這是我非常滿意的一次住宿，甚至可以説是驚喜！所以臨走特地拍了一下房間幫店家評價一下。都説三亞住宿貴，很多推薦住大酒店的，我由於春節前忙，訂的晚大酒店太貴了定的這家，但是沒想到房間給了我們一個大大的驚喜。我是帶父母和兩個孩子一起來過春節，所以定的這個高層海景三房套房。房屋的裝修檔次非常不錯，房況也比較新。而且從客廳到每間卧室都能看見不錯的海景，幾張外景照片都是我分別從客廳和主卧陽台上拍的，景色非常美。我完全相信這個房間跟其它那些幾星級大酒店貴幾倍的房間去比也不會遜色。如果一定要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話，那我衹能説它因為是住宅樓裏的，所以樓道，電梯，停車場這些公共設施的部分是趕不上幾星級的大酒店的，但是對比這個價位無論怎麼説它都是絕對的物超所值！總之一句話，非常推薦，尤其是一家五口以上需要多房間，對住宿環境以及視野有高一點的要求的，一定要跟老闆定這個高層海景的套房！

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

CAN I RATE THE SERVICE 100? The staff is absolutely superb, and the location is great! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sanya. - Cleanliness: It’s not bad, but it didn’t quite meet my personal cleanliness benchmark, so I’d rate it 4.5/5. - Location: The location is excellent. There are so many restaurants nearby, including a bakery and a supermarket. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the beach 😎, a 40-minute walk to Jiefeng Road (Jiefeng Pediatrician Street), and a 35-minute relaxing walk to the famous Luhuitou Scenic Area. Do I walk too much? LOL. The hostel is also close to many bus stops, making it super convenient to get around. 5/5 - Service: The front desk service was unforgettable. Even though they only operate until midnight (-1 for that), the daytime staff is sooooooo nice! I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff member spoke pretty good English and put in so much effort to help me communicate 😭😭. He even recommended a great restaurant! So... 99/5? - Facilities: There’s a cozy café space outside where we could work at night. They provide a washing machine, dryer, and hanging space, which is cool (even though I didn’t use them). They also offer a shared refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer—BUT no towel (you can rent one for ¥10, by the way). 4/5 Verdict: Definitely one of my ”no-regret” decisions. I will come back again. **P.S.** If you want to try some traditional food, go for coconut chicken (the portion is huge, so you should go with friends) or 抱罗粉 (Boulou Powder? Not sure what it’s called in English, LOL).

Comfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with. Will definitely come again. *The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2. *The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then. 舒适、光线充足、空气流通，从 24 楼可以欣赏到美不胜收的景色。床和毛巾都是新洗的。有很多衣架可以晾晒衣服。睡得很香，直到第二天早上隔壁邻居吵架。浴室的水槽还没有通水，但旁边的淋浴很好用，水温可以调节到很热。服务台的工作人员很直接，也很乐于助人，所有疑问都能得到解答和处理。 我一定还会再来的。 *附图中的泳池并不属于海景楼，而是属于隔壁，但在 2 号楼的 3 楼有一个泳池和日光休息区。 *邻楼的顶楼有一个鸟舍，时不时会有孔雀来叫。 Удобно, много света и воздуха, безумные виды с 24-го этажа. Excelente ubicación del hotel! Primera costa. La vista desde el balcón está en el mar. En el balcón es muy conveniente organizar té/café, frutas y salada, en resumen, es una especie de sala de estar al aire libre con vistas al mar, palma y arena. Se deja el hotel, cruza la carretera y está en la playa. Eso es bribes) Nota que el resepshen de esta casa está en el 4m (cuarta) piso, no en 1m. Para nosotros fue en la novedad. Por cierto, el hotel vive sólo chino, nosotros eramos los únicos rusos. Y nos gustaba mucho. Nadie ha sido molestado por conversaciones o por otras presuntamente socializaciones. Pero podíamos llegar lo más posible a casa y al resto de los chinos. También fue un abrazo. La casa no es nueva y no muy moderna dentro, pero todo funciona, todo está limpio. La habitación era pequeña, aunque en el sitio y escrito 25 metros cuadrados - no es cierto)) Pero la cama es realmente grande, porque los chinos tienen una cama de dos dormitorios se considera amplia desde 1.5m - para nosotros no es suficiente. En el piso hay una cocina, un gran refrigerador con congelador, un horno de gas, un refugio, algunas comidas. Usamos sólo un refrigerador. Cada día compramos frutas, verduras, yogur, ham, etc. cosas deliciosas. Muy conveniente. En el salón del piso se instala un espejo enorme (todo el crecimiento). A pocos kilómetros de la ciudad, la tienda de ventas de la red está situada en la misma red, pero es doblemente grande. En la profundidad del cuarto hay muchos cafés diferentes en cada calle. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad. El tamaño de la habitación puede cerrarse))

Stayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room. Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’. Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized. The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy. If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.

The hotel location is good, located very close to the Sanya River and the Lover's Walking Bridge and very close to a bus stop and the Number 1 outdoor market. The staff is friendly, especially one of the young women who works at the front desk during the day, but none of them can speak any English, only Chinese. The room is clean and comfortable and the facilities are good, including the Wifi. The hot water in the shower is good. The small hotel doesn't have a restaurant so I can't comment on the food.
