my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

El personal es muy amable. Antes de venir, avísame dónde aparcar. Pide la silla de ruedas más antigua en TRIP.com. El personal está en P1, pero hay que pelearse con los clientes del centro comercial. Al registrar la entrada, la salida también es rápida. Dame una habitación cerca del ascensor 🤲🏻, solo que los de limpieza no son ciudadanos. Compruébalo como pollo y pato. Pero está bien, solo sonríe 🤣🤭, puedes volver para curarte. El centro comercial debajo del hotel es grande. Variedad de comida. Centro comercial. Cine. Los niños también quieren jugar. *Lo siento, a la tía no le gusta mucho sacar fotos. Los vecinos compran para sus nietos. Toma una foto para decirle a mamá que la telefonee 😁🤭. Suelo usar la almohadilla térmica. 🤣*

La habitación era grande y espaciosa, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera cómoda y valiosa por dinero. La ubicación es también muy conveniente, a pocos pasos del centro de la Pirâmide de Sunway y a las atracciones cercanas, lo que ha hecho todo fácil de acceder. Las paredes son muy finas, por lo que el ruido de las habitaciones сосед y el corredor se puede oír muy fácilmente, especialmente en la noche. En general, todavía una agradable estancia para el preciograt ubicación y espacio, pero los dormidores de luz pueden encontrar el ruido un poco perturbador.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.

La ubicación está muy cerca de una tienda utama. Sólo 8-15minutes conducir a 1U o Starling Mall. El check-in y check-out es fácil, la instrucción se ha limpiado. Toda la casa es limpia y cómoda. La casa se enfrenta a la zona de camping y la mezquita, así que habrá un poco de ruido. Además de eso, todo está bien. Definitivamente reservará esta casa de nuevo si con familia ,Tq host.

Normalmente me alojo en Mossaz Mana Mana, así que decidí echarle un vistazo a Paxtonz. Primero me dieron una habitación sin limpiar, así que tuve que volver a recepción y pedir otra. Los muebles y el papel pintado son preciosos. Fue agradable dormir tranquilo y no tener que esperar 10 minutos por el ascensor (problema de Mossaz), ya que aún no mucha gente conoce el hotel. Espero que la situación sea más estable en el futuro.

Overall room was nice and cozy. Cleanliness was okay, there’s hair on the sofa seat. Location is abit remote, no restaurant within walking distance but it was fine for me bcz i booked this area to attend a marathon nearby and i spend my day resting and grab food to the hotel so it wasnt an issue to me. Also not too far from airport which is convenient for me. Amenities wise was basic, there’s filtered water outside the room, toothbrush n towel provided. Would be nice if shower cap provided.

Hotel fantástico y muy conveniente para todo. Muy cerca de restaurantes y de muchos supermercados grandes. Aparcamiento cómodo. La habitación del hotel está muy limpia y bien mantenida, AUNQUE un poco vieja y necesita una mejora, especialmente la ropa de cama y el baño. Definitivamente volveré a este hotel cada vez que visite Puchong o Kuala Lumpur. El personal del hotel es fantástico. Muy amable y servicial... ¡sigan así!
