The staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent. NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

Loved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

Todo perfecto, habitación cómoda y con bonitas vistas. El aparcamiento es un poco pequeño pero por la parte de atrás se puede aparcar sin problema. Únicamente destacar que no tuvimos opción a desayuno, aunque en la web se entendía que se podía contratar allí. La ducha es algo estrecha y como la cortina no llega hasta abajo del todo, se sale un poco de agua.

Me gusta mucho el hotel retro. Desde el momento en que entré al hotel, el servicio del hotel es exactamente como se ve en las películas británicas. El ambiente dentro y fuera del hotel es muy bueno, la puerta es simple y elegante y el exterior es pintoresco. El ambiente del comedor del desayuno es muy bueno, la comida es muy rica, el personal de servicio también es atento y elegante, todo el ambiente del comedor es bastante satisfactorio.

A lovely family hotel. The room I got was homely and warm, everything was clean and tasteful. Good breakfast at a really cheap price I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again. I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.

The hotel is very nicely located by the beach. We arrived late but the staff was very helpful with us. I totally recommend. We had a great experience though we were in off season so during summer we believe it would be a bit more crowded. Breakfast was very nice and all the people very kind.

La ubicación del hotel no estaba mal, pero las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas. Me alojé dos noches y, al segundo día, cuando pedí dos botellas de agua, me dijeron que las comprara en el supermercado. Me quedé atónito. Me preguntaba si sería por lo barato que era. El personal de recepción solía estar ausente durante las horas de entrada y salida anunciadas. Vi a un huésped deambulando en su coche después de llegar sobre las 20:00. El impuesto municipal es de solo 1 € para dos personas. Las escaleras que subían a la habitación eran muy estrechas y peligrosas. Las luces no funcionaban. No había ascensor. El aparcamiento estaba en la calle. La ducha del baño era tan estrecha que tenía que tocar la pared para lavarme. La ubicación del hotel es conveniente para ir de compras y a restaurantes. Hotel antiguo y bien ubicado. Habitación limpia y tranquila con camas individuales de confort medio, baño con bañera, balcón. Personal amable y dispuesto a proporcionar información sobre Meteora.

The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.

Personal de la habitación. La ubicación es muy conveniente y a pie del centro de Volos y del puerto y de la zona de grandes restaurantes y cafeterías. Delicioso desayuno y ambiente limpio. La habitación era increíble junto con muchas comodidades. Seguramente volverá a visitar.
