A Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom. The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal. One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. Our stay here was wonderful! The owner was incredible and was very kind and helpful with any request that we had. He helped arrange a car the day we decided to visit the surrounding ancient towns, and offered to help us with transportation back to the train station when we left. The location is really convenient and easy to find. It’s a short walk to the old street and there is a lot of variety for restaurants and shopping around. There’s a beautiful park around the corner that has wonder walking paths where you can relax in nature. Our room was fantastic! We booked the SMART room with a king bed. The owner has put a lot of intentional thought about the small details that would make a stay pleasant and enjoyable. I loved the natural light the main room offered from the large window. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was so warm we didn’t even need to put the heat on. Wifi was excellent…. The bathroom / shower was great- really hot water, good water pressure, heat lamps, hair dryer…. He even provided different slippers for inside the bathroom vs the rest of the room. I will definitely stay here again for our next visit!
