El conductor del autobús que nos recogió por la tarde fue horrible, no le daría ni una estrella por el servicio. Habíamos reservado un servicio de traslado y el pago se había procesado correctamente en línea. La página de confirmación del pedido mostraba que todo estaba en orden, pero por alguna razón, no podíamos acceder a la página de los billetes; siempre aparecía un error. Tal vez fue por la tarjeta SIM alemana que estábamos usando, o quizás fue un problema con la web del hotel (después de dejar el hotel al día siguiente, lo intentamos de nuevo y funcionó...). Pero el conductor del autobús se puso muy difícil, ¿me entienden? Le explicamos repetidamente y le mostramos la página de confirmación del pedido, pero él dijo que no era su culpa y que no le importaban las razones, solo quería ver la página del billete. Su tono de voz y su mirada impacientes habrían sacado de quicio a cualquiera. Entonces mi marido y él empezaron a discutir. Intenté calmar la situación y le dije que entendía que era su trabajo y que no era culpa suya, pero antes de que pudiera terminar, me señaló con el dedo a la nariz y, con los ojos saltones, empezó a gritar: 'Sí, señora, ¡todo es culpa suya!'. Luego se sentó en el asiento del conductor y empezó a murmurar en italiano para sí mismo, pero su tono sonaba como si estuviera diciendo algo insultante. En ese momento, también estallé... No volamos a Milán y luego tomamos un tren a Venecia solo para aguantar su mala cara. ¿No se pueden tratar las situaciones especiales de forma especial? Creo que esta persona es solo un caso aislado, pero este incidente ha arruinado nuestras vacaciones hasta cierto punto. El conductor del autobús que nos llevó por la mañana fue muy amable. Con el mismo problema, nos dejó subir y dijo que a veces ocurren estas cosas, así que las personas son diferentes. Ahora, sobre el hotel: está a unos 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, sería más adecuado si vas en coche. Las instalaciones del hotel están bien; la cocina bien equipada era lo que más me gustó, pero uno de los inodoros no funcionaba, la ducha alternaba agua fría y caliente, y el aislamiento acústico era terrible, ya que es una casa de madera. El hotel tiene piscina, una tienda interna y un restaurante. Los alrededores son muy remotos, no hay nada que hacer, solo campos y zonas residenciales. La recepción ofrece un muy buen servicio.

Nice hotel in good location with access to nearby eurocamping site, which is useful for the sports, offsite bar (Pizza-Pub Due Ruote)on the way to the Campsite well worth a visit. Hotel pool is a welcome sight after a day wandering around the lake and enjoying the ferry. We would happily return 🫡

La habitación era algo pequeña y el aislamiento acústico deficiente. Sin embargo, el precio era razonable y el servicio bueno. Debido a la gran cantidad de huéspedes, la recepción del hotel estaba un poco saturada. Fue aceptable para una noche de estancia durante un viaje de negocios.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Una opción relativamente más económica en Venecia. Las habitaciones eran muy antiguas y estaban en mal estado, pero seguían siendo funcionales. Podría ser un poco ruidoso, ya que hay una estación de barcos justo enfrente. Sin embargo, el desayuno y el servicio son buenos. Caminar estará bastante lejos del centro y de la estación de tren, pero el autobús acuático es una buena opción desde este hotel.

For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

Ottimo hotel a 4 passi da Piazza San Marco. Pulitissimo e personale molto gentile. Buona colazione. Unica pecca ma si tratta di stabile d'epoca, è privo di ascensore. Consigliatissimo anche per qualità/prezzo.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, en el arco de la Plaza de San Marcos. Puramente acogedor. Todo es nuevo. Es una pena que no haya ganchos para la ropa de abrigo, tuvimos que colgarla en la manija de la puerta. No está claro por qué no se tuvo en cuenta un detalle tan pequeño. Estacionamiento por 3 noches, no se cambian las toallas. Solo dóblalo de nuevo. Buen desayuno, pero café asqueroso. Y

La ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas
