Great hotel for its price, nearby the Furano Prince ropeway and ski areas only 5 minutes by taxi or their daily shuttle bus that only service once 8.30am and back 6pm to and from the prince ropeway ski area. For dinner, it was close when we're there so I had to walk 15 mins to the nearest Lawson convince store in the snow. Recommend to get your lunch or dinner prepared before coming here. Room was clean and complete. Thanks for the hotel for a great stay

READ ME IF U WANT A FULL DETAILED REVIEW: Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by. Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it. Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it. The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare. Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it. Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame. The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it. The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up. The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep. Bonus: - they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants - the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather Overall: A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Susukino
The room is clean and cozy. The location is good. Although it's not near Subway station, it's close to Cocono Susukino and Rei Hotel, which is the meeting point of the one day tour I joined. And it's close to 一幻拉麵 which is my favorite Ramen shop. Special thanks to Miss Suzuki 鈐木小姐 who is nice and helpful Moreover, breakfast buffet is healthy and good. I enjoyed it.

Hotel is very close to Susukino station which is only a 5-10mins walk and you can easily access from Sapporo station. There’s also a lot of restaurants, and shops around which is really convenience for tourists.

Love to stay here. Can access directly from JR Hakodate station. The staff are very welcoming. I got the room with Hakodate Sunset View. There are 12 types of pillow that you can choose from the lobby floor. Will definitely be back to stay here again :)

This is a hotel which look like from the 80s of last century. The location is very nice which is situated in the front of the lake. Apart from that, everything looks so old. The room which I stayed was big bu which is on the first floor close the the onsen and public toilet. Some people always talk outside so that the room is not quiet all the time. The window of this room is facing the lake. However, due to the privacy, a lot of plants blocking the view of people walking pass the room. It makes the room a little dark and no view. Moreover, the aren't enough plug for charging device too.

I personally feel this hotel is a good starting point especially if you love exploring by walking. From Hakodate Train Station, it is about a 5-10 min walk. Along the way, you'll find a number of food options (kaizen-don selection) at Hakodate Asaichi that is best for breakfast/lunch and also Lucky Pierrot (local restaurant burger chain with wide selection) across the street. There is also a Lawson's convenience store nearby. The hotel is within walking distance (<5 min) from the Morning Market (where you can get all the preserved seafood for souvenirs) and also the must-try Uni Marumaki's (price range Y3500 and up for the recommended items). Further up, after about 20 minutes walking, is the Red Brick Warehouses (Lots of souvenir shopping and some of the more-branded food to try between meals - cakes, ice cream etc). The Hakodate Seafood Market is also around this area where fresh sashimi is available. I was surprised to find similarly priced oysters (Y900 for 2) here that's of better quality than at the Morning Market. I've concentrated so far on the plentiful food options nearby because the breakfast buffet had very, very limited options and limited seating (see last photo). The main option I could recall was a selection of onigiri with different flavours, some western-type food, and bread. I think it's fine because Hakodate is really a foodie's place so you should try eating outside the hotel (especially sashimi and kaizendon). The hotel itself is very clean and has all basic amenities that serve it's purpose.

Onsen is amazing. As guests of the hotel, we get to used the onsen anytime of the evening to the morning. It was tranquil at night when my wife and I found the onsen all to ourselves. I went again in the early morning and soaked in the spring colors, again having the outdoor onsen to myself. We would stay again.

The hotel is right at the Asahikawa Station. By car, it was not that obvious where to park but they do state exactly where to go and park on their website. We drove there and had to push our luggage to the hotel, as only buses are permitted to stop at the front of the hotel entrance. This ended up taking around 5 minutes from alighting the car to ending up at the lobby. Check-in was fast and there's a small play area for children with various toys that you can utilize for your children. The hotel offers free instant coffee and hot water that's readily available 24/7; you can find it at the lobby on the far side, opposite to the elevators. The room itself was on the larger side for this price range and though short, I thoroughly enjoyed my entire time at the hotel. The couch was large and comfortable and allowed for easy management of our things while we were packing. The bathroom was a standard Japanese size but comfortable enough. There are vending machines on every floor I believe, which don't upsell drinks, which is a nice touch. The public bath on the top floor was pretty great according to my wife, as I did not partake. Would highly recommend this hotel for anybody and everybody due to the great location; just make sure you look at their access instructions on their website beforehand!
