«Aunque es comprensible que registrarse en hoteles de la India pueda ser un engorro, el problema principal fue que el hotel reservó la habitación equivocada. Solo me dieron una de dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales. Tras confirmar repetidamente que era un error, me dieron una habitación doble. Todo el proceso de registro fue agotador y tardó al menos media hora. La ubicación de la habitación también es crucial; si te asignan una habitación que da a la calle, es muy ruidosa; una habitación en el segundo piso, en el interior, es más tranquila. Recomiendo traer tu propio secador de pelo; el hotel ofrece un número limitado. El servicio de habitaciones también fue muy ineficiente, lo que me hizo esperar más de una hora por mi pedido. La ducha, sin embargo, tenía agua caliente y la cama era cómoda.»

«Iva premium Very close from the airport and right beside the highway. So, no hassle of the crowded narrow dirty lanes of Mahipalpur. No noise. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's a new hotel. Exactly one year old. Hence it's very clean. No worn down, used look. Bathroom clean. Geyser installed in the bathroom. We can switch it on anytime. Bedsheets very clean. Towels also clean but not as crispy clean as the bedsheets. Room size comfortable for two people. We had a third bed provided and we could manage fairly well with 3 large suitcases inside the room. Fan and AC provided. Even outside the rooms, the corridors are wide and bright. And clean and fresh. There's an in-house restaurant on the ground floor. We had dinner there. Decent food - vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Not expensive. Our room booking had a complimentary breakfast option. But since we were going to take an early check-out at 4.15 am we assumed that we will not be able to avail the breakfast facility. But then their restaurant is open 24*7. So they said that if we wished to, we could get breakfast anytime before our checkout, even through room service. I assumed that we would just get toast, butter, jam and tea at that early hour. But they were ready to serve us anything off their breakfast menu. We had a hearty breakfast of stuffed parathas with pickle and yoghurt, hot toast, butter, jam and hot tea. Our booking didn't give us the option of picking free airport drop-off so we assumed that it's included (since the name of the hotel suggests the same). But it turned out that it wasn't included in our booking, yet they obliged us by giving us this service free of charge. I would surely recommend this hotel especially if you want proximity to the airport. It's right on the service road. You don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic jams on the inner roads. Also, while looking out for decent hotels close to the airport I came across many hotels which were scams- they gave false information about proximity to the airport. Quite a few even displayed false photos of their premises and their rooms, their location etc . So I was genuinely worried about this hotel right from the time I booked it. But I had no cause for worry. It's clean, it's comfortable. Location is very convenient.»

«When we arrived we were told there was more updated room that was double the price. They were very insistent to get room. Declined. My friends room was nicer than mine and his AC worked. Mine didn’t work very well. Constant smell coming from bathroom. Bed wasn’t too bad. Location decent as it’s convenient to get to other places. Staff did go out or their way to help my friend find some things he needed to purchase. I would consider staying again once they get all their rooms updated. Overall not a bad experience just could have been better»

There are also many properties online nowadays using heavily edited or unrealistic photographs, so checking recent guest reviews and the actual property information before booking is a good idea. My stay was only one night, so I cannot comment on everything, but I had no difficulty during my visit. For travelers booking an airport-area hotel, I would simply recommend verifying the property details beforehand and using the official location when traveling there.»
