«The hotel’s location is great, with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were not helpful and often pretended not to understand English when we asked for assistance. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, but even at 7:15am it was still not ready. We also requested bottled water for the room, but it was never delivered. Overall, while the location is a strong point, I would not recommend this hotel if good service and hospitality are important to you.»

«Ended up staying here after the rest of the city was shut down for the Nomad Games and SCO. Lucked into one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. The price is fantastic. Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly.»

«Really like this hotel that we chose back the same hotel when we return to bishkek after going out and about. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Aircon was working great. shower water pressure is powerful. Front desk was absolutely helpful, trying the best they can. breakfast was basic, but not an issue. Many other choices around the area and supermarts were plenty as well. Will choose there again. Easy to get yandex everywhere.»

«Adequate room space. But whenever I used Yandex, it could not locate the hotel well. We had a great encounter with a male service staff during breakfast. Breakfast was average. We requested for a king/queen but they did not want to accede to our request. Bathroom was suitably furnished but the water kept leaking out of the taps.»

«El hotel es aparentemente nuevo. Está en las afueras de la ciudad. Algunos chinos, muy fumadores. Por eso, no pude descansar normalmente el primer día. Todo el tiempo, mi cabeza estaba enfermo debido al olor a cigarrillos, para una persona que no fuma es tortura. Después, el fumar se volvió menos, no sé si mis quejas se vieron afectadas o detenidas. El desayuno es delicioso 👍 para aquellos que le gustan la cocina china, le gustará.»

«We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.»
