I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and enjoyed the overall experience. I especially appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the strategic location of the hotel, with its proximity to nearby shopping malls and easy access to the hospital, was incredibly convenient and added to the overall comfort of my stay. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I look forward to experiencing an even more delightful breakfast during my next stay.

Para describir mejor este lugar, es como un mini paraíso en una roca que mira el mar hermoso, con una torsión de estar en grandes culverts de concerto cilindrico. Puedes verlo fácilmente a lo largo de la carretera a Damay con su gran logo circular en su puerta. La puerta estaba cerrada a las 3:00, pero debido a la entrada principal que se veía fácilmente desde la zona de recepción, no tardó mucho para abrir la puerta, y yo sólo me dirigí a la puerta. El receptionista fue muy amable y bienvenido, también profesional, después de comprobarnos en nosotros se nos dio una gira rápida, destacando las instalaciones y las áreas públicas. La habitación en sí, siendo muy guapa en su propio camino, no es demasiado difícil de manejar alrededor, mientras no se apresure y se golpee alrededor de la habitación relativamente pequeña. Se han construido pasos adecuados para ayudar a subir y moverse, con puntos de almacenamiento simples alrededor de la cama, que por sí solo ocupa alrededor de la mitad de la habitación. The Theater Hotel Kuching was a pretty solid choice for my business trip. I loved the keyless entry – no fumbling for cards at the door after a long flight! Check-in was a breeze, and the room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed to get work done and recharge. The only downside? There was a big event happening in their hall one night, and the music definitely carried. If you're a light sleeper, maybe request a room further away. But overall, a good option for a quick business trip, especially if you value convenience and a modern vibe.

Lock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that. Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes. The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling

Spacious room. Neat & tidy. Nice city view from the room (higher floor as requested). But the housekeeper keeps giving us only 2 towels instead of 3 because we booked for 3 pax. Breakfast is tasty. Service from the restaurant & front desk are good 👍👍👍👍
