El hotel está un poco lejos de la estación de MRT de Sin Pu'an. Si no tienes mucho equipaje, puedes caminar hasta allí. Hay autobuses que te recogen a las 7 p. m. y a las 9 p. m. Salga de la estación de metro y tome el paso elevado hacia el lado opuesto de la carretera. Puede ver la marca ibs al costado de la carretera. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, limpio e higiénico. Hay un auto que te llevará a Disney. Cuando te bajes en Disney, te darán una ubicación cuando te bajes del autobús. el autobús en el lugar donde te bajas. Hay un supermercado familiar en la calle a 200 metros al lado del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. La siguiente imagen es el horario de los autobuses hacia y desde Disney.

El hotel y el anexo están uno al lado del otro, muy cerca, así que la ubicación es bastante buena. Hay un autobús de enlace al aeropuerto, con servicio a las terminales T1, T2 y T3, lo cual es muy conveniente. Reservamos una habitación doble con cama grande, y la higiene general de la habitación estaba bastante bien, además el precio era asequible. Buen transporte, no está mal.

There are unarguably better room with similar or higher cost, but 5 star hotel cannot offer following perks: 1. directly connect to the Chiba Station, which is also connected with several shopping malls; thus, you don't need to pay the extra for breakfast, go down stairs you got tons of selection and cheaper 2. in building coin laundry, 3 washer-drier-2in1 type machines; the cost of washing a pair of socks is enough to wash two days of clothes with these machines, and since it's inside, you don't need to worry about weather (rainy or too hot) 3. you can experience semi-Japanese style room with 1/10 of a legitimate Wafu tatami room (and normally there is not non-smoking one) 4. free locker room, it's also accessible on the same day of check-out Then some normal business hotel advantages: 1. fast and secure WiFi, nearly 400MB up/down, and legitimate WPA3, no membership required 2. guest control air conditioner, you can switch cooling/heating mode, but it is central air conditioning, so I am not sure the cooling mode is actually working all months; during my stays, that thing did quite good job to freeze the room 3. self-check in/out, probably in exchange you have to pay everything immediately 4. enough plugs and table 5. default to not clean/enter your room, and optional to exchange towels and garbage bins; just got my underwear stolen during room service in a city hotel, so very happy about this option Blockers for some people: 1. the station is not very annoying during day time, but quite noisy near sleeping, then you don't need alarm to getup at 6 a.m.; for these enjoying sleeping on a train, this environment might be a positive thing 2. the building itself does not restrict smoking, and the elevator of floor 1-4 is shared with slot machine shop; the coin laundry floor always has smoke smell 3. no bath rob, well, the price diff to a city hotel is enough to buy yourself

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

too much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful. Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!! Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller. Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad entre el aeropuerto de Narita y Tokio, muy conveniente para tomar JR o Keisei Railway.. Además de viajar a Tokio, también podemos explorar la ciudad de Funabashi durante nuestra estancia. Me gusta este hotel.

Comfort Hotel Narita is a very good option for a short stay or transit stopover near Narita Airport. The hotel provides typical Japanese hospitality, staff are polite, well-trained, friendly, and always try their best to assist. Some staff speak English above basic conversational level, which is helpful for overseas travellers. We only stayed for 2 nights while waiting for our next flight and found it a great choice. It is only **one train stop from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Narita Station**, and around a **10-minute walk from the station to the hotel**, which is very manageable. There are also 2 Lawson convenience stores nearby, and you can take a bus from in front of Narita Station to AEON Narita Shopping Centre. This makes it ideal if you want to relax near the airport and avoid travelling all the way into Tokyo. One useful tip: some booking websites may automatically charge extra for a child. However, the hotel's official policy states that **children stay free**. We simply booked **2 adults** and advised the hotel that **1 child would also be staying**, and they accepted it without any additional charge upon arrival. Breakfast is included. The rooms and facilities are above average — not luxury, but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for short stays and airport transit.

Muy buen trato de las recepcionistas , la habitación muy buena limpia y con todo lo necesario, está genial que tenga el bus gratis al aeropuerto, nosotros hicimos uso de él y fue un servicio muy bueno también, repetiría seguro además está cerca de unos barecillos de ramen y otro de frituras además de a unos 10min caminando de un super . Un 10/10 para nuestra estancia.
