La ubicación es bastante buena, como las vistas a la montaña, la cultura local, primera opción, abajo está el mercado, la Montaña de la Bandera, el Templo Ji Lek, todo a poca distancia, muy conveniente, al otro lado de la calle, el café Xinrong debe ir, realmente el café que he bebido es el más rico, el helado es muy agradable. Jugar a agarrar es conveniente, pero dependiendo de la hora en el atasco de la mañana ah, se recomienda despertarse naturalmente, después de las 8 en punto para viajar, el transporte público es muy conveniente. El hotel es muy bonito, con un ambiente de museo al estilo Nanyang. El desayuno es abundante y delicioso. La ubicación también es buena y es muy práctico para ir a todas partes. Lo recomiendo y lo volveré a elegir la próxima vez. La experiencia no está nada mal.

Me alojé dos noches. La habitación era pequeña y el suelo estaba muy pegajoso; no sé con qué lo limpiaban. Mi secador de pelo se rompió, pero pude pedir uno prestado en recepción. El personal fue increíblemente amable; simplemente les dije que lo necesitaba, pulsé el 0 y me lo trajeron. ¡Un encanto! La ubicación es estupenda, en pleno centro de la ciudad. La selección del desayuno no era muy variada.

I had a pleasant stay at Summer Tree Hotel Penang. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The room was spacious, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, making it a relaxing place to rest after exploring Penang. The location is convenient, with plenty of local eateries, cafés, and popular attractions within a short drive or walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. One thing to note is that the walls are a little thin, so you may occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Parking can also be limited during busy periods. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for an affordable, clean, and conveniently located hotel in George Town. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Penang.

Solo me quedé una noche. Fue suficiente para mí. Ten en cuenta que este no es un alojamiento oficial del Rainbow Resort Hotel. Al ver mi confirmación, la recepcionista me dijo que mi habitación era un Airbnb. El edificio también es un hotel, con habitaciones privadas que se alquilan. La habitación era muy espaciosa, 70 m², con un dormitorio y una sala de estar. Obviamente, la habían pintado recientemente (olía a pintura fresca), así que las paredes estaban limpias. Contaba con aire acondicionado y servicios básicos. El edificio en sí está bastante deteriorado. Si tienes un presupuesto ajustado y quieres una habitación espaciosa, esta se ajustará a tus necesidades. Por el precio, creo que es bastante razonable si tu estancia es corta. El hotel está junto a una playa y hay una piscina en la planta baja. Hay algunos restaurantes cruzando la calle.

The picture in online is quite nice, but the actual staying is quite shocking 😅 When we first enter the lobby, we are impressed, cos for an old shop lot, the lobby is giving a good impression with it's bright lighting and cleanliness. Then we faced several difficulties that we need to highlight for all visitors who wish to book this hotel (for the owner also, I hope you see my review and make some improvement that will definitely increase your customers and rebooking) 1. We changed room for three times. The [first room No. 29] is with a big hole/maintenance door in bathroom ceiling that exposed all the electrical wire which may caused danger to life. Some more got a line of ants all around the room ceiling and floor. The [second room No. 32] is quite nice, bright and comfortable but the water heater is not working with no hot water and the water pressure is so small. Then finally we changed to a good one. 2. The price we paid is for room with window, but I rather don't want cos it doesn't play any purpose except as a decoration, at the same time without curtain! (All the rooms we changed are without curtains) So anyone can look into our room when we have the lights on 😅 3. Super helpful front desk. The owner should reward the Sabahan lady who helps us to change room. She walks up and down to get us a comfortable room. We really appreciate it a lot 🙏🏻🥰 If not, I'll leave a really really bad review here cos we are really tire with all the hassles 😒 4. For those who like to stay upstairs (first/second floor), there's no lift, so you will need to climb stairs. Bringing elderly or OKU, can only stay at ground floor. 5. All the rooms we been to has a common issue -- it's not basic clean 😅 The toilet has urine stain, the bedsheet has 2-3 hairs on it, and the table and teacup are definitely not for use one (I don't dare to use 🤣) 6. The last room we stay has flies and we smashed them onto wall cos we're too tire to wait and change a new room aldy. At least we finally get a room with hot bath water. 7. Soundproof is not good. In the room, we can hear the sound of people talking and passing the hall, and the car honking. For us is ok, cos we are deep sleeper, but for those who are sensitive, I don't think you will get a good sleep here 🤣 Overall, the good things of this hotel: 1. It's budget, so ok lah 2. The front desk is helpful and responsive 3. The overall amenities still ok (available: free filter water, TV with wifi, mirror in bathroom, water heater; NOT available: no toilet tissue, no hangers but it has hanging rack) So conclusion is, if you're just need a place to bath and sleep, then may consider here. In my opinion, it will not be a good place for 'enjoy hotel time'. So it makes sense for the price paid. Thank you for attending to us.

La ubicación es muy estratégica. La próxima vez que vaya a Penang, definitivamente reservaré aquí nuevamente. Fui a Nasi Kandar Imigresen & Tea Kadai solo caminando. Muchos lugares virales cerca de este hotel para que no tengas que preocuparte por el estacionamiento. Simplemente estacione su auto cerca del hotel y camine. El personal es muy amable. Por suerte, podemos registrarnos a las 12:00 horas en lugar de a las 15:00 horas.

The facilities were excellent, especially for families. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. The hotel's location was also convenient, with many attractions and restaurants nearby.

Bonito hotel en la calle Chulia, cerca de varios bares y restaurantes, con una animada vida nocturna. La habitación era muy espaciosa y tenía una ventana, pero no esperes mucho, ya que da al callejón. Hay mucho aparcamiento para los huéspedes del hotel. Volvería.

El hotel es nuevo, moderno y está ubicado en el centro histórico de Georgetown, donde podrá pasear fácilmente por sus coloridas calles y encontrar centros comerciales. El personal es amable, el vestíbulo es acogedor, huele bien y se puede tomar café, té y agua gratis. Entre las desventajas, tuvimos un incidente: todos los enchufes de nuestra habitación no funcionaban y no pudimos cargar nuestros teléfonos móviles. El personal del hotel llamó rápidamente a un técnico y finalmente nos cambiaron la habitación por la misma, pero con ventana. Otra gran desventaja fue que la piscina no funcionó durante todas nuestras dos noches de estancia. Esto fue muy importante para nosotros, ya que elegimos un hotel con piscina.
