Estado aquí seis veces ya, siempre satisfecho con el servicio del hotel, excelente lugar para permanecer, se quedará aquí otra vez.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 con una ubicación excelente cerca de la estación de tren. Tuve una estancia muy agradable en el Britannia Hotel Birmingham New Street. La habitación era espaciosa, ordenada y muy limpia, lo que me hizo sentir cómoda y relajada después de un largo día explorando la ciudad. La ubicación céntrica del hotel es perfecta: a pocos pasos de la estación de tren, tiendas y restaurantes, lo que lo hace muy conveniente tanto para viajes de placer como de negocios. El personal fue amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con lo que necesitara. Había un poco de ruido porque mi habitación está al lado de la calle donde hay un mercado navideño, pero la habitación estaba bien mantenida. En general, fue una gran experiencia: excelente relación calidad-precio, habitaciones limpias y una ubicación conveniente. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquiera que visite Birmingham.

The hotel is perfect for tourists who want to transfer from Birmingham to another city. All equipment is perfect and advanced and the cost is reasonable. HOWEVER, the female receptionist is very rude and irritable, when I checked in with her, there’s the same name as me booked this hotel and I just double checked the days and whether I booked the breakfast or not she showed her impatience and rudeness.

This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

A menos de 10 minutos de la estación de tren de New Street, así que muy cerca de Bull Ring y de otras atracciones como la Biblioteca de Birmingham, ¡que parece un pastel! ¡Increíble! El registro de entrada y salida fue fácil. El hotel tiene una zona de equipaje, así que al hacer el registro de salida pudimos pasear cómodamente. El personal es amable, como Elsa. Buen desayuno. Me encantan las salchichas vegetarianas y los panqueques tiernos y tiernos. El café es importante para mí, así que me encantó que tuvieran tres cafeteras, ¡así que no hay largas colas! La recepción huele muy bien. Quiero comprar el ambientador que usan ☺️ Habitación limpia con una vista muy bonita. Tuve una buena estancia, excepto que algunos huéspedes cercanos preferían cerrar la puerta tan fuerte que me interrumpió el sueño. Ojalá la gente fuera un poco más respetuosa.

El Premier Inn de Birmingham (Estación New Street) está ubicado encima de la estación de tren New Street de Birmingham, junto a McDonald's. Puede resultar un poco confuso encontrar el hotel al llegar a la estación. Tras salir del andén de la estación New Street de Birmingham, verá unas escaleras mecánicas frente a la taquilla. Suba por las escaleras mecánicas y encontrará varias tiendas, como Jo Malone y Tesco Express, y restaurantes como Pho y Mrs Chew Kitchen. Una vez en la segunda planta (Estación New Street), busque la tienda Jo Malone. Justo fuera de la tienda, verá una boutique de ropa llamada Fat Face. Diríjase hacia Fat Face y, a su izquierda, verá una pasarela que da al exterior. Siga la pasarela y verá Mini Sou a su derecha. Al salir del edificio, verá McDonald's a su derecha. La entrada del hotel Premier Inn está justo al lado de la entrada de McDonald's. La ubicación del Premier Inn de Birmingham (New Street) es fantástica. Aunque algunos comentarios mencionaban la posibilidad de encontrar mendigos, a mí no me molestaron durante mi estancia. Los taxis son un poco complicados, ya que justo enfrente del hotel hay una vía de tranvía, lo que significa que la mayoría de las veces no hay coches por la zona. Si quieres coger un taxi, tendrás que caminar hasta la calle principal, donde se encuentran los grandes almacenes, como el BullRing de Birmingham. Volvería a alojarme en el Premier Inn si regreso a la zona de Birmingham.

Clean, nice room. Close to amenities. Tram is just 2 minutes from hotel. Easy to get around places. Breakfast is not that great; variety is limiteda d especially croissant on day 3 stay is not a fresh ones and not able to split and chew. Generally it's good to stay there
