Very big room comfortable beds pillows clean toilets towels...best price reasonable near to town right in front is shopping mall easy to access for stuffs.. definitely will stay here in future..staff were also kind genuine.there is a small cafe down lobby if you wan good coffee and cakes

Recently stayed at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh, Perak, and it was an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay with a stunning natural backdrop, this is the place to be. The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

All was good but there was some blood or stain i dunno. Looks like blood. Dont know if they wash the matress before. Mybe the blood was previous customer and they didn wash it. Just that Hotel deco was good. Can take picture if want Receptionist alsoo good and nice

This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

went here on early Feb 2023. I thought it was just a normal shop lot/budget hotel. However when i step in the lobby, i got shock with the interior & ambience, feels like in a 4 star hotel. The housekeeping staff name Hidayah really did a great job for do some room tour with us. she show us a few room type and explained every details & facilites in the hotel. the reception (Indian guy, cant remember his name) was very polite & helpful upon check in. This hotel has a live band every evening, free parking area for guest (but have to walk a bit), a nice and cozy restaurant & a small gym. the bed & pillow was so cozy, it has aircond & fan too! They provided USB charger as well in the room. The shower room was spacious and very clean. i would love to recomended this hotel to all if you all want to have a trip at IPOH!

La habitación doble estándar que teníamos era muy pequeña con poco espacio en el piso para nuestros bolsillos. No hay guardarroba, sólo 3 colchones pendientes sobre un contador. No hay tractores, sólo 2 tablas laterales. No hay nevera, pero hay una caja fuerte. No hay instalaciones para hacer café, pero nos dieron 2 botellas de agua potable cada día y hay un distribuidor de agua cerca del ascensor para que rellenemos nuestras botellas que fue muy apreciado. La habitación era limpia y se veía muy nueva. Nos gusta que el estacionamiento privado siempre esté disponible en el sótano con una guardia de seguridad (aunque estaba ausente de su puesto la mayor parte del tiempo!) ¡El ascensor está disponible en el sótano para acceder al lobby y a los pisos superiores - sólo podíamos acceder a nuestro piso Utilizando nuestra tarjeta de acceso a la habitación - buena seguridad. Unos restaurantes y restaurantes cerca. Buena para un corto estadía.

O si usted permanece sin vehículo, usted todavía puede llamar Grab por comida. etc. Vi un campo de arquería en la parte de atrás del hotel. Y sé, casi hay una zona de caída. Enfrente de esta propiedad, hay otro alojamiento igualmente interesante llamado Kamal Lodge que puedo ver claramente desde mi habitación Room 204. La habitación estaba equipada, pero el aire acondicionado estaba bien, pero sólo porque usaban 1hp, para una habitación relativamente grande. El desayuno era adicional RM25 aunque no lo tomé, pero vi el restaurante era grande y bienvenido. El lobby que pienso, puede mejorarse aún más. Prolly, u guys pueden ofrecer servicio de alquiler de bicicletas, etc al huésped. Tal vez lo hayan hecho, no lo pregunté. Sólo deseo que el lobby y el ascensor tengan un toque más suave para hacer que el huésped sea más.. bienvenido? La habitación es muy agradable, pero el hotel está muy cerca de la habitación. ¡Por supuesto, la piscina es interesante para los niños... aunque el agua parecía un poco oscura. y la gran habitación. Pero tú quiero volver en el futuro para ver su progreso!

No hay nadie en la recepción que me haga estar fuera del hotel. Cuando llamo el número delante de la puerta, el personal sigue interrogando cosas extrañas y dijo que no hice la reserva. Después de interrogar 5 minutos, sólo el personal salió y abrió la puerta. En la zona de recepción, el personal sigue diciendo que no he reservado su hotel. Después de 20 minutos, sólo encuentran mi reserva en su ordenador. Este es el error del personal que no ha comprobado correctamente mi reserva, después de esto el personal no dijo disculpas por esto. Ella me dejó entrar, y luego ni siquiera dime disculpas. Así que esta es la manera en que This Hotel Staff trata a su cliente. Como su SOP es cuando vea que el cliente viene 1o SOP = seguir diciendo a su cliente no reservar, 2o SOP = dejar que el cliente se quede fuera. La tercera SOP= dejar que el cliente entre, pero aún no diga reserva.

Kudos a todos los empleados. Son muy cercanos. Un resort que se acomoda para familias/amistades. Minimart y comida, Western/Malay/Thai/Seafood, se puede encontrar en las proximidades de Teluk Nipah y Coral Bay. La ciudad pequeña viene viva en las noches de fin de semana.

I learned about this place many years back from my ex-colleague where his wife is the project architect of the resort and i was quite fortunate to have the chance to come here for the long weekend with my friends. Now, i have to say the resort has got a whole package of what a great resort can be BUT, the management should really look into certain maintenance issues happening in the resort itself. The first impression wasn't that good whereby our key cards are not working when we first reach our room. We were informed by the housekeeper that there will be staff coming over to pass the new cards to us but there were none after an hour plus (i have to walk over to the reception to remind them about that since the phone in my room wasn’t working too). Next, we have a faulty bathtub that is not fixed despite having the maintenance guy coming over. Im unsure if these problems occur due to the number of visitors coming at this period of time but nevertheless, these problems are basic and have to be looked into without further delay. The good thing is, many activities are offered and one doesn’t need to worry bout getting bored. Most staffs are attentive and willing to help. The location is also good and hornbills can be sighted in the morning. I sincerely hope the management can take more a proactive approach to rectify the shortcomings and make this place one of the best resorts in the state of perak.
