The room rate was affordable and included free breakfast. The booking was actually for two people, but I stayed alone. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room looked quite worn out, and the hygiene could be better. The bedsheet had stains that could not be cleaned off. The water pressure was also very low. Unfortunately, my room was facing a shop lot with a disco, and the loud music and vibrations continued until around 2am, making it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the hotel provided two bottles of water, coffee, toothbrushes, and shower caps. Two small bottles of shower gel and shampoo were also provided, although there was no tissue box in the room. Security felt good, with a standard hotel door lock system and lift access restricted to room card holders only. The breakfast was good, with a standard Malaysian-style selection. Considering the room rate, it felt quite generous. They also provide basement parking, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car.

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked into a room with awful smoke smell and front desk staff sent front office personnel up pretty quickly with ioniser but I insisted to change room as smoke smell usually stick to the linen and hard to get rid which the staff immediately respond well to it. I personally think the housekeeping staff should take note of cleaning the mold in between the shower tile. Pretty gross! I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson hair dryer in the room and nice looking pair of bedroom slippers. Keep up the amenities details.

Newly renovated with great self-service check in system, though some details need attention. Overall, I really liked the newly renovated room. The self-service process is seamless, and the message guidelines are very clear—though the video quality could be improved, it was still easy enough to understand. A few things to note: Parking: The underground car park doesn't have a direct link to the main building (likely because it's an older building that was refurbished). Room Details: The bedsheets were worn to the point of pilling ,and the curtain holder fell off during my stay, possibly due to the wall material. Despite these minor maintenance issues, I was satisfied with the renovation details. Everything still feels very fresh and new!

The hotel in Ipoh has a beautiful artistic design and a very cozy atmosphere. The lift uses an access card system, so you can only go to your assigned floor, which makes it feel safe and secure. They have booth for photography for moment

Hotel básico y sencillo, pero con una ubicación excelente. A poca distancia a pie del casco antiguo y de restaurantes. Personal amable, desayuno sencillo pero suficiente, habitación limpia y buena presión de agua en la ducha. Desventajas: Aparcamiento limitado y la recepción está en una ubicación un tanto extraña, en la planta 12.

Esta fue nuestra primera estancia aquí para un corto estadía cerca de casa, principalmente para probar el mini parque acuático del hotel recientemente completado. Llegamos a las 2:30 pm y no pudimos comprobar en el momento oportuno, ya que la habitación no estaba lista, pero lo conseguimos entrar en nuestra habitación a las 2:45 pm, que todavía era bueno para nosotros 😁 La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. La matriz estaba bien-no super suave, pero todavía cómoda para un buen descanso. El baño viene con un baño, que fue un bonito bono. El desayuno también era muy bueno, con muchas opciones y todo saboroso. El mini parque de aguas fue definitivamente el espectáculo de nuestra estancia. Mi hijo lo disfrutó tanto. Hay una pequeña tarifa por ingreso (menos de RM10), que me parece muy razonable. Sin embargo, no me di cuenta de que en el parque de aguas había un guardaespaldas en el lugar de nuestra visita - quizás había uno en el área de la piscina adulta. En general, tuvimos una estadía muy agradable y sentíamos que realmente vale la pena. ¡Todo fue bueno y recomendamos este hotel.

Tendrá que dar estrellas completas de esta estancia. En general, todo perfecto en la superior de la limpieza, servicio, calidad.

Kamarnya bersih, hotel baru, cuma suara motor jam 2 pagi masih terdengar dari kamar. Tp saya puas insa allah kalo ke taiping lagi saya pasti book lagi.

The location and services is satisfactory but the overall conditions of the Hotel and parking was a disaster. This Hotel is only good for those without personal transport.

New Homestay establishment, clean and cozy. No housekeeping services for our 3 nights stay, no disposable slippers, no changing of towels... etc Swimming pool and gym at roof top, nice view while working out in the gym.
