Stayed from 09 Feb to 13 Feb 2026. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay for families.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

la ubicación es estratégica, pero las instalaciones no..no cumple con las expectativas que esperamos de una cadena hotelera de prestigio como Ascott Level..vamos a los puntos negativos: - Estacionamiento compartido con el centro comercial. Como durante mi tiempo estuvo lleno, tuve que estacionar al lado de la carretera. - La recepcionista fue lenta. Sorprendentemente, el huésped tuvo que registrarse nuevamente en el mostrador, aunque lo hicimos en línea. - El hotel solo tenía 1 recepcionista a pesar de tener una cantidad larga de huéspedes. Me registré a las 9 p.m. (que no es la hora pico pero sí una cantidad larga), no puedo imaginar si será durante el horario normal de check-in. - No se proporcionan artículos de aseo, solo se proporciona espuma de ducha - Proporcionaron bebidas normales de café/té con tazas y calentador, pero no proporcionaron cucharas. Ahora veamos algunos de los puntos positivos: - la zona de recepción tiene un diseño acogedor y minimalista - El ascensor del hotel es rápido, a pesar de compartirlo con el centro comercial. - el tamaño de la habitación es conveniente y limpio - Tienen ventilador y aire acondicionado, lo cual es ideal para personas que no están acostumbradas al aire acondicionado.

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.

La ubicación está muy cerca de una tienda utama. Sólo 8-15minutes conducir a 1U o Starling Mall. El check-in y check-out es fácil, la instrucción se ha limpiado. Toda la casa es limpia y cómoda. La casa se enfrenta a la zona de camping y la mezquita, así que habrá un poco de ruido. Además de eso, todo está bien. Definitivamente reservará esta casa de nuevo si con familia ,Tq host.

Normalmente me alojo en Mossaz Mana Mana, así que decidí echarle un vistazo a Paxtonz. Primero me dieron una habitación sin limpiar, así que tuve que volver a recepción y pedir otra. Los muebles y el papel pintado son preciosos. Fue agradable dormir tranquilo y no tener que esperar 10 minutos por el ascensor (problema de Mossaz), ya que aún no mucha gente conoce el hotel. Espero que la situación sea más estable en el futuro.

Hotel fantástico y muy conveniente para todo. Muy cerca de restaurantes y de muchos supermercados grandes. Aparcamiento cómodo. La habitación del hotel está muy limpia y bien mantenida, AUNQUE un poco vieja y necesita una mejora, especialmente la ropa de cama y el baño. Definitivamente volveré a este hotel cada vez que visite Puchong o Kuala Lumpur. El personal del hotel es fantástico. Muy amable y servicial... ¡sigan así!
