues at all with late check-in. She was always very kind and friendly, always available, and ready to help with any questions.

Sólo pasé 5 días en Roots, pero me dejé en el lugar con tantas memorias que se sentía mucho más. Los propietarios, Shuiku y XiaoXiao, son increíblemente agradables y bienvenidos: me ayudaron a encontrar un gran entrenador de surf, indicado dónde conseguir buena comida y dónde surfar las mejores ondas (¡hasta surfamos juntos algunas veces!). El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede hacer nada. Hablo sólo un poco de chino, pero no fue un problema, ya que tanto los propietarios como muchos de los huéspedes hablaban inglés. Por último, aparte de la gente agradable, el propio albergue es muy cómodo para permanecer en: es limpio, en una ubicación tranquila rodeada de campos de arroz y tiendas de café dulces, y sólo un viaje de scooter 5-10min a la playa. Espero poder volver a Roots un día, ya lo extraño!

La casa de familia es muy bonita y el mar está justo abajo. Frente al primer piso se encuentra la famosa tienda de té de la tarde en Internet, donde puedes sentarte en el balcón y contemplar la puesta de sol. ¡recomendar! Ofrecemos servicio de recogida o regreso al aeropuerto una vez: ¡El servicio de recogida y regreso al aeropuerto es muy conveniente! We stayed at Sanya Yalong Bay Dream Tours Bay Resort Pool Villa for 5 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 8 nights—which probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed it. We originally booked only a few nights to make sure the accommodation met our expectations, and it definitely did. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very spacious. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our family. Our two kids had plenty of room to play indoors, making it feel much more like a home than a hotel room. The swimming pool was another highlight. It is large, clean, and great for both adults and children. The only minor issue is that some of the tiles on the pool stairs could use renovation, as the edges can scratch your legs if you're not careful. The management deserves special praise. They create a WeChat group upon arrival, making communication incredibly easy. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, replaced all towels, and even provided extra ones when needed. One thing worth mentioning is the location. The map on Trip.com shows the location of the resort's villas, not the apartment buildings where we stayed. This was a surprise at first, but the apartments are actually located next to Yalong Bay Outlets and the Bank of China Yalong Bay Branch. Yalong Bay Beach is not within comfortable walking distance, but a DiDi taxi takes only about 5 minutes and is very inexpensive, so it was never an issue. The only other minor inconvenience was that the elevator key card occasionally didn't work smoothly, but it was a small issue and didn't affect our stay. This is an excellent choice for families looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay. If you're planning to eat out frequently, keep in mind that Yalong Bay has relatively limited dining options. We often took a taxi to the Dadonghai area, where there is a much wider selection of restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Sanya.
