The staff was attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were promptly addressed. Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is another advantage, with easy access to key business areas and transportation links in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the amenities such as the business center and meeting rooms were well-equipped and served my professional needs effectively. Overall, Hotel Monarch is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent service and convenient location.

To be honest, I booked 2 Days before arrival for 08-11JAN25. There was nothing less 100 USD per night in Colaba. With my booking I was requesting a room with Kingsize bed on a higher floor. I got a Twin Room on lower floor! After complaining, the Manager Lady gave me a King Bed Room - but still 3. Floor! Guys, don't live on that low level at all! It was noicy all day and all night! Just between 02-05 AM I could sleep a bit! I think. lower then 6. Floor there is no daylight, no quietness and no chance to open the windows! No View of course (especailly no sea view as mentioned in the hotel description here)! At the end I enjoyed it a bit, cause most of the time I was outside Hotel anyway. A Hotelroom should be a heaven of peace, comfort and quietness! Last night both of my neighbor rooms where occupied with locals (men). I was in the middle! Talking, Drinking, cooking Rice and clapping the doors permanently! Crazy! So, be careful guys when booking this Hotel! Even its New (just 1 year old now)!

Es bueno para los viajeros solos donde viajar para explorar como las habitaciones son menores que estándar, sin embargo todas las instalaciones están disponibles.. fue una buena estancia rápida por unas pocas horas

Location is good, staff is very very good and very impressive, property is average, rooms are small and limited infrastructure for it be called a Hotel. Its like a small PG. There are issues everyday with access card.

Como viajero solo (reservé incorrectamente para 2), me “reforzó” a una habitación en el piso superior con una ventana que miraba en todo tipo de máquinas, no me sentía cómodo allí. Además hay algunas obras de construcción de metro que hacen que sea un poco difícil llegar al lugar. Es a 20 minutos de la Gateway de la India pero por el precio que pague no esperaba tal hotel 2/3 estrellas.

This is a historically important location in Matheran.  Ratheesh and his business partner were so welcoming and helpful and the accommodation is so full of character. For a truly “green” and unique stay in a totally unique location, the Verandah in the Forest is absolutely a must. This is undoubtedly the place to stay in Matheran if you can get a room - would suggest booking early so as not to miss the chance to stay here - and is so much more than a hotel. Food was superb and because of the size and layout, never seemed busy. Quiet and relaxing stay.  As there’s no phone signal in Matheran Hill Station I’d suggest contacting Ratheesh before making the ascent to the hill station for location instructions. There is wi-fi at the Verandah in the Forest.

La ubicación es excelente. El hotel está en una renovación, pero en general una buena estancia. A las 2:00, no me queda nada de esperar porque he visto a otros que vinieron después de mí, pero ya habían recibido sus llaves. A partir de entonces, nos encontrábamos en un masaje cercano, esperando que nuestra habitación estuviera lista a las 2:30 horas (control oficial a tiempo).

Aunque este hotel también se llama ibis. Pero sinceramente está lejos del aeropuerto. Si toma un taxi desde el aeropuerto, suele tardar entre 40 y 50 minutos (sigue siendo un buen estado de tráfico por la noche). Y los alrededores no están muy ocupados. Es bastante parcial. The staff behavior and check-in process were good. The elevator is not available, and the room size is average. If you are looking to stay for just a few hours or freshen up, then it will be suitable.
