Even after checking in at 3pm, my bed wasn't ready. They give you key cards to open your lockers, but they are not used for opening your Capsule. Your Capsule can be simply opened by pushing the doors, which feels quite unsafe considering it could be opened by anyone else. Moreover, the upper and lower bunk numbers are distinguished by signs showing the shape of the doors (rounded or squared), which could be easily mistaken. I had somebody else lying in my Capsule once I opened it. This should be improved by the hostel. At least they can make it clear by using arrows writing up and down.

Todo iba genial hasta que apareció el encargado de recepción, Abdullah. Pedí una aspiradora para cerrar una bolsa, pero me dijo que no tenían, ¡aunque la señora de la limpieza trajo una y me ayudó! Después de hacer el check-out, quise guardar mi equipaje, ¡pero me dijo que no había espacio! Cuando hice el check-in, el encargado fue muy amable; me ayudó y me dio consejos, ¡a diferencia de Abdullah! ¡Está arruinando la reputación de su hotel! No tiene placa, así que lo describiré: alto, fornido, con pelo rizado, barba, ¡y estaba de servicio el 28 de septiembre! ¡Es recomendable despedir a estos empleados!

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus complet. En plus, à la deuxième journée, les jus n'étaient plus disponibles, donc aucun jus pour les jeunes, il n'y avait plus de fromage. Considérant le prix payé. le déjeuner est très frugal. Il pourrait y avoir plus de choses non sucrés (cretons, plus de sorte de fromage). L'air climatisée est bruyante, mais ceci semble être partout pareille.

First, the bad news - on many sites, it lists this hotel as ”parking available”. Parking is available, just not at the hotel. You must park in the underground parking across the street. The good news is that it is fairly inexpensive. We checked in around 4pm, and checked out at 7am two days later, and it was only $36 for parking. The breakfast is pretty standard - bagels, toast, cereal. And the rooms do not have a microwave or coffee maker. However, as the breakfast area is always open, you can get coffee, juice or hot water, and use the microwave any time. The room was good sized, with a small fridge. And I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. It also has a great location - walking distance to everything. We had two very good nights at the hotel, and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Basically, this place is for campus students to stay so pretty different comparing to standard hotel or AirBNB. I don't see a hair dryer, kleenex box, coat hanger (but you hav closet), kettle and coffee set, etc... But the place is nice and clean. They don't store your luggage before CI/after CO, they will introduce you their parter doing storage service, cost me 8$ after pertnership discount which seem to be fair in this city. I'm glad I could stay here with last minute booking although it was in middle of F1 weekend.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, no lejos de Mcgill y de algunas calles antiguas. El famoso restaurante Schwartz Grill también se encuentra a poca distancia. El hotel parece más antiguo que hace unos años y las instalaciones solo pueden describirse como instalaciones básicas. El estacionamiento del hotel no es grande, por lo que puede que no haya lugar para estacionar, pero afortunadamente se puede estacionar en la calle al lado.

El servicio estaba bien y el personal estaba bien. El café a su disposición estaba apreciado, el desayuno también estaba bien. La bandeja y la toalla estaban limpios. Para la limpieza de los lugares, era deseable; las tapas estaban cortadas y, por el momento, las mismas medias de chips permanecieron allí durante tres días.
