This boutique hotel delivered on its promise of a tranquil escape. My search for accommodations away from the city center, prioritizing peace and serenity, was fully satisfied. The hotel offered precisely what I envisioned: a quiet, serene atmosphere with a balcony and a picturesque view of fog-shrouded trees. It was the perfect retreat. While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option. A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience. For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the city center.

Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area! We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio! The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁 At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide. Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature! We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them! We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏 Truly, we love to be back to SotoGrande whenever in Baguio! 🫶 Thank you SotoGrande for an awesome experience!

Antes de todo tengo que recordar que este hotel es de 3 estrellas, y por lo tanto tienen que saber a que atenerse, aunque a veces sacan buenos precios.. en mi caso cogí una oferta en una suite, así lo tomen como referencia. Voy a enumerar lo que no me ha gustado pero solo una salvedad, no nos pidieron el depósito o fianza antes de entrar y el portero muy servicial, y más importante que vi es que está muy céntrico. En primer lugar: Este hotel no tienen las habitaciones ventanas.. Segundo lugar: Este hotel no tiene servicio de limpieza diaria. En Tercer lugar: El desayuno si lo tienes incluido, como ha sido mi caso, pues tengo que decir, no es como lo indica el hotel, es decir no es continental, es menú filipino, no tienen ensalada.. muy limitado de variedad, pero es tipo buffet. Cuarto: en nuestra habitación, la suite, el tamaño no es lo que dice el hotel, es más bien pequeña. Quinto: en la habitación no funcionaba el secador del pelo. Además no había señal de WiFi, apesar de ser gratuito.. y la señal de datos lo mismo, no habia cobertura.. Así que después de todo estos detalles, si a ti, no es importante, es una gran opción... Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night

Definitivamente visitaré este lugar nuevamente. Tienen sala grande también tienen un espacio para trabajar. Lo mejor aquí es que tienen calentador en CR perfecto para el clima frío.
