Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas y el vestíbulo es luminoso. La actitud de recepción es agradable. Elegí este hotel para mi vuelo a la mañana siguiente. Hay un autobús del aeropuerto hasta el punto de encuentro. No debería haber ruido de aeronaves.

El hotel está en una zona decente y no se recomienda que se ahorre un poco de dinero.

El Robert Treat Hotel es un lugar muy agradable para una cabaña de noche o cualquier ocasión, aunque mi habitación tuvo que cambiar 3 veces debido a unas pocas cosas que no funcionan y un confortante de color sanguíneo. ¡El personal del Front Desk a Ingeniería/Mantenimiento de casas a Seguridad estaba diligente para asegurarme que me siento cómodo para el resto de mi estancia! ¡Gracias de nuevo personal por su profesionalismo y por cuidar de mis asuntos de inmediato!

Esta es la segunda vez que hemos estado en este hotel. Funciona bien para nosotros porque está cerca del aeropuerto de la libertad de Newark. Hay unos pocos lugares para comer en este hotel, pero no mucho. El hotel está muy cerca de la zona de la ciudad, y tiene un par de restaurantes. En nuestra habitación, como antes, los puertos USB en la cama no funcionan, y la presión del agua es bastante baja. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. No necesariamente un romper, pero me pareció que alguien se hubiera ocupado de esto. Cuando nos quedamos allí antes de viajar, también proporcionaron transporte al puerto de crucero costing$36 por persona. The screen door to the balcony was broken and the screen ripped apart from its door frame. It would not close all the way or lock. The second issue is the refrigerator was broken and froze everything I put in it. I lost the food I put in it due to it being frozen solid. the back of the refrigerator was completely caked with ice and when I told front desk and asked if the Bistro was still open a few minutes before it was scheduled to close, I got a ”sorry” and the cook was cleaning up and would not make something to replace the lunch I had lost. There was no microwave in the room which would have helped me in this instance, and would help other visitors in the future. The last issue is the bathtub/shower and the most important one. The floor of the tub was not protected with any kind of slip-resistant materials and was as slippery as ice. I did slip when I took a shower but luckily I was able to catch my fall. At 74 years of age, that could have been devastating for me and, in the long run, for the hotel as well. I notified the front desk about this and asked if they had any kind of rubber mat or something I could use to avoid possibly falling and, again, the answer was the same as it was for the refrigerator; i.e. ”I'm sorry.” I was then given two cloth bath mats to put in the shower.

Este hotel fue una buena elección, muy limpio, una selección muy elegante. Me encanta cómo el hotel tenía dos lados, un lado actualizado, me quedé en el lado actualizado, los huéspedes del hotel fueron muy amables, los miembros del personal fueron amables, fue un momento increíble.

뉴욕 여행 중 방문한 숙소입니다. 뉴욕 도심에서 버스로 편도 30분 거리이고, 특히 버스정류장이 숙소 바로 앞이라는 점이 좋았어요! 뉴욕 시내 숙소에 비해 가격이 저렴하고, 이동거리도 나쁘지 않았습니다! 숙소도 넓은 편이에요. 일부 후기에서 '냄새가 난다'는 이야기가 있는데, 그런 점은 못 느꼈습니다. 건물이 오래되면서 자연스레 나는 향이었어요. 다만, 예민한 분들이라면 욕실의 청결도나 숙소 조식의 메뉴 등은 조금 아쉬울 수 있습니다. 그래도 가격 대비 만족합니다! 숙소 deposit refund도 굉장히 빠르게 완료되었어요! 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다 :)
