I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. Excellent place to stay for work or rest from a long travel. There is everything you need around, lots of food options, great hotel service and very friendly people. I stayed here for over a week and it was a great experience, especially for the price

Rooms are very simple...From the outside the hotel looks like a 4 star, inside it looks like a 1 star guesthouse.

My partner and I were there for a concert. The hotel was cozy and modern, provided with parking lot (limited) and nearby to 7-11. The room was 4/5 as there was some kind of stain still visible on the sink and in the shower. The location of the hotel is really advantageous as it is only 100 m walk to the MRT Pink Line. Furthermore, it is so convenient to go to Impact Muang Thong Thani as there are various choices of transportation. 4.5/5 recommended!!

The hotel is clean. The receptionist is very good. He is a Muslim. The room is spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is cool. Overall, there is nothing wrong. The price is cheap. I recommend it if you come to visit. There is coffee and bread in the morning.

ห้องพักกว้างมาก ตรงปก มีทีวี ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ จานชามช้อน ให้พร้อม (แต่ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม) ดีค่ะ ใกล้อิมแพ็ค จากที่พักตึก C5 ใช้เวลาเดินไปที่อิมแพ็ค เพียงแค่ 5-10 นาที เอง ใกล้มากกก แต่ทางเดินในตึกแอบน่ากลัว นิดนึง เปลี่ยวๆ 55555 เราโชคดีเจอเพื่อนที่มาดูคอนเดียวกัน พักที่นี่ด้วย พักห้องใกล้ๆกัน เลยไม่กลัวเท่าไหร่

Am very impressed with the location and price. While it’s far away from central (slightly) it’s very convenient to go to Impact/thunder dome. The shuttle service was helpful too. Just have to check with the counter when they’re available. The room was clean and comes with free bottled water. I’m particular about taste of water, the provided were good. The room was cold enough as well. Please note that there’s trees surroundings you may expect some bugs from nature but I didn’t see any for myself. The water was not hot enough for me but I can handle 2 days without it. Comes with amenities and no questionable stains seen in towel/bedsheets. Bed was low but I slept well. Will definitely come again when I’m here for short trip to watch a concert.

สะอาด บริการดี คะ อาหารอร่อย ตอนแรกคิดว่าไกลจากจุดหมาย แต่พอได้เข้าพักดีคะ

-ที่พักดีมากค่ะ สะอาด เรียบร้อย เดินทางสะดวก -ได้รับข้อมูลการเดินทางที่เป็นประโยชน์มากค่ะ เข้าใจง่าย ทำให้ง่ายต่อการเดินทาง -ใกล้ห้าง สามารถเดินไปหาของกินง่ายมาก

ที่พักปักหมุดหาง่ายไม่ไกลจากอมแพค เราไปถึงตอนเช้าออกไปคอนตอนบ่ายๆ ก็เห็นแล้วแหละว่าไฟมันติดดวงเดียวแต่กลางวันเปิดม่านมันสว่างมากเลยไม่ได้เช้คไฟห้องน้ำ ผ้าเช็คตัว2ผืนก็เปื้อนมากๆ1ผืนก็โอเคใช้ผืนที่ไม่เปื้อนก็ได้ เรากลับมาจากคอนน่าจะ4ทุ่มกว่าพบว่าไฟห้องน้ำไม่ติดเลยเดินลงไปหารปพ.ว่าช่วยหน่อยได้มั้ยพี่เขาบอกมันทำไรไม่ได้ไม่มีคนอยู่ลองทักไลน์ไป สรุปคือเราทักไลน์ไปถามเรื่องเช็คอินตั้งแต่ยังไปไม่ถึงตอนนี้ที่กำลังรีวิวอยู่ก็ไม่มีใครตอบ ขอบคุณค่ะ

ห้องพักดีมากๆ สะอาด กว้าง แอร์เย็นสบาย มีตู้เย็น ทีวี ไมโคเวฟ ให้พร้อม ข้างล่างที่พักมีของกิน มีร้านค้ามากมาย ตรงข้ามที่พักก็เป็นห้างcosmo มีmaxValu เปิด24 ชม. ใกล้อิมแพคมากๆ แต่ถ้าไปธันเดอร์โดมอาจจะเดินนิดนึง เดินบนสกายวอค ก็ถึงเร็ว รวมๆคือสะดวก สบาย มีห้าง มีของกิน ห้องสะอาด ไว้คราวหน้าถ้ามีคอนแถวๆนี้ก็จะมาพักที่นี่อีกค่ะ

El aire acondicionado no enfría mucho. El ruido circundante es muy fuerte. El sonido de la gente corriendo El sonido del parloteo por la tarde y por la mañana. El sonido de los autos que pasaban afuera era muy fuerte, probablemente porque estaba al lado de la carretera. El enchufe de la habitación solo funciona en un punto. El enchufe de la cabecera de la cama está enchufado y no enciende.

Servicio con cortesía La reserva de la habitación con el alojamiento no coincidía, en el sistema de reservas era 1 cama king size y 1 cama individual, pero en el hotel eran dos camas individuales juntas y un sofá, por lo que el hotel ofrecía una litera. camas para resolver el problema Pero la cama no es muy resistente, es fácil de sacudir y mover un poco.
