I stayed at Fujisan Station Hotel and found it quite convenient overall. The location is excellent, just across from Mt. Fuji Station, making it very easy to get around. Check-in was done with the staff and went smoothly. Free parking is available, which is a plus. There is no onsen and no complimentary bottled water, but there is a free ice machine in the dining area, along with vending machines for snacks and drinks. The water faucet is an old-style rotary type. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, but food runs out quickly due to the large number of guests. The buffet includes scrambled eggs, grilled mackerel, rice, miso soup, salad, fresh milk, and granola. The small bread rolls and mini croissants were not very good. The twin room was clean, but the beds were quite firm and not very comfortable.

La higiene del hotel es buena, las aguas termales están limpias y el desayuno es delicioso. El mayordomo de voz de Ctrip puede comunicarse con la recepción del hotel, lo cual es genial. Debes reservar el autobús con antelación. Cuando llegues a la estación Kawaguchiko, espera allí. Es un largo paseo hasta el hotel, se tarda 30 minutos. Tomar un taxi cuesta unos 60 RMB y tarda unos 10 minutos. El hotel dispone de secador de pelo. No hay servicio de lavandería. La lavandería está a 5 minutos del hotel. Está muy limpio. La gente local también lava la ropa. Vi a una anciana conduciendo hacia la lavandería para lavar la ropa jajaja ~ Hay mucha comida deliciosa. Fuji😋Diviértete

It was definitely an enjoyable and worthy experience of traditional ryokan with tatami and futon with the best view of Mt. Fuji from the room window! The hotel itself overlooks parts of Mt. Fuji with Lake Kawaguchiko, and we even added on dinner and breakfast during the stay! They are simply one of the best meals during the trips in Tokyo! The onsen is another bonus to enjoy while seeing the view of Mt Fuji, even though it is public hot spring which might be a culture shock. Definitely worth to try it out again to enjoy the traditional Japan vibes around Lake Kawaguchiko.

The staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.  When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.  The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.  Would absolutely stay with them again.

If you are searching for a place where serenity, cleanliness, and genuine Japanese hospitality collide, stop looking — this is it. The Room & Amenities From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by how impeccably clean everything was. I mean spotless. The room itself is wonderfully spacious, giving us plenty of room to unwind after long days of exploring. But the real showstopper? The private hot bath. Soaking in steaming hot water while gazing out at Mt. Fuji from the comfort of our room was nothing short of therapeutic. And then there is the balcony. Waking up each morning to a full, unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji right from our private terrace felt like a privilege I never wanted to end. Whether it was sunrise painting the peak in soft pink or the mountain standing bold against a clear blue sky, the view alone made every yen worth it. The Host — Above and Beyond The owner is one of those rare people who makes you feel like family from day one. Warm, attentive, and endlessly kind, he ensured our stay was seamless. But what happened on our last day truly sealed this experience as unforgettable. While we were waiting for our bus back to Yokohama, he volunteered to drive us to Yamanakako Myojinyama Panoramadai. I cannot put into words how breathtaking that spot was — a sweeping panorama of Yamanaka Lake shimmering below with the majestic Mt. Fuji rising proudly in the background. It was the kind of view that makes you stop breathing for a second. That he took time out of his day to gift us that moment speaks volumes about the heart behind this villa. Final Thoughts Reitoku Fuji Lakeside Villa is not just accommodation — it is an experience. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and run by someone who genuinely cares about his guests. El personal de recepción del hotel fue muy amable y atento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Desde la ventana de la habitación se veía directamente el monte Fuji y los cerezos en flor a orillas del lago; el paisaje era sencillamente impresionante. El desayuno estaba incluido y era variado para todos los gustos. También había un baño termal en la sexta planta. El hotel ofrecía un servicio de traslado gratuito a la estación, lo que nos ahorró muchas molestias. ¡Fantástico! El conductor también fue muy amable. ¡Este viaje fue inolvidable!

El tamaño de la habitación era muy grande y agradable. Podíamos ver el monte Fuji desde nuestra habitación. La habitación tenía una vista muy bonita del monte Fuji. Hay onsen gratuito, pero el yukata es un servicio pago de 400 yenes. Era una habitación muy bonita y también disfrutamos de la cama futón.

El lugar está cerca de la parada del autobús del teleférico. Sin embargo, puede ser un desafío llevar el equipaje por la pendiente de la colina que se comparte con los autos y los visitantes del teleférico. La habitación para fumadores no huele a humo, ya que proporcionan un purificador... pero el pasillo que conduce a la habitación tiene un olor muy ahumado. Solo tienes que soportarlo. Una vez que ingresas, debes cambiarte las zapatillas por las pantuflas y proceder al check-in. Hay personal extranjero que puede hablar algo de inglés para ayudarte con el check-in. Si te registras entre las 3 y las 5 p. m., hay un flujo libre de bocadillos (palomitas de maíz, bollos de carne, mugi cha) y alcohol (limón sour y cerveza asahi). Una vez que te registras, puedes ir al onsen para relajarte. No es obligatorio usar yukata, pero siéntete libre de hacerlo para sumergirte. La habitación es anticuada, como si estuvieras estancada en los años 90 o principios de los 2000. El baño está separado del baño. Francamente, es mejor bañarse en el onsen si no te importa que te jodan delante de extraños y que te miren los huéspedes japoneses para ver si cometes algún error (quieren que estés limpio en cada rincón y rincón), ya que están en el onsen. Tiene sauna, pero es bastante pequeña. La temperatura ronda los 82 grados C. Tiene un chorro de agua a la antigua usanza que debes controlar manualmente en los 3 lados. Buena suerte para hacerlo rápido durante los días fríos. Servicios básicos en la zona del onsen... solo secador de pelo, ventilador y eso es todo. La cama y la almohada son bastante suaves... las almohadas son pequeñas, pero puedes conseguir más en recepción. Gran vista del lago desde la habitación del hotel y el comedor. El desayuno está bien. El menú es similar todos los días... desayuno estilo bufé... pescado, curry de asa, panes, don de sashimi marinado picado, sopa de maíz y sopas de miso. Café de flujo libre, refrescos y una selección limitada de frutas. La cena está bien, estilo buffet, pero dura 90 minutos. Necesito información sobre el horario que prefieres. Te recomiendo que elijas la cena, porque hay una gran distancia hasta la estación de autobuses para comer y las colas son horribles, pero la comida es buena, incluso puedes admirar el monte Fuji. Escuché que la temática de la cena se basa en meses o estaciones.

Una estancia estupenda. Nos ofrecieron servicio de traslado desde y hacia el hotel. El personal habla inglés con fluidez, lo cual es ideal para los turistas. La habitación era cómoda, con vistas al lago, y el tatami era tan agradable que mi marido y yo pudimos descansar muy bien. Había aperitivos gratuitos en la recepción. Las instalaciones, como el onsen, estaban disponibles en ciertos horarios y eran fantásticas. La cena buffet ofrecía comida local e internacional, además de bebidas alcohólicas ilimitadas (sake, cerveza, whisky). En resumen, fue una estancia muy satisfactoria.

For some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking). Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people. There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy. The view from the villa was great! The beds were nice! Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe! The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry. Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in. The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!
