Cleanliness 🫧 3.5/5 - our room was perfectly fine, although the carpet had a few questionable stains and the shower curtain in the bathroom had definitely seen better days.. but overall clean bed and towels- fine for one night stay for us Location 📍 5/5 - Super close to subway and train station in Tenjin area, only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and shops! Service 🤝🏻 5/5 - it was self check in which was easy enough to manage but there were super friendly staff around to help! Amenities 🪥4/5 - Like many hotels in Japan there were a selection of free toiletries at reception, not that much choice- body towels, toothbrush, razor.. - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom were pretty nice! Not much surface area in the bathroom but to be expected

I chose to stay with Best Western because I trust the international brand and its quality of service. With Japan's standard, the room is big in size, the beds and the pillows are comfortable for a good sleep, and the area for placing the suitcases is sufficient. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to help. I was impressed with everything. The price is reasonable for the experience, and I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

It was a comfortable stay. Location is great, just right in front of Hakata station. The room is generally clean. All staff are polite, Japanese or non-Japanese. Towels are provided everyday. Pyjamas and amenities such as cotton pads and combs are found in the lobby. Coffee machine and water machine are available all the time in the lobby. I definitely love the free breakfast, with cold and hot selections. A simple breakfast before heading out. However, I find the lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit darker to my liking. Overall, I recommended this hotel if you want an affordable and comfortable stay.

Good location, just 5 mins from hotel to metro station. Lots of food shops near hotel, especially the self-service drink machine in hotel, you can use it unlimited as you want during open time. I’m surprised the breakfast is so diverse and delicious, lots of food you can choose! I’ll be back definitely! Highly recommended!

Great location with lot of bus stop (direct bus to Hakata station) and subway stations in less than 10 minute walk. Family mart is only 1 minute walk, other konbini options also in less than 10 min walk. Donquijote and Ichiran within 10 min walk. Room is also very clean and has everything you might need. Receptionist is also helpful and fast.

일단 고쿠라역에서 짐없을때 도보5분 짐있을땐 조금 천천시간다고 봤을때 10분정도라 위치 좋습니다. 이번에 3명이 방하나 사용해는데 일단 객실은 아주 넓고 욕실도 욕조포함 넓고 좋았습니다! 청소상태는 침구류나 다른건 일단 괜찮았는데 침대밑에 왜 조그만 풍선하나가 그대로 남아있더군요. 그리고 하나 불편한점은 저희가 이번에 3박4일 이용했는데 체크인 테블릿으로 수건 교체를 요청했는데 교체는 4박당하나라고 딱잘라 말하고 교체안된다고합니다 1층에 코인 세탁기있는데 거기서 수건 빨아서 말려쓰거나 수건챙겨가세요! 아니면 아칭에 청소하시는 분들이 복도에 다니실때 만나면 바꿔달라고 해보세요 그분들은 그래도 바꿔주시네요! 그거외에는 나름 괜찮았습니다

혼여행이여서1인실에묵었습니다..호텔신관에묵었는데..좀낧은느낌입니다..욕실커텐에서는냄새가났습니다..방은혼자서쓰기에는괜찮지만둘이쓰기에는작습니다고구라역에서8분정도거리되고대욕장이있어사우나하기에좋습니다.조식은음식이매일같고전날사용할걸재탕합니다.넘일본식이고종류는별루입니다..그냥밖에서사드셔도됩니다3일째는먹기가힘들더군요..ㅅ실내는좀추워요겨울에는비추입니다.방에에어콘만작동가능하더군요..직원들은정말친절힙니다..

A lovely budget hotel right beside Kokura Station. I stayed here for 2 nights to rest after getting sick on my Japan trip. They provide free pastries all day with lots of variety!

Perfect if you have an early flight in the morning. The hotel is just 5-8 min walking from the airport. The staff was very polite and really helfull, they speak japanese, english and korean. For breakfast you get different options of rice; bread, fish, etc. If you don't want to eat in the dinning area, you can bring the food to your room. Also, you can always walk to the airport and get food and drinks at the convenience store. Keep in mind there is nothing besides the airport and the hotel, so don't expect much. This is perfect to rest before or after a flight.

小倉駅から徒歩10分くらいでしょうか　モノレール平和通りからも歩いて近いですがモノレールのタイミング次第では歩いても所要時間変わらない。フロントの女性の方たちは元気よく挨拶してくれます　コーヒーサービスと、夜限定お茶漬けサービスなんかもありました　アメニティもたくさんあるし、一階入り口には漫画コーナーもあり時間があれば読みたかったです。 キャッシュレス決済オンリーのミニ食品コーナーもあり何かしら買えます。 大浴場、中浴場は混んでて ２日とも断念しました。 Wi-Fiが弱くて残念でした。 泊まる部屋にもよるでしょうが、週末近所のクラブから重低音が夜中まで聞こえてきて、気になる方はいるかもしません

The staff are super helpful and kind. If there's no parking in the parking lot they let you park in the nearby mall and reimburse that. Parking is 800yen per night. Breakfast is a spread of various breads, some rice and meat items, yogurt and scrambled eggs. Cleanliness was great, amenities like razors and combs were available upon request. The location is a little out of the way, so if you have a car it's about 20-30 mins to the city center. Not sure about public transport. All in all a great experience
