Reservé una habitación pensando que sería una habitación con baño y ducha, ¡pero no fue así! Supongo que está bien porque era barato. .  Algunas habitaciones no tienen ventanas, ¡así que asegúrese de revisar las fotos al hacer la reserva! La ubicación es muy buena y hay un supermercado al lado, por lo que es conveniente. No hay ascensor, por lo que si tienes un maletín de transporte pesado, puede resultar complicado al principio y al final. Realizan eventos dependiendo del día de la semana, y los domingos por la noche tenían salchichas BBQ y bebidas gratis.

Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

Definitely value for money. Comfortable bed and nice with ensuite toilet and shower for the dorm

Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended, looks pretty new or too clean. Beautiful and comfortable common areas to rest or just hang around enjoying the day. Has many restrooms and multiple kitchens for cooking with all the essentials. Location is unbeatable. Close to everything. Walking distance to many city attractions. Not crowded at all. No noise after 8pm- quiet (by night and mornings) for resting and privacy. 10/10.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a mixed 4-share dorm. Overall a decent enough place for the price. The location is fine—walkable to the beach and the main strip, though nothing special. Facilities and amenities were actually the highlight; the common areas and shared spaces are well-equipped and comfortable. Cleanliness and service were about average—not bad, but nothing that stood out. Rooms were functional and did the job. Staff were okay but interactions felt fairly standard. If you’re after a straightforward, no-frills base in Surfers Paradise, this works. Just don’t expect anything beyond the basics. Would consider it again if the price is right.

距離Surfers Paradise不遠，步行可到，公車705站牌就在門口不遠處，輕軌站Cavill Ave在往Surfers Paradise一半的路程即可到達 喜歡床位有自己的窗簾，床架上也有獨立的燈和獨立充電的插座，有3個「大房間」（應該是大空間😂）每一間的床位非常的多，這次被安排在Room2，浴室和廁所在這個區域，但剛好被安排在離浴室和廁所蠻近的床位，所以經過的人很多～有點吵雜。水量充足且熱水持續供應，也有毛巾（在床上）和洗髮精.沐浴乳和潤絲精（在淋浴間內）我訂的時候是有供應早餐和晚餐的，但都是簡單的食物，除了噪音的部分，其他都很不錯

Al hacer la reserva, estaba un poco escéptico porque el precio era barato, pero no esperaba que fuera realmente bueno. Cabe mencionar que la recepción no está abierta las 24 horas, pero están muy atentos para preparar el Self-checkin para los visitantes que se registran a la medianoche, y envían correos electrónicos para orientar su funcionamiento. Quedarse dos días puede considerarse muy cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, y está cerca del mar en el centro de la ciudad. Puedes caminar por la playa por la noche. Es un gran lugar para viajar solo.

La habitación estaba un poco desordenada; las chicas no eran muy buenas ordenando. Las sábanas parecían viejas y no sé si las habían desinfectado. El servicio del hotel seguía siendo muy amable y acogedor. Fue una experiencia diferente a la de alojarse en un gran hotel; había un ambiente muy animado. La mayoría de la gente era joven y enérgica, lo cual fue mucho más divertido que estar tranquilamente solo en un hotel. En general, valió la pena la experiencia.

El albergue acaba de abrir un mes, el entorno limpio y la higiene, la familia del jefe vive en un solo piso, la gente es muy buena. La cocina es muy limpia y amplia. 10 ppl de dormitorio femenino es muy limpia, los calzones, la cabina y la mesa de lavabo tienen puertas separadas para lavar la mañana no será tan congestionada. La habitación es muy amplia y en general muy buena. Ofrece 10 dólares por día de alquiler de placas de surf. El albergue está muy cerca de la playa. El supermercado está cerca.

The staff at the reception are exceptionally warm and welcoming. They enthusiastically recommend places to visit, greet you warmly, and patiently introduce the hotel's facilities and check-in process. They also offer a complimentary drink, making it a truly excellent youth hostel. The gym, laundry room, and bathrooms are all very clean, and the swimming pool is brand new. We were told there is also a hot spring, which the front desk staff mentioned. The entire hotel room is very clean.
