The accommodation is very close to the Xiamen International Airport T3. If you have an early flight to catch, it is definitely a very convenient location. We took about 4 minutes from the apartment to the airport.
The rooms are big enough to stay up to 4 people. The boss provided us with simple amenities. The apartment is near a residential area, very accessible to markets and eateries

酒店樓下就是漳州古城。門口還有共享電單車，去其他景點也非常方便。古城邊上有很多地道的閩南小吃。滿滿的古早味。小吃種類有好幾百種。簡直就是扶牆進扶牆出。是吃貨的天堂。酒店房間配備了小愛同學，裏面的電器都可以語音控制。小愛同學不僅可以控制電器，還可以陪你嘮嗑，為你推薦旅遊線路。性價比很高的一家酒店

房間真的很好哦，乾乾淨淨，很明亮，還有肯德基早餐，太貼心了吧…前台的小姐姐温柔體貼，讓我感覺到特別温暖，家人們值得出差必住，樓下還可以泡茶辦公。

Near airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why.
I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room.
My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet.
Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process.
Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor.
But lots of nice food in the vicinity!

不過去了才知道實際住的民宿名字是【有間.房】和Trip上面的名字不一樣
衞生不太理想，一進廁所有尿味，有自己刷了一下馬桶和地板才比較好
房間門的安全扣都壞了沒有想要修的意思，一個女生住的話要勇敢啊
空調出風口都有黑點，害我鼻子過敏，看來都沒有在清
走的時候漏了充電線在房間，也沒有主動告知，我當天傳訊息問，到隔天早上也沒有迴應，我才打電話詢問，才告訴我阿姨打掃時有發現放前台。
不過這個價錢也就衹能要求這些了

Es bueno y cómodo, la próxima vez que viaja o viaja, puede considerar continuar la estancia. Si otros aeropuertos tienen instalaciones similares de alojamiento, creo que habrá más opciones para los pasajeros.

The hotel is excellent in service and cleanliness, it over free shuttle, they don’t speak English, so you need to ask someone in the airport to make a call, so the hotel owner can pick you up. The hotel is private own, so the owner is the one who do the shuttle. The surrounding of the hotel is like a village, and there is one main attraction, the Xianying Palace. There is also on halal restaurant own by muslim.

I stayed for a day to go to Shanghai. He provided free pick-up and sanding to the airport, so it was really comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, so I slept very comfortably.Boss. I need to put a new bathroom curtain on the room I'm staying in (I don't remember what room it is, but it's the last room on the 5th floor corridor). I was a little disappointed about that🤭

UUsuario invitadoFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves.
That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok.
Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh.
The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it.
The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know.
For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

服務：六星🌟好評👍，剛出高鐵站，公交車要等四五十分鐘，打車前面八十個人排隊（節假日沒辦法…），實在出不去，打電話找老闆，老闆還幫忙過來接，超貼心
居住體驗：周邊都是民房，不靠近大路，一點都不吵，很安靜
性價比超高，五一來的，即使節假日的價格也能接受，老闆自己家就有電動車可以租，價格都是對住客有優惠的，綜合評級秒殺

UUsuario invitadoReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

MMiaw GReservamos el apartamento de 4 habitaciones. Si vienes por las vistas, no te decepcionarás. Por lo demás, el lugar es como un hostal: todo el edificio se usa para alquilar habitaciones, y las cafeterías y el spa están en el mismo edificio. Estábamos en la planta 53 y hay una cafetería a pocos apartamentos. Parece que pueden gestionar cualquier tipo de negocio a su antojo. La mayoría son jóvenes y el lugar está muy concurrido, supongo que es porque está al lado de la universidad.
Te hacen registrarte para el check-in en una aplicación, pero la puerta y el sistema de acceso al ascensor están rotos. Veníamos del aparcamiento B1 y podemos subir en ascensor directamente a la habitación sin ningún control de seguridad. Me preocupaba la seguridad, pero parece que hay cámaras por todas partes.
El apartamento fue decepcionante, ya que estaba viejo y deteriorado. La mesa de mahjong estaba rota, el sofá no es cómodo, la ducha tiene moho y si usas la ducha de lluvia, se inundará porque el desagüe no es eficiente. La cocina estaba equipada con horno, lavadora y campana extractora Miele, pero parece que no permiten usarla, ya que guardan sábanas y otros utensilios en todos los cajones y el horno. No hay utensilios de ningún tipo. Eso sí, usamos la nevera grande.
Debo decir que la dueña/ama de llaves y el personal de limpieza son muy atentos a todas las peticiones. Mi aire acondicionado estaba roto y enviaron a alguien a arreglarlo a las 22:00, pero solo pudieron arreglarlo al día siguiente. Por suerte, tengo la habitación libre para dormir la primera noche. (El aire acondicionado también es ruidoso en la habitación pequeña, así que tuve que usar tapones para los oídos).
La vista desde el apartamento es magnífica, y punto.

UUsuario invitado之前朋友來住宿，推薦的説位置很方便，民宿老闆很熱情，這裏連住了三天，出門很方便，出口就是好吃街（當地人自己的店鋪）好吃還不貴，斯丹江母鴨邊上50內，出門直走5分鐘步行到西街、開元寺，打卡天台，鐘樓，就在一條網上，不會迷路！15分鐘步行文廟。出門招手搭小白車，泉州站過來30分鐘，下車5分鐘到，泉州city walk很推薦，鬧中取靜的地方，一個人打卡，晚上晚點回來也很安全。不用去西街人太多，就在這條街就能吃到泉州本地的各種特色美食，經濟實惠！因為離開元寺很近，我去了3次，早中晚，建議清晨和晚上去，下午全是人，泉州你來了一定還想來的地方，閩南文化的人間煙火，處處皆凡人！

SSonnySideUpI recently stayed at Desti Youth Park in Xiamen, and overall, it met my expectations nicely.
The location is a strong plus – tucked in a convenient part of Siming District, it’s within walking distance to several local attractions, eateries, and even public transportation. Despite being in the city, the hostel maintains a quiet and laid-back vibe, which I appreciated after a full day out exploring.
The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, suitable for solo travellers like myself. Staff were helpful when needed, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities well taken care of. It’s not a luxury stay, but it delivers what it promises – affordable, functional, and safe accommodation.
The common areas were well-maintained and inviting, ideal for catching a breather, planning your day, or having casual chats with fellow travellers. I didn’t use the kitchen or laundry facilities, but they were available and seemed well-organised.
One thing I appreciated most was how Desti Youth Park kept things simple but thoughtful. Sometimes, that’s all you really need.
Would I stay again? Yes – especially for short trips when you want a balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability.
