«I stayed at Royal Mark Hotel, Sylhet with my wife from 26–27 August 2026, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is relatively new, having been in operation for about a year, and it still feels fresh and well-maintained. One of its biggest advantages is the location. Situated in the prime area of Nurboxtula, Sylhet, it offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other city conveniences. The hotel also has two of its own restaurants, and Chef's Table Station is located in the same building, so dining options are excellent. We stayed in Room 1304 on the 13th floor, a corner room that was provided exactly as I had requested. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The king-size bed was spacious and offered a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also large, with modern fittings and all the essential amenities. There was a large TV, and the highlight was definitely the city view. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful panoramic view of Sylhet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the service. I felt that the hotel was slightly understaffed, and while the staff members were polite and helpful, they would benefit from additional training to provide a more refined and attentive guest experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. As with many new hotels, everything is currently in excellent condition, and I hope they continue to maintain these standards in the years ahead. Another big plus is the room rate, which I found to be very reasonable considering the hotel's location, facilities, and overall quality. I would definitely consider staying at Royal Mark Hotel again on my next visit to Sylhet.»
