La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. buenas instalaciones. TV era increíble. Muchas opciones. Microondas para cocina. Frigorífico también. Lavadoras si es necesario y todos gratis! El personal estaba increíble. Así muy acomodable. Escucha todas sus necesidades y corre con todas sus necesidades. Equipo muy amigable. Las camas son muy cómodas. Situado a una distancia de paseo del hospital y muchos lugares para comer alrededor también. Un centro comercial no está lejos. Los precios para permanecer fueron excelentes.

Excellent location to explore Christchurch attractions. Very clean and well appointed room for an excellent price (I was wondering what It may be getting into). The room quality was a 3+ star for US standards. The only negative is the lack of parking (only offstreet parking or may have to drive a block away for parking). The clean room, friendly staff and excellent location and the overall niceness of Christchurch and it's people in general made us quickly get over the initial stress of trying to find a place to park. Thank you Sameera!

La habitación está equipada con una habitación con una habitación de baño y una habitación con camas confortables, limpias y tranquilas, una ubicación muy central a CBD, personal útil y amigable, instalaciones buenas, buena comida de restaurante para la cena y buffet de desayuno. Una persona alta puede no le gusta la cama. La calidad de la comida de servicio de habitaciones puede mejorarse en la soja tostado sandwich y sobre la pizza cocida precio por lo que tengo. Todo en todo el gran 2 noches de estancia. Ajustado mis requisitos

The room is very clean and close to city centre and Church of good Shepherd. Albeit the weather is not perfect during our stay, I still had a good time staying in the room chatting with my friend. There is no reception for check in but you can contact the staff via WhatsApp call and they responded quickly. All in all the stay is pleasant and would recommend to others.

We chose this motel because we were in a ute towing a furniture trailer and it looked to have good parking. This was certainly the case, and the owners went out of their way to make sure we had good parking. We were en route from Taupo to Queenstown and stayed two single nights on the way down and back. The units (12 and 15) had everything we needed for one night, they were clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the heat pump was very welcome and the kitchen had all that we needed (I liked the fact there was a coffee plunger although I didn't use it). Downside - no flannels in the bathroom on the first night (unit 12) and the units looked tired and dated, especially unit 15. A lick of paint would do wonders. WiFi was not very good but the weather was poor, especially on the second visit and I think the atmospherics were not helping.

Really impressed. Lady at reception was so so helpful and finally a hotel that provided real milk upon check in. Old fashioned some quaint anomalies I havent seen for yonks. Roomy, neat and tidy. I toddled up to reception in heavy rain to order continental breakfast and the same helpful lady was so helpful, gave me a few tips and showed me how to get back to room undercover. Complimentary drink at bar, free guest laundry so friendly staff in restaurant as well, good food. Very rarely give 5 stars but Redwood deserves them! Am looking at riding around south island next summer and if I do, will definitely stay at Redwood again.

Booked 1 night accommodation through an on-line booking site (Expedia). Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking in that they hadn't included my child in the booking so the accommodation booked (motel room) could only accommodate 2 people. Thankfully the staff were fantastic and managed to find us an alternative option for no extra cost. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic and the place has undergone a massive upgrade since we last stayed here in 2011. The cabin was clean, cosy and we had everything we needed for our staff. Great BBQ available outside of the cabin which we made use of for dinner & brekkie and location is superb. An adventure when travelling with a 6 year old as accommodation felt very safe. (lots of families around due to scholl holidays). Easy 5 min stroll to Tekapo Hot Springs. Would recommend and advise to just book directly with the accommodation rather than an on-line secondary service.

We booked for one night on booking.com for 31st December 2023. My credit card was charged immediately. The next day Glenna from the motel text me to say I would need to cancel my booking because they have a minimum 4 night stay over that period. She blamed it all on booking.com that I was able to book that date and never took any responsibility herself. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong?! The terms and conditions clearly said if I cancelled I wouldn’t receive a refund. Yet she asked me to cancel from my end (presumably to save on a penalty charge she would receive from booking.com). I said I thought the booking should still be honoured in the circumstances. She declined and then cancelled the booking from her end. I asked how I get my refund, she said I would need to contact booking.com and made no effort to assist me with that at all. The customer service was terrible and we will not stay here again or recommend it to others - we had previously stayed here. I am still now waiting on my refund!

El hotel es pequeño, nuevo y en excelentes condiciones. Es comparable a 3.5 a 4 estrellas. El tamaño de la habitación es excelente si reservas la unidad de 1 o 2 dormitorios. El hotel ofrece instalaciones básicas como toallas, pasteles de dientes, pantalones de pan y cocina, etc. También estacionamiento gratuito. Situado en el centro comercial Westfield, el hotel tiene una llamada de café Ngon Ngon y sirve buena comida, especialmente la nodilla vietnamita de carne de vacuno. Un retorno es el aire acondicionado en la sala principal o de estar, el dormitorio no tiene aire acondicionado.

This accomodation is conveniently located to Christchurch city centre and tourist spots- easy, flat 10-15 min walk or bus just around the corner The rooms are extremely comfortable with wonderful extras - plunger coffee, washing machine and dryer and they even supply the washing powder, and a small private courtyard and on site parking I can’t recommend this highly enough 10 out of 10
