Si tienes un vuelo temprano y necesitas un lugar cerca para descansar, ¡te recomiendo este hotel! Está ubicado en la segunda planta del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy práctico. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda, y las comodidades eran excelentes. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno, con muchas opciones para elegir. El personal fue muy amable y servicial; nos ayudaron a subir las maletas y siempre estuvieron ahí cuando necesitábamos algo. En general, todo estuvo genial. Si vuelvo a Medan, ¡sin duda me alojaré aquí!

La primera sorpresa fue que el barco nos dejó en el mismísimo hotel por lo que solo tuvimos que subir y hacer el check in por la noche. Las vistas del bufet eran maravillosas aunque la calidad de la comida no era la mejor está en un sitio perfecto para salir a disfrutar de los hoteles cercanos. El personal no pudo ser más agradable, nos sentimos clientes vip en todo momento y por lo que pagamos por la habitación diría que todo el personal es de sobresaliente. I recently stayed at Swiss-Belinn Medan and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Medan, making it easy to access nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a good job ensuring everything stayed tidy throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety of local and international dishes. The dining area was also clean and well-organized. One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection, which could be a bit unstable at times. Additionally, the room size might feel slightly compact for longer stays, but it is still sufficient for short trips. Overall, Swiss-Belinn Medan offers good value for money, especially for business or short leisure stays. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Medan.

Nearby to Kuala Namu Airport, it's a decent hotel to stay before entering Medan on the next day morning ,staff were nice, breakfast provided

El hotel tiene una buena vista, hay un parque de playas, piscina. El cuarto es lo suficientemente grande para una familia, el edificio sólo parece viejo. El acceso es muy fácil de llegar a este hotel, la ubicación está en el lado de la carretera, el conductor es muy espacioso. El hotel está muy bien, muy bien, muy bien, muy bien.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Nice to stay. Good location. Room is small. I got a problem with the toilet door. They fixed it after 30 mins, but then I was not able to close the toilet door. Quite inconvenient when you stay with your friend but cannot close the toilet.

Great and amazing hotel, I just think I went there at the wrong time which was before Christmas a few days and not the weekend so it was so quiet and breakfast was by choice from menu and only 1 type allowed but was still ok z thanks
