On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

Alles tip top. Die Zimmer sind neu und alles ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das einzige Problem was für einen Besucher als störend empfunden werden könnte ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, das heißt, man hört wirklich sehr gut wenn der Nachbar z.B Fernsehen guckt, oder sich unterhält. Das kann unter Umständen störend sein. Aber abgesehen davon ist eigentlich alles total gut. Vor dem Hotel findet täglich ein Markt von 6-13 Uhr statt - das sollte man wissen. D.h. zwischen 6 Uhr und 13 Uhr kann dann dort kein Auto fahren oder Auto parken und alles ist gesperrt. Glücklicherweise befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein großes Parkhaus in dem man wunderbar sein Auto 24/7 parken kann. Es ist dort sicher abgestellt und das Parkhaus kostet pro Nacht 12 Euro (Stand Juli 2025). Fazit: Wer ein solides, minimalistisches und einfaches Hotelzimmer sucht, in guter Lage und zu einem fairen Preis, der ist hier genau richtig.👍

看到有人説這裡能看到日出和火山，才預訂的這裏，價格便宜包早餐。印度人房東人很好，告訴在酒店這裏我怎麼坐公交，早餐也是他準備的。確實可以看見火山，酒店就在沙灘上。11月晚上有點冷，開了空調湊活能住。但是距離真的不行，離市中心太遠，不是通州到二環那種，是公交經常不準時到達，必須得按谷歌地圖上時間提前半小時在那裡等，而且有的司機還開的巨快，根本不停。衹能説沒有租車的小夥伴不推薦你們入住，鐵腿和有時間等公交的才推薦。而且稍微晚一點後就沒車去酒店了。

La estructura es muy limpia, bien organizada y curada, con la zona de piscina y bañera Jacuzzi que es realmente una joya con una vista maravillosa de Palermo. Amplia, luminosa y limpia. Servicio profesional y siempre cuidado con los detalles. El restaurante es de excelente calidad y variedad de elección. Podrían, en mi opinión, explotar la zona de piscina incluso la noche, teniendo en cuenta el espacio y la presencia del bar chiosco, con música de fondo, y luces sufocadas para un aperitivo o cocktail borda piscina con vistas panorámicas. Crear una situación tranquila, relajada, donde interactuar con los demás huéspedes, simple pero eficaz. La posición, un poco fuera de mano, te obliga a tomar el coche o una naveta y ir a Palermo. Un consejo, el restaurante es un poco caro, sobre todo en relación a la cantidad de las porciones, aunque la calidad es alta. La pizza es en la media general. Puede que le pida a más invitados quedarse a cenar, aunque luego tengas que crear algo, como se ha dicho antes, para que la hermosa estructura viva incluso en las horas de la noche. Sólo una nota dolorosa, por lo tanto, después de la salida de las 11:00, tienes que irte. La mayoría de las instalaciones, en cambio, le permite quedarse otra media jornada en la piscina, donde entre otras cosas es fácil tomar un poco de consumo en el bar. Quería quedarme hasta las 14 para disfrutar de otra hora de Jacuzzi, pero a pesar de que he pedido varias veces, esto me fue negado y no insistiendo, me fui. Excellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. 非常不錯的酒店，位置十分的好，就在老城區旁邊，對面就是沙灘，這次入住的是他們家的套房酒店，有獨立的廳，房間很大，而且有一個非常大的露台可以享受陽光和曬衣服，很推薦哦。唯一美中不足的是，酒店不提供代客泊車服務，切法盧停車需要車技，且因對禁行取不熟悉，容易開錯路。

Muy fácil de alcanzar/encontrar. Ubicación buena/segura con mucho estacionamiento. No hay manta para la cama, ni abrigos, ni zapatillas en la habitación. En Bad sólo Sampo. El baño es enorme.,🌄

I am having a hard time writing this review as we actually enjoyed our stay at La chiusa, location, staff and food was good. However, I suffered a severe bug bite attack at night and the management of the hotel is turning all responsibility away from them. My whole body, face, legs, arms, neck are full with red marks from the bites, the itch is unbearable! I kindly asked for a statement and refund for the situation but at first I got “it looks like mosquito bites” and then they kept explaining their cleaning procedures and gave us the responsibility for the situation that we would have brought them with us. Also they did not see any reason to pay any compensation for the situation. Nothings for time spent at doctors, creams or refund for the room. NOTHING. Just the situation for us to deal with the itchy bites. I am 100% sure that the bugs have been there before we came, I even saw one before going to sleep (not knowing it is a bed bug) thinking that it is a remote location and it can happen that a bug enters the room. When checking the next morning for the bites I realized that it was a bed bug what I have seen and the marks over my body show enough evidence.
