That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Наша вилла была просто великолепной: просторной, стильной и очень уютной. Белоснежное постельное белье и безупречная чистота создавали ощущение настоящей роскоши. Персонал отеля — настоящие профессионалы! Очень отзывчивые, душевные и всегда готовые помочь. Когда мы решили арендовать байк, его привезли прямо к отелю — новый, мощный, всего за 500 песо в сутки. Это было невероятно удобно для поездок на пляж Алон (всего 7 км) и к местным достопримечательностям. Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки. Еда была вкусной, свежей и приготовленной с любовью. Настоящее наслаждение начинать день с таких блюд! Порадовала близость к улице с кафе и ресторанами — буквально несколько минут пешком. Это позволило нам попробовать много местных блюд и не зависеть от транспорта. Особенное спасибо за организацию раннего завтрака перед нашим выездом — в 5:30 все уже было готово, а трансфер до аэропорта ждал нас вовремя. E L Westensee Resort — это место, куда хочется вернуться! Теплая атмосфера, идеальная чистота и заботливый подход к каждому гостю сделали наш отдых просто незабываемым!

Granada es un lugar especial para quedarse. Los propietarios están en el terreno y ayudan personalmente con los huéspedes y las cosas que se encuentran alrededor del complejo. Los menús de comida se establecen para cada dos días, lo cual es único. ¡La comida está deliciosa! Una mezcla de cocina local y extranjera. Se complacen con cambios menores en cada comida si lo solicita. También preguntaron si queríamos que nuestro Mel se sirviera en nuestra habitación, ¡lo cual también es genial! Solo para adultos, por lo que es un lugar tranquilo. La piscina es de 24 horas. La hora de salida puede ser flexible si se solicita y la habitación no está reservada para el día de salida. Este es un gran lugar para parejas que desean un lugar tranquilo y relajante para quedarse. Está cerca de Oslob, el lugar para ver tiburones ballena. Si toma un autobús desde la ciudad de Cebú, el viaje es de aproximadamente 3,5 a 4 horas, dependiendo del tráfico. La playa es relajante con una composición de arena muy natural y la arena no está conectada con el agua, está por encima de ella. Traiga zapatos para el agua ya que el agua es natural con coral. ¡Genial para bucear! ¡Por la noche encontramos un cangrejo ermitaño gigante en la playa! ¡Primera vez que veo uno tan grande!

Nos decepcionó encontrar en la habitación ningún cafetería o té que creemos que deberían venir como estándar, especialmente en un resort. Además, el agua botellada sólo se proporciona en el check-in y no diariamente, lo que nos decepcionó también. No había salones solares alrededor de la piscina como las fotos de la aplicación de viaje. El desayuno era decepcionante porque no había pan ni fruta, y cuando se me pidió pan para mí que no comiera carne y no le gustaban huevos, no había mantequilla. La casa de la habitación es muy buena, pero no hay nada que ver con ella. No lavandería ni servicio de alquiler de scooter que hubiera hecho nuestra estadía mucho más conveniente, y no ayuda para ayudar a encontrar estos servicios cuando se les pregunta si les proporcionaron. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. El hotel está en una situación de gran calidad y ha sido muy agradable para los proveedores de agua para llenar nuestras propias botellas. Aparte de la hermosa playa, la ubicación también fue bastante incómoda ya que no habíamos percibido que no había otras opciones de tiendas y restaurantes disponibles excepto el propio resort.

¡Es la cuarta vez que me alojo aquí y fue una estadía increíble como siempre! ❤️❤️❤️ Me lo pasé muy bien con amigos quedándose aquí. Sus habitaciones están muy limpias y tienen una cama cómoda 🥰🥰, también tienen kits de baño y la piscina sobre el edificio es refrescante. ¡Debes intentar visitar aquí! Vale la pena y es un hotel muy económico 🥰🥰

the hotel was very nice and comfortable breakfast was good. there are some queue in cafe on breakfast time, but it’s just for inside dining. Me and my husband prefer to sit outside, so we didn’t wait for other. people, who work there all is good and very polite and friendly!!🫶🏼 i love them all!!! pools are always clean, beach is also clean and nice and have a lot of space for swimming and relaxing. Also there are sups and kayaks☀️ moreover, room is good, gym too i really like this hotel! be ready to one thing - you need pay 7000 philippines peso as pledge on check in. They’ll give you it back with checkout 🙌🏼

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.

Una estancia decente, pero con margen de mejora (3/5) Hace poco me alojé en el hotel Richmond y quería compartir mi opinión sobre la experiencia. Si bien hubo aspectos que aprecié, hubo algunas áreas que podrían mejorar. Alojamiento (3/5): La habitación estaba limpia y amueblada adecuadamente, pero parecía un poco anticuada. La ropa de cama era cómoda y la habitación se mantuvo limpia durante toda mi estancia. Sin embargo, una renovación de la habitación podría mejorar la experiencia general. Instalaciones (3/5): Las instalaciones del hotel eran funcionales pero demasiado viejas, el aire acondicionado es demasiado ruidoso 4/5 que no puedes dormir. Las luces son demasiado viejas y provocan un sobrecalentamiento.

the place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.
