Este es un antiguo hotel de clase, zona tranquila y yah, no mucho de acción puedo decir, check-in check-out fue bueno y la habitación también buena nuestra habitación incluye desayuno pero a nuestra sorpresa, el alimento era muy básico, no mucho de elegir durante la mañana muy temprana (porque necesitamos salir temprano 😬) gracias Dynasty Hotel Miri por su hospitalidad

Buen ver un hotel de temas Dayak en Miri. La ducha es maravillosa, muy caliente agua, buena presión. La cama es super cómoda. Si te gusta la pelea, te encantará el canal 1: 24 horas de pelea Iban lo ama lol. Buena ubicación en la mitad de la ciudad y la marina.

The hotel is very clean which I appreciate. The bed is also comfortable. However, I can see some black stains on the bed sheets, hidden from view. The room is a triple room, marketed as one queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, the ”queen size” bed is more of a double bed instead of queen size. In addition, I can see the ceiling, especially around aircon ducts inside and outside hotel room, is starting to mold badly. Management should do something about this. Breakfast is very poor with similar offering on a daily basis. Mostly carbs without much real protein or vegetables. Response to service request was also slow. After checking in, I called housekeeping to complain about the safety box. After 30 mins, I called again and the person who answered seems clueless. Only after another 60 mins did I receive their response. I think waiting 90 mins is unacceptable!

El hotel ANO fue check-in el 8 de enero de 2020. El check-in es un brisa. El receptor es cortesía. Me asignaron a la habitación 329, una habitación de esquina. La habitación está bien equipada con todas las comodidades. Desde su único hotel de 2 a 3 estrellas, no hay nevera/mini bar. Mi habitación es una habitación doble. Es acogedor, el aire acondicionado es justo. Me gusta la cabeza de la ducha gigante. Las camas y las cucharas son cómodas, las hojas son limpias. La habitación está bien aislada del ruido exterior. La facilidad del hotel está limitada sin frijoles. No hay piscina, sólo un pequeño café en el piso al lado del lobby. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad cerca de muchos puntos de salida de F&B. Es un hotel conveniente y económico, no hesitaré en recomendar a otros.

Estar durante las vacaciones de Gawai durante 3 días 2 noches. En general un buen lugar para permanecer, pero deseo que pudieran limpiar confortante y cocinar un poco más, ya que tenía tintura de sangre y la cocina estaba hueles.

Un hotel sorpresa… le enseñó el envejecimiento a base de exterior… para mi sorpresa el interior había sido reformado y nuevo!! Muebles nuevos y súper limpios. Habitación espaciosa también. Una ganga y definitivamente volveré. Buen trabajo de la dirección del hotel. ¡¡Felicidades!! p/s: solo que no hay estacionamiento… ese es el único punto negativo

Reservamos este hotel porque está cerca del Hospital General de Sarawak - un pariente tenía una grave emergencia médica, que significaba mucho de incertidumbre y horas de espera para nosotros. Tener una base en las suites Regatta significaba que podíamos estar a una distancia de paseo al hospital, pero todavía podíamos descansar en confort en el hotel mientras esperaba noticias del hospital. Las suites Regatta están bien equipadas y son muy bien equipadas, y pocos cosas como los construidos en los puntos de carga USB nos han hecho una gran diferencia. A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

Lock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that. Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes. The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling

Todo depende del precio que recibió este hotel. Lo tengo por debajo de 40 dólares, por lo que no hay quejas en general. El hotel está muy cerca de la colina de Canadá. El hotel ha visto mejores días. Decente habitación con TV pero sin canales. No hay nevera. El baño tiene una bañera y ducha en el baño pero no hay tapón. No hay ducha comod que es una cosa común en los hoteles asiáticos por lo general. El mayor problema es que no hay lugar bueno para comer cerca . So far we enjoyed our stay at the homestay. One bedroom apartment but it is quite nice and comfortable

El hotel está situado en el lado de la carretera, pero no está directamente disponible para conducir. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y confortables. Hay comedores situados en el mismo edificio, desde la comida occidental hasta la cocina asiática. El hotel dispone de 24 horas de dobi, lavabo de coches y un establecimiento de negocios.
